The San Luis Valley is one of the most prolific UFO hot spots in the nation. A retired rancher from Hooper, CO decided to create a UFO Watch Tower where people can discuss their encounters.

Light-Hearted story - Looks like a good place to visit...

Hello jackovesk, The UFO Watchtower is an interesting place to visit, and Judy is a very interesting person. She was drawn to the area by all the UFO reports in the valley. Things just kind of fell into place for her to end up on this particular piece of property (synchronicity abounded-I believe this was meant to be). The San Luis Valley is known as the "bloodless valley" because the Native Americans had no battles there-it was a special place. Mt Blanca (a sacred mountain to the Natives) and Great Sand Dunes National Park (largest sand dunes in North America) are just to the east of Judy's place. The Rio Grande River has its headwaters in the valley. Judy said that some psychics had told her that a "UFO" had been shot down and was in the aquifer directly underneath the Watchtower-hence the vortexes that are present there. Also locals have reported that My Blanca has an ET base in it and that the military pumped poison gas into the mountain to drive them out. Something happened that caused the military to cease the operation and it is reported that the ET base is still there. Judy also told us that her grandson was playing by the Watchtower while she was in the house (about 50 yards away). He came running up to the house and said "Grandma, I just saw a little grey man crawl into a tunnel". I saw the tunnel-it is too small for me to fit and I couldn't see the end. It would be interesting to send a robotic camera in there! Judy said there was a time when she redid the garden area and the area became filled with "negative energy". She and her visitors literally got sick when in the garden. A psychic friend stopped by and traced the negative energy to a particular spot and they dug down and found a dome shaped device with the logo Raytheon on the bottom. Judy surmises the object was buried at the time she was renovating . The friend took the object to a dumpster in town and threw it in. She reported that a large Black SUV with dark-tinted windows immediately pulled up and a man with a black suit and sunglasses hopped into the dumpster and retrieved the device! She got the hell out of there! Now you may think this is all a bunch of BS and the plausible deniability factor is active but the next part is definitely fact-I witnessed it with my own eyes. If you visit the Watchtower bring a compass. Go into the shop and say hello to Judy, then walk out the door and then immediately turn left and watch your compass. About 10 feet from the door you compass will swing 90 degrees to the left! Step back 3 feet and it will swing back. Step forward and it will swing left again. And that is the truth.
