Firstly I cant post this within the "rulers of the World...." section because im still on my probation ha ha...

Anway..... I recently have a had very limited time to go through all the posts on the forum but Im starting to plough my way through again. I jut wondered if there had been any more on Charles/Jullian/Atticus recently? Bill?

Last peice of info I veiwed was the Family Tree thingy that Kerry posted on here.

Is this Charles a fraud or what has there been any updates from Bill ever since we all got excited at the beginning of the year or has this half a story been closed?

I sat there considering writing a Cliff Note version for you when you asked, but realised that it would probably require two or three different Cliff Notes versions:

- Those who are not insiders and see Atticus' visit as a positive contribution to Avalon
- Those who are not insiders and see Atticus' visit as a negative contribution to Avalon
- Those who are insiders and have more information to work with than the two above

I suspect you'd get quite a different set of Cliff Notes from each of those positions.

I'll try and keep it as neutral as possible by keeping it really high level

Atticus claims that there are people who would like to see Project Camelot/Bill&Kerry/Avalon "dealt with" from the point of view that they become a less effective or non-effective vehicle for whistleblower testimony, disclosure and people becoming "awake and aware".

A previous attempt at this caused Bill and Kerry to have a temporary split that resulted in Project Camelot splitting and Project Avalon dusted off and "relaunched" as a vehicle for Bill's side of the effort.

Atticus claims the people who wanted Bill & Kerry taken down didn't think that was a job well done, so they needed someone else to finish the job.

Enter Julian / Charles / Atticus who was, according to Atticus, asked to do the job.

Atticus says that in preparation for carrying it out, he made a decision to not do the job, and help Bill out. Atticus claims he has gone through some personal drama that changed his point of view on things and he would like to see Bill put up a fight. Atticus clearly states that Bill hasn't got a hope of succeeding but he'll help him try anyway.

Atticus is introduced to us via a video.

He also joins the Project Avalon forum.

Here he offers to answer people's questions.

He hints at a specific question, or set of questions, that needs to be asked of him.

Many questions are asked on a wide range of topics. Atticus answers some. The answers are usually very brief. The answers are sometimes quite unclear or ambiguous.

Atticus does indeed drop back into the shadows, and new information dries up. His visits to Avalon all but dry up and the only information we get appears to be 2nd hand from people who claim to have communicated with him via email, Skype, etc.



If there are any factual errors or major omissions I'd like to be corrected please. But Anything that infers Atticus is the real deal or a fake, is good for Avalon or not, and so on I'd like to leave out of this overview.

As a personal observation, I always assess people with a simple statement helpfully provided by the bible: "By their fruit ye shall know them".

What, in the end, when all is said and done, was Atticus' fruit?

Think about it and come up with your own ideas as to why he was here and what he has eventually achieved.

I noticed the whole influx of new members at the time heck i was one but had nothing to do with Charles' stuff. ( i always followed from the sidelines from many serpo/Camelot/avalon forum moons ago.) Did he have anything what so ever to do with the masses of other older members leaving ? (Not in your opinion but as a lines man again please :))

I had already made my mind up about the subject from the get go, hence me not knowing to much about it. :)

I don't think there are any power games going on in that sense. People who have been asked to keep things in confidence are doing so. I think that's a superb reflection on the caliber of being they are.

As far as I can tell, most people that contact Atticus are able to interact with him in some fashion, so if you have something specific you want to get off your chest or you want to ask him, instead of counting on information leaks of 2nd or 3rd hand information or gossip, why not contact the man direct?

The audio interview was never published. As far as I know, it was never recorded.

And in my recollection and perception, after the money raising issue, and the public messages of irritation by both Bill and Atticus, there has been a change in Bill's publicly expressed enthusiasm.

Not long after that event it was announced that Atticus was going to leave Avalon and set up his own web site.

Any questions to Bill about Atticus have been answered in a similar vein (paraphrased) "No idea. He's setting up his own web site. Ask him".


This is my perception. I invite others to contribute theirs if they feel I have missed something important which would put a different slant on it.

So Atticus was supposed to break thing up but had a change of heart.
So what if his way of just bombarding the crap out of the place with heaps of subjects, info, mixed with disinfo, so heaps of new people each wanting a different answer on a different subject would come on here and that would automatically upset the balance of things here (just how an ecosystem works).

i would say that maybe it did damage Avalon (i don't know about it damaging Bill , because i don't know him personally)Many members/mods left due to knee jerk reactions from Chucks material because it basically all happened at the same time. A series of knee jerks but knee's are connected to the brain further up. but in saying that i think we are getting towards the end of "damage control" and starting to push and rebuild again.

It is true that some members left because the relatively private safe haven that they had in Avalon was invaded by people interested in Atticus.

But the major member/mod Exodus had more to do with frictions between Bill and the (then) Mods (http://nexus.2012info.ca/forum/showthread.php?13-What-happened-at-Project-Avalon-Richards-perspective&p=14&viewfull=1#post14).

Once again, if Atticus meant to achieve this via the "Butterfly Effect (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butterfly_effect)", then I'm in Machiavellian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machiavellianism) Awe... personally I don't think his fingerprints are on that particular saga of the Avalon story.

I cant help but think that the whole "Charles flood of info" wasnt helped along by Avalon as website anyway because the news page never updates and so when newbies stumble upon Avalon it is automatically bombarded with "The Rulers of the World" material, to anyone just browsing it would simply look like the subject of PA with a forum that also included other topics. Obviously people who have been around PA/PC for a long time no different but you can see that people who visited the Avalon site would get drawn into this fascinating story and want more more more much like im doing now although I cam here searching for/researching much more than just the Elite.

I lost a few weeks of my life at the time. I listened to the video interview eight times. Each time picking up more info I had missed. You might as well benefit from that tar pit I was in :)

Why did I spend so much time? Because Bill said this was something I had to seriously consider.

In hindsight, and I'm sure Bill would never admit this publicly, I think we both feel a certain level of remorse... ;)

Atticus is an interesting man and he brought an interesting phase to Avalon's path.

But members waiting for the second coming will probably need to find something to do to while away the time.

I would also just like to add my thanks to perfect resonance for the summary and some of the back story to the Rulers of the world thread, useful to have a recap.

As with any information one needs to exercise a degree of citical analysis before integrating the information (any information) into ones version of what one believes to be reality. A agree with much of what has been written and my assessment would run along the lines of suggesting that the dynamics of the above thread, and the main players may not be clear. This is largely because the information `being permitted` to seep into the public arena is probably insufficient to allow for a considered analysis. There may be reasons for this and these reasons may have a legitimacy, but equally there may of course be altogether more sinister reasons for keeping certain information back.

The end result is what we see, a split between believers and non believers, those who are accepting of the whole rulers thread, and those who see dark energies invading PA.

I think that regardless of which if either of these alternatives turns out to be correct, for me the important thing here, (and I think that maybe this has become overlooked in the ensuring debate), is that we should show our unequivacol support for Bill, for Kerry and for the vision that was and still is held by those who would see humanity in possession of the knowledge and wisdom to move forward. The testimonies of many `whistle blowers` is often contradictory, but is often corrobitory. I for one know where I stand and state here publicly that I support Bill in his journey.

All right, here's my 2 cents -- mind you I'm an optimist big time and tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, and if I am proven wrong, I use the situation to make needed distinctions and create a learning experience. This will help explain the tone of my post.

-Atticus brought a big crowd. Big plus in my view - Avalon is a wonderful influence, a shining star, and the more people that have access to it the better off earth will be.
-Inelia's presence (coincidentally coinciding fairly close with the Atticus video) and the new work she and Bill are doing to help give people practical knowledge, insight and tools to help raise the frequency of this planet.
-At this time the "crowd" is also exposed to Inelia and Bill's project and the representation of that.
-Some very great people who had to leave Avalon during some potentially Atticus related turbulence have moved on to 2012Nexus and elsewhere - spreading the greatness of what they brought here to yet another audience - expanding the overall exposure of the overall mission.
-The turbulence seemingly related to Atticus presence allowed much needed clearing of certain energies that were previously hidden in a relatively short amount of time; allows for a learning process.

Ya my glass is half full and this is what I am seeing =)

Oh, and I have a feeling that barely the first chapter has been written yet ;-)

It should also be noted that the Atticus user account is used by more than 1 person; so it could be the guy whose head you see in the video, or possibly one of several subordinates. There are obvious differences in writing styles, and when this occurs, they are generally pretty open about who's on the other end.

I'm happy that I went to some effort with my profile - adding photos, and some info about me. Clearly, I was visited by atticus as he was on my log of visitors. I'm glad I read his threads and saw his videos because I feel I got something out of them. No-one is 100% right or wrong - I enjoyed his opinions, but I have no evidence he is or isn't what he says. I'm not sure we will ever have proof about atticus, as I'm sure he will leave us & do other things in the future that we will not know about.
