Oh, I wish I could see this video. Rumsfeld played a dirty role in marketing of Aspartame. That alone makes him evil. Then considering all his other deeds, the dude is a super villian!

That's a great video, thanks for posting. I know that it wont affect the sociopaths / psychopaths like Donald Rumsfeld et al., but it will hopefully make a few in his audience stop and think............

Even though the objector's honesty and passion cannot be questioned these sorts of outbursts add fuel to the mainstream belief that such TRUTHS are no more than the product of a sick mind. Who were they applauding was it the activist or Rumsfeld for his smart arsed quip at the end of it all. In such forums "They always have the last word.
Of course to us it seems like a victory, we know the truth, but to the dumbed down masses he appears to be just another loony.
The way to get the most out of such a confrontation you need the testomony a "recognised expert" in the recent studies of Aspartame and its nasty effects. A guy like the one I've described who stands up calmly and assured of his facts cannot be ridiculed by the ignorant smart arsed comments spewing from Rumsfeld's forked tongued mouth. He would know what he's talking about and everyone in the room would also know it too.
See the difference? Passion and honesty just aren't enough in this day and age.

My cousin doctor said to check aspartme in everything. If it has, don't touch it, don't drink it, don't eat it.
It has a function of excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain.

Does anyone have any good stuff on Aspartame? Preferably something rational and straight forward that doesn't scream "conspiracy nut". I've been trying to get through to a friend on this matter for a long time as he's mad crazy on "diet" drinks that are loaded with the stuff. When ever I bring it up he looks at me as if I'm a lunatic. If I could get through to him on this, reckon I could get him to start opening his eyes up to a whole load of other things too.

If you search this site, I am sure you will come across informational science about aspartame.

There is plenty of good information out there on Aspartame: http://aspartame.mercola.com/

As with anything like this, it is important that you use your own discernment when viewing information such as this.
You also need to look into a close relation of Aspartame: Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).
My wife suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome for many years. Doctors could not find the cause and blamed 'stress'. We had realised that anecdotaly that she often got ill after eating at some restaurants, but it took a lot of research to discover the cause was MSG.
Also note that MSG is hidden in the listed ingredients on many products under various different names: yeast extract, flavour enhancer etc.

This is the 'bible' of Aspartame history. Dr. Betty Martini has tirelessly pursued justice for those harmed by aspartame. http://www.dorway.com
