A top Duma political leader caused shock waves in a recent television interview when he warned that Russia could deploy an arsenal of new technology to “destroy any part of the planet” and kill over a hundred million people using secret weather weapons if the United States, the UN or Georgia tried to stop Russia’s entry into the WTO.

“Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of laser, not lightning, but a quiet and peaceful weapon,” added Zhirinovsky, warning that “whole continents will be put to sleep forever” and that “120 million will die” if anyone interfered with Russia’s claim on the Kuril Islands, which are the subject of a territorial dispute with Japan.

The female presenter of the news program smirked as he made the comments, but Zhirinovsky’s manner was far from jovial.

Zhirinovsky made reference to the recent tsunami in Japan, suggesting that the “new weapons” to which he refers are related to weather control technology, which has been intensely studied by both the U.S. and Russia since the 1950′s and is commonly used today.

Threatening to annex Georgia completely, Zhirinovsky warned, “And then there will be another tsunami, on the other side of the planet, in the Caucasus. Zhirinovsky’s reference to the Kuril Islands in connection with the devastating tsunami that hit Japan in March is a not so subtle suggestion that Russia had something to do with causing the natural disaster that killed thousands, led to the Fukushima crisis and threatened to derail Japan’s economic recovery.

Even if you have lived with them as I have, words cannot describe them. But this guy is a good example of what you can expect if you push them even a little. Rocky_Shorz, You are right, I was stuck in Moscow last year when the all of the towns around it were on fire and I could not see across the street due to the smoke being so thick. I was saying the same thing, its a differant process of course but the US has been doing the rain thing since Viet Nam so its not rocket science to make it rain. But there again, understanding Russia is very difficult sometimes. Some have said to me that the top leadership of Russia wanted the small towns around there to go away and thats why nothing was done about it, but who knows for sure.

Read up on Reich cloudbusters. There are timeframes for their effectiveness, to ramp up, once they have been activated. it takes time for their fields or energies to build. This is not the same as these 'weapons' but it may help frame it a bit better.

I'd say that if they are of a nature to be totally destructive, I'd think they would come on line or fire fairly fast.

If they are to be subtle in their effect, I'd say they'd be days or more in coming up to full effect.

To effectively modify a weather pattern requires days to weeks, so that is part of that puzzle/answer.

A tsunami, though, is more of a click of a button. far less delicate -in my estimation- than altering weather.

So, what we are doing here, is trying to overcome the divide in our desires for information that now (as in more public - it is becoming, yes) shaping up ..to getting a more varied set of information to ruminate with. So we can attempt to make a more reasonable determination of what we have seen and read.

What I'm talking about, Jack, is the thread on the TED talk about information bubbles..and how most (many to most of the readers of this thread-not just members) of us have been filtered and don't even know it.

For example, I've been struggling with Google since the beginnings of Google. I have noticed the articles and article type that I usually peruse or see when I search..I have definitely noted that they have been disappearing from my search parameters and more and more useless garbage was given to me.

Now I used those two mentioned search engines as a test comparative ('starting page' and 'ixquick') for (I had to think of something) 'David Radius Hudson' and all those articles and odd bits that the information needed for proper digestion and rumination..I see those articles, websites and stories..I see them return to my searches.

One single search, I see the difference,--and I'm done with Google. for no matter how I try, it won't give me the search results I used to get. The impression for many people I suspect, is that they 'guess' that the given websites of yore are all gone or left the web. Not so. Not in many many cases. New ones pop up, as well.

I mention this as fewer of us would have complex questions on what this man is saying and why, if we indeed had the information we needed to have in order to discern a bit better..in front of us. Subtle manipulation of our input diet has served them well. Cows become more of a cow than they already are.

As for trusting Google 'on principle' (benefit of the doubt), the obvious public sign was the editing of the youtoob hits on certain videos.

Essentially this post is relevant to the thread....as what I'm saying is that there would be fewer questions, in some ways, of what this man is saying.....if less people had their search queries filtered.

it is a subtle form of information denial couched as being good for you and not ill intended. It's like a war, it does not matter 'who or what' killed the civilian, they are still dead.

Essentially Facebook and Google (and some others) are the equivalent of, in military psyop terms... of being an 'area denial weapon'.

I go through the effort of finding a simple name for what they are as this is needed to transmit a message as far as possible. It must evoke emotions, and visuals... and the term (wordgroup) must be simple. The trick is to use the catchphrase as a key for unlocking a larger thought pattern, not a ending on it's own. It is also best to use phraseology (at least with similar toning and shaping, so the fit is quicker and better) that the general public is aware of.

Thus the simple sentence that creates the greatest confusion AND curiosity in the reader.

"Google and Facebook are 'area denial weapons' ".

You can take that curious arrangement of words just about anywhere and it will remain with the reader and arouse their curiosity. Psychology 101 class, on the manufacturing of headliners. And that kind of deliberate and controlled phrasing is what gets messages across to many more people. compared to lets say a conversation or long ramble on getting people to change their search engines and get past filtering.

That simple seven words is low on immediate negative emotional content/voicing, so the package is clean...but it inserts the right thing in the given mind... in the right way.

It is also easy to translate to other languages without losing it's impact or meaning.

So when someone says to you 'Facebook', your word association retort is 'area denial weapon'.

I have received further leaks from Clark McClelland, retired SCO/Ground Astronaut at Kennedy Space Center (KSC), about an enormous antigravity craft in the Cabal's advanced aerospace.technology stable.

Clark goes on to state: "Some in NASA and the shadow government know much about this craft. It has flown at Mach 9 [6840 mph/11008 kmph] or higher for about two or more decades now. It is similar to our ocean aircraft carriers."
This reminds me of a photo I saw in a UFO magazine in the late 1980s which an enterprising citizen took of a large triangular craft in flight slowly over a mountainous portion of Puerto Rico while the U.S. Navy was doing maneuvers off-shore. The photographer dubbed the enormous triangular craft an ASIC ("Aircraft Carrier In the Sky").
Clark said that the TR3-B can fly around the world in an hour or less, so it is capable of speeds in excess of 24,900 miles per hour (40,075 kmph) , since those values are the circumference of the Earth.
Since Clark described the occupants of the giant TR3-B as "astronauts", clearly this is one of the antigravity spacecrafts which the Cabal have used to fly into space, and on to the Moon and Mars, and construct installations there.
With an interior space of 8 acres (3+ hectares), there is plenty of room inside the large-variant TR3-B to carry over a hundred crew and passengers and have plenty of room for building materials and supplies.
And outside of Earth's gravity and atmospheric friction, in space the top speed of the TR3-B must be very much greater than 25,000 mph.
So now we have the identity of at least one of the spacecraft which the Cabal have used to construct their stations on the Moon and Mars Station.

Hi Bennycog.......The TR3B I'm sure was at the centre of the Belgian' Flap' in the late eighties when thousands of people reported it . Two Belgian F 16 jets were scrambled to intercept and althouth they could lock on with their onboard radar, as soon as they approached it shot off....there is a classic photo of the craft taken from below showing the trianglier shape..

There is a good documentry about it made by British TV in the 90's that was surprisingly openminded about the sighting ... Boylan was on coast to coast radio a couple years back and I was interested enough to join the email group you mention.

I agree it is a stretch for most.

One thing I can add, however, is that one of his "joint projects" (like a group consciousness project including alleged star folk) was to knock out the chemtrail capacity of the cabal.

And this does not take account for all the chemtrails seen all over the mid west of the US and other places...

Yes I did say weather conditions, or the study of meteorology. However within the science of meteorology is the Dry and Saturated Adiabatic Lapse rates, which is what is the real cause of these contrails that you think are chemtrails. Rather than send you to sleep talking about “adiabatic lapse rates” I generalised and referred to it as weather.


About jet trails forming over towns and cities where the air is warmer.....

Yes. I was referring to what is commonly known as “hot cities” Think of Montreal in the middle of winter, the surrounding landmass is freezing cold, but the city gives off massive amounts of heat. This heat changes the adiabatic lapse rates above the city causing trails to form.

Think of Dallas Texas in the middle of summer. A big hot city, its hot because in bound radiation from the sun is absorbed by the mass of the city ie the scale of the infrastructure, roads concrete, buildings etc. This heat is then re radiated back into the atmosphere changing the adiabatic lapse rate, when compared with the farmland areas surrounding the city.(Appreciate long wave radiation from the earth heats the atmosphere..Google Long wave radiation)

Aussies will tell you, they don’t walk down a tarred road barefoot in the middle of summer… ask them! Why, because the tarred road has absorbed the inbound radiation from the sun.

Does warm dry air rise or sink? It rises doesn’t it? When dry rises it cools and eventually it cools to a point where it’s saturated. What does this mean? It means that the cooling has now progressed to a point where moisture can no longer be held in the parcel of air in a gaseous state or a vaporised state. If the atmosphere is in this condition and an aircraft passes a contrail will form.

What’s happening in this video? It’s a time lapsed record of the state of the atmosphere over 84 hrs, many things are happening but let’s just concentrated on the blue and yellow line. The blue line going up and down is the Dry adiabatic lapse rate, dry air rising and cooling and where the moisture is held in a gaseous state. Notice how it continually changing. This is what you are seeing and reporting, some days everything is fine overhead Bridgewater and on other days you report jet trails. Locate on the vertical scale the 300mb level, that’s 30,000 feet. Watch continuously the changes in the atmosphere at that level.

Hi fred you have got me going in and out the kitchen into the garden, while I'm cooking tea ( Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese ) Aircraft activity has stepped up again some on planefinder some not , could be military bases in Gloucestershire not that far away Tankers etc... The plane finder planes are leaving small trails that dissapear after a few minutes , others are leaving trails some of which have been here all day..

The sky is a milky soup that has been here all day , no normal clouds have been in the sky for a few hours , there were a few mingled in this morning......Now all your charts and temperature variations may be correct..

So the blocking out of the sun all day is purely coinsidental , if so the air pollution caused by the trails must be doing something......Helicopter going over now , which is another thing I have noticed ,whenever we get a lot of trails a Helicopter comes over as if monitoring/measuring the atmosphere , we don't see them much normally....

Hi Fred 259 I'm with you with the bombing range and possible contamination , there was a bombing range in the Bristol channel off Kilve, a few miles from here , not sure if it is still in use.....and we know governments lie/spin all the time ,especially to push through their agendas ... The Dupleted uranium munitions are worrying and criminal in my book as well.....And those bio weapons are disgusting and more than scary......

I did not follow the charles material , apart from the initial interview as I've stated elsewhere he did not feel right at all, and this buisiness with his back to the camera was 'comical' any profiling agency worth their salt would identify him especially if they new him.....

Now they have been chemtrailing today from first light till 11.00 classic trails spreading out leaving a milky covering over what should be clear blue skies with bright sunshine....
So your telling me this is just contrails, fine then whatever are in the contrails must be polluting the sky......It is certainly blocking out the sunshine....LOL..

I have no knowledge and understanding of HAARP, I don’t know what it is.

They say it’s a research project that involves the ionosphere being heated by VLF /HF radio waves. While I have no understanding of HAARP, I do have knowledge of the Ionosphere and have used VLF and HF in the past.

The problem is that radio waves or sky wave refraction doesn't behave in the way described.

I think HAARP is part of the star wars defense system initiated by Regan as a ICBM defense shield against incoming missiles.

The weather modification part was interesting. Yes I agree with the theory, if you heat the ionosphere in theory warm air would rise creating a vacuum and thus the Jetstream would rise and fill that vacuum.

The problem is the Ionosphere is 50Km to 300Km above the earth where no air exists, so I don’t understand that bit yet. Then we have the issues with the Jetstream. The polar front jet sits at the interface between cold polar air and warm air, normally around a weather front on the cold side. The subtropical jet streams are weaker, however Jetstream only feature where polar air meets warm tropical so for example they don’t feature over Brazil or Africa and mid latitudes so I don’t understand how it could be used for weather modification where no Jetstream exists.

I think the alternative media are being fed confusing information. I would say HAARP is a missile defence system. If it involves heating the ionosphere and that’s technically possible this would make sense.

VLF radio waves are sky waves and are used for long range navigation and communication. VLF and HF refract against the earths surface and the ionosphere continually, thus providing communications over great distances circa 10,000miles.

VLF and HF are used to overcome the consequence of earth’s curvature. The wave refracts continually against the ionosphere and the earths surface like this.

At the opposite end ie higher frequency VHF and UHF for example are direct waves or line of sight. Police and taxi drivers use VHF. UHF is used by the military. Astronauts use UHF and here radio wave punches through the ionosphere. Their still line of sight even though you cant really see them! VHF/UFH waves don’t bend around valleys for example it’s just a direct wave or direct line of sight. The distance is determined by the formula is 1.25 x the square root of the height of the radio mast.

Stick a VHF radio mast on Britain’s highest mountain for example Ben Nevis 4,050ft high.The square root is 63 x1.25 is 79 nautical miles maximum distance. Useless; it would be lucky if it reached Glasgow. So how do you radio call Manchester for example? In developed nations they have repeater stations, but what about in Australia, how do you call Perth from Sydney. The answer is HF as detailed above and by using sky waves and refraction against the ionosphere.

Radio waves travel at the speed of light 300,000,000m/second, which is 186,000 nautical miles / second. Or 8.25 times around the world per second. Think about that for a moment.

This means that the refraction against the ionosphere and the earths surface or this bit if you will VVVVVVVV is taking place at the speed of light…in an instant, juts like you blinking your eyes.

So

Given all we have covered if as we are supposed to believe that HAARP using a VLF radio wave ie sky wave like this VVVVVVVVV, how can it be that they are able to create earthquakes in Japan and only Japan. Given the magnitude of VLF and its sky wave refraction ability why didn’t it also create earthquakes in Taiwan or China or elsewhere?

Therefore Fred shouts Red Flag. I don’t think HAARP can create earthquakes because if it could the VLF sky waves would create earthquakes everywhere, and that doesn’t happen.

However, let’s get back to basics. VLF is used for communicating and long range navigation. For navigation it’s just a simple carrier wave. For communicating (voice) the intelligence (ie our voice) is amplitude modulated onto the carrier wave.

VLF is really designed for communicating with submarines, but can be used over land.

It’s becoming clear now that the Tsunami in Japan was probably a nuke, detonated under the sea and triggered by VLF. I think they may be using natural occurring earthquakes to mask the use of nukes. These would be small tactical or theatre warheads.

Therefore in summary, yes they have HAARP and if they are heating the ionosphere by VLF I think this is related to Star wars and the missile defense system. Period.

I don’t think HAARP and VLF can cause earthquakes. They may feed this to the alternative media so we look the other way.

I do think it’s possible to trigger sub sea weapons using VLF using inbound sky wave. Equally this could happen over land.

What’s it doing? Dumping fuel. Why? To get below the aircraft maximum authorized landing weight.

However this aircraft is unusual. It’s a Boeing E6B US Navy aerial command &control aircraft.

Boeing by convention installs dump fuel ports and valves in the wingtips. On this aircraft however the dump ports and values have been re engineered athwartships towards the fuselage. Why? and why on this aircraft only?

Because the wingtips have been modified to carry pods for VLF aerials. If you look closely you can see the pods, now look backward closely and you can see the VHF aerials, these trail out the back for a great distance.

HAARP is about using the resonant structure of the charged/ionized gases as both the shaping dish AND the emissive device. This directly depletes the electrical charge state of the given component of the ionosphere. However, it is like gating a self energizing dish, that is 100's of km across...done via shaping the wave required to do so..with an antenna array that is pulsed in a given pattern, down on the earth. Ie, at the HAARP project in Alaska.

it works rather well. Imagine the energy content of the resonant charge, in a dish that is 100km across. Or much bigger. Bigger than the content of a few hundred full (beginning to end) lightning storms. That explains how it has enough energy to create earthquakes. It is resonating the earth crust as well, as that is how it gets things done.

It utilizes some aspects of aetherial or longitudinal waves, so it can be penetrating on any level. And focused. Perfectly. It is a pure voltage device, for the larger part..thus it is like Tesla's energetics.

recall that I've said that I had chemtrails directly over my house. Deliberate, low, direct, particle spray, long time dissipating, in a zone where temperature differentials where about as remote a possibility as earthy and humanly possible.

was talking about 'Torrids' space plasma weapons and they showed a little graphic, bearing in mind the film is 13 years old , the weapons programme must be well advanced , and they have probably developed something else by now.....
The over the horizon sub communication also makes sence.....But punching all those holes in the ionosphere is a bit worrying, what if they push it up to high by accident ?

Hi carmody as you've probably read on my earlier post we've had 'trails' here all day blotting out what would have been a very stong sunshiny day. Infact natural cloud cover has just covered the sky as was forecast and we may get some light rain.......

As Fred is never going to except the possiblilties of 'chemtrails' as you have obviously crossed swords in other threads. Being new I have still got patience and am prepared to stay open minded ,although I am still in the chemtrail camp untill proven otherwise....whether by design or default the sun was blotted out all day....anything to do with UV protection ?.
