Citing "safe, close to the Libyan power sources", the daily said emissaries colonel Gaddafi meet since a few weeks, in the greatest secrecy, Western officials, including French, "each party wanting to end quickly".

Interviewed by Reuters, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not confirmed the existence of contacts with French officials.

Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said Tuesday before the deputies that the military operation of the Libya coalition won success and should be completed in a few months later.

According to France evening, colonel Gaddafi has been "traumatized by the death of his youngest son and three of her small children in a NATO bombing may 1 last and is las to be hunted".

"In this context, Gaddafi would be ready to cede power, as much more than his entourage would now want to turn the page", he added.

Muammar al-Gaddafi would feel "like a lion in a cage" and suffers from the inability to move, especially in the desert he likes.

This is the nature of TPTB that want to control everybody and everything. They haven't stopped killing civilians around the middle east and Africa. NATO is just a war machine for this bankers and Co.
Libya was the best country in Africa to live in. There's a Spaniard teacher who lived there and talked about how this country was in good shape talking about education and financially. Don't have it in English though so it wouldn't help to the majority here.
