'Watch this one all the way through. This is uniquely and seriously deranged, not to mention unconstitutional. Cops are fighting turf battles to steal your money, with no need for criminal charges. Don't skip the last 3 minutes, including the f-bomb, threat-laden, cop vs. cop macho challenge.'

Video Shows How Tennessee Steal Money for innocent motorist with out of state plates in the name of the war on drugs.

So now it is becoming obvious that they are revenue raising, just like we said.

This is so f.. like what I have seen when living in Mexico, it is dizzying. This is so much corruption like, it is unbelievable. Everytime I saw policeman in Mexico, I was wondering if they were fake or for real, and then I was worrying for my safety - years ago, hear it has gotten much worst since. And I was a young law abiding person. Imagine for the crooks, better be on the police side and pay.

What I have just seen in this video is the exact same thing, exact same thinking. You have to cough some money.

This has been going on for a long time, I got pulled over in that very same spot (on the drug side of the road) 11 or 12 years ago and I refused to allow the search and got stuffed into the back of the car for two hours. Every time they made a threat I made a threat back to cause them legal trouble. What no one is saying is that they know who has the money because they have a device that reads the megnetic strips in your money when you drive by them. The alarm goes off and they pull you over, btw wrappining the money in aluminum foil prevents this from working. They often seize your vehicle as well, the cops get a % of any siezure so they are motivated. BTW Tenn. has a law that says if they pull you over and you have a warant for arrest then they have the right to keep and sell your vehicle, there is no trial. Many states and citys are doing this, the city cops wear I am from in Virginia tried it with me when I was a landlord collecting the rent but I had my lawyers cell# on speed dial, he chewed them to pieces and they left, but most are not so lucky. Come to think of it he had cases where people had lost $300.00 on payday standing at the bus stop.

SCOTUS has said that cops have 15 minutes to determine if there is an offense that is being/has been committed or they have to let you go.
The best thing to do is keep them talking for as long as possible, then tell them their time is up, you are away.
Or, you can use the old ''Am I under arrest? Am I free to go?'' approach to chew time up too.
