Even though the apparently known grey celestials are in possession of seemingly great advance technology ... no celestial technology is greater that the power source which sustains the technology ...
These greys and or their exotic technologies ... whom have existed since the falling for higher Planes … has long since been inoperable of their GOD like functions in the which they were designed for.

Such a GOD technology would be empowered with a none electron contamination of Positive Light energy ... and you can only acquire that by means of a Positive Light source ... and in this world (since the falling from Higher Planes and Higher frequencies) all active power sources of technologies have been adapted to fueling material of a much lower (contaminated grade) ... and only capable of obtaining much lower frequencies ..
Lower frequencies means all systems of their ancient crafts will not be fully operational ...
