Hello Avalonians.
I've been working extensively with Lucia Rene's "Unplugging the Patriarchy" work lately, and I've started to look into the person she calls her "teacher, in this and other lifetimes", Fredrick Lenz.

I'm curious to know if anyone here has experience with his teachings, was one of his students for a time, or would be willing to share your 'read' on his energies.
This is relevant to some next moves I am contemplating on my own spiritual development, and receiving some input from others' whom I find intellegent, stimulating and have worthwhile perspectives to consider would be very valuable for me at this time.
