Do Not Order Books From These People

More than a year ago my daughter ordered 2 books from a place called discountbooksale.com I have just found out that they have been tapping her account for more than a year for $9.95 a month. I just got off the phone with these people and they are unwilling to refund this money to her. They offered her $19.90 saying it was 3 months membership fees. I added it up and this is clearly not 3 months worth of membership fees. These people are thieves. Do not order books from them. Please pass this information to everyone you know.

Go back to your bank and let them know of fraudulent behaviour.
And make a complaint to the police, if this is from outside your state and it crosses state lines, that is a federal offense.
