Well, well, well, we say we want to be free.
But what does that actually mean?
Does it mean free to travel?
Free of tax?
What is the reality of freedom? What is freedom?
I often say to people who I have lead in law study, if you want to learn what freedom is, go down to the video store.
Head to the section titled ''westerns'' (damn, but I love westerns more than anything) pick one that looks good to you, take it home and watch it.
I would bet you my bottom dolllar (it is real, not counterfeit, you doubtingthomasnuggets) that you will see a whole STACK of freedom.
I can hear the cogs turning, turning, turning, what the hell is he on about this time?
Think about this, in the westerns, we see a depiction of history.
In that history, you didn't have to register your horse, you didn't need a lisense to ride it, you didn't need to tell the sheriff where you were going or why, you could carry all the guns you wanted and no one was worried, there are more and more examples flowing from the screen into your brainbox even as you watch.
How did we lose it?
Complacency. We got comfortable, we let it slip from our grasp.
Now, we have to go through the same fight and struggle that some of our ancestors did in the past.
And if we do not, our descendants will curse us for eternity and they would be right to do so.

More and more people are recognizing the distinctive pattern of “media-driven events”, realizing that news stories are being manufactured and manipulated behind the scenes. Great numbers of people will participate in vast demonstrations to express their anger at the political order for blatant acts of fraud, deception and the lack of stability in society. There will be many versions of revolutions and a great increase in acts of civil disobedience. The protests that began in Tunisia and Egypt are now shaking apart nations across the Arab world. Other areas of the globe will also be inflamed with passionate confrontations, including countries around the Mediterranean, in Europe, Russia, China and areas in the US. People everywhere are in the mood to rebel against authority and anything else they think is irrelevant. There will be no acquiescence to poor leadership of patience with evasive leaders. Fiery energy can turn into zealous and fanatical expressions. This era of tremendous upheaval and unrest will create great currents of change over many years to come. As things go faster, the laws of cause and effect remain ever constant – whatever you sow is yours to harvest.

The influence of magnetic forces plays an important role in some of the changes that are occurring. Scientists have been observing both the steady migration of the North Magnetic Pole as it moves closer to Russia and an increase in unusual occurrences in the South Polar regions. While Earth’s magnetic field strength is fluctuating and declining, the magnitude of the Sun’s magnetic field has been dramatically increasing. In the great theater of Earth, from tragedy and pain, lessons are learned and new courses in learning always arise.

Worldwide, the availability of food and its distribution will be very problematic. Food shortages due to extremes in weather patterns and rising prices of commodities and transportation, along with a prevalence of strikes, firings, walkouts and closings, will add more disruptions. Growing your own food is now more than a hobby. Simplify your life and remember to honor Earth with sacred respect; for through the magical combination of good seeds, good soil, water and Sun, throughout time, people always sustained themselves.

The masses are in no mood to acquiesce to authority. With more and more people having spiritual epiphanies, demands for the truth and calls for liberty and freedom will escalate worldwide. And with the support of cosmic forces, people feel empowered to have their way. The clashes between opposing forces will be great. Be aware than many new forms of technology are being applied covertly to manipulate people by altering their behaviors. As the fog disperses, many people will be surprised, shocked and quite disturbed by the levels of electronic intrusions and surveillance mechanisms already in place. If people are up in arms about no-tracking concerns on the Internet, they are really going to have a rude awakening when these realizations settle in. As cosmic energies continue to stir up world- wide feelings of rebellion and ignite the passionate roars of spiritual fire, the years ahead will present challenging times for everyone. These energy patterns are well enough understood by forces that are staging events of rebellion and manipulating the masses into thinking their revolutions are home-grown. Bearing all of this in mind, remain ever vigilant of the powerful energies of these times and learn to use them wisely.

For a brief overture, Neptune remains in its home sign of Pisces for the next 3 months, until August 4th. The transition of Neptune into Pisces fully begins in February of 2012 and lasts until 2026. On one hand, the themes of Neptune and Pisces revolve around dreams, idealism, imagination and the spiritual evolution of consciousness. With a lack of higher consciousness, illusions, addictions, denial and confusion prevail. Neptune and Pisces have the effect of raising our sensitivities and dissolving the boundaries between the more subtle layers of reality. The parting of the veils into invisible realms and simultaneous realities will become a more commonly shared experience. However, without being properly grounded in 3-D, many unconscious people may disappear into deeper delusions and dysfunctional insanity. Neptune in Pisces emphasizes the power of the masses. During this phase, mass migrations, mass animal and human deaths, mass deceptions and mass awakenings through shared paranormal experiences could continue to unfold. The emotionally vulnerable water element is magnified while Neptune is in Pisces. Water cleanses and refreshes; it can also dissolve and wash away more sensitive, fragile things and beings. Although many people will be swept up and left drifting on the tides of loss and confusion, the profound power of our imagination can appear to the masses as a beacon of light that guides the way through turbulent times on the ocean of collective consciousness.

Historically, the last time Neptune entered Pisces was between 1848 and 1864. This period started with the California Gold Rush from 1848 through 1855. Although the promise of wealth and riches drove many west to seek gold, only a few of the many thousands who made the journey ever prospered, and most people perished, or returned home with little to show for their efforts. Neptune in Pisces can confuse dreams of the ideal with what is real, resulting in deep disillusionment. In 1852, the French president Napolean III dissolved the Second Republic of France and claimed himself Emperor of the Second French Empire. With that proclamation, Napoleon III (who had an Aries Sun sign), became the last monarch/dictator of France. Under the influence of Neptune in Pisces, unconscious arrogance can lead to delusions of grandeur that ultimately turn the tables into surrender and defeat. From 1856 to 1860, the Second Opium War took place between the Chinese Qing dynasty and the British and French Empires. Ostensibly, the European imperial forces wanted to lift restrictions placed by the Chinese emperor on the illegal opium trade (Neptune and Pisces also rule drugs and addiction). In reality, the British and French monarchies were more addicted to expansion and power. The Opium Wars were used as a ruse to control Chinese ports of trade and to undermine the last Chinese dynasty. Addiction and deception are unconscious obsessions that cause deeply damaging long term karma.

Simultaneously, with Neptune in Pisces in 1859, a massive solar storm knocked out the telegraph lines in the US and Europe. Auroras were observed around the world for several days, as far south as the Caribbean. Although the Sun was the primary catalyst for this event, the result was the temporary suspension of the rudimentary communications technology. Today, a solar storm of such magnitude would overwhelm and knock out today’s highly sensitive and vulnerable communications satellites and electrical infrastructures. The reliability on technology is an illusion (Neptune) that can disappear in a moment.

During the last phase of Neptune in Pisces, one of the most significant events in US history was the American Civil War from 1861 to 1865. In 1861, after President Lincoln was elected as an opponent of slavery, the War Between the States began. As states began to secede, confusion and chaos reigned. The dispersing influence of Neptune in Pisces dissolved the US into a battle between Union and Confederate forces. Neptune and Pisces are related to the concept of sacrifice, and slavery is the ultimate sacrifice of human rights and dignity. At the same time, the sacrifice of life in war perpetuates a generational, amnesic trauma that continues to enslave people in unconscious, karmic timeline cycles of war. As the veils are parted from the illusions of time, we can inject love, courage and compassion into all lifetimes where we surrendered our freedom by playing the roles of victims and perpetrators.

Near the end of the quarter, on June 4th, Jupiter downshifts out of the fiery, frenzied influence of Aries as it transits into Taurus and unwinds into a more natural, stabilizing pace of growth. For the next year, Jupiter’s passage through Taurus spreads the super-potent, cosmic fertilizer of greater wisdom from Gaia to seed the field of human consciousness. Taurus is an earth sign relating to values, self esteem, material resources, land/property and the fertile cycles of the natural world. With Jupiter in Taurus, it is highly beneficial to evaluate what we believe is most worthwhile and valuable. Ideally, this is a time to pare down unnecessary material possessions and make room to cultivate our consciousness by nourishing our senses through direct transmissions from nature.

Whenever we walk labyrinthine paths on the land or plant gardens by the Moon’s cycles, our attention to nature reveals ever deeper insights to resolve our quandaries. While Jupiter is in Taurus, the continuity and consistency of the time we spend cultivating our relationship with nature is a prosperous, productive, long-term investment that we will reap rewards from for many Moons to come.

On the shadow side, as revolutionary trends continue to proliferate, Jupiter in Taurus may also magnify territorial disputes, land grabs and financial quarrels. Taurus is a sign that relates to issues of money. With Jupiter’s emphasis on financial matters, our beliefs about the values of trade and cost are ripe to evolve into a more sustainable model. Alternative forms of local currencies and barter will spread. Driven by out-of-control computer technology, the worldwide electronic, inflationary financial infrastructure is speeding toward collapse. Jupiter’s influence in Taurus indicates the need to remain optimistic in the midst of collective financial chaos. Instead of hoarding, we must focus on images of plenty and be more confident in manifesting what we need – when we really need it.

At the end of the quarter on June 1st, there is a new Moon solar eclipse at 11 degress Gemini. On June 15th, a full Moon lunar eclipse peaks at 24 degress of Sagittarius. During this eclipse portal, we can seek closure on past perceptions (Gemini) that have repeatedly limited our growth. As the Moon waxes to full, we can follow the trail of our feelings to re-frame our beliefs (Sagittarius) and then take leaps and bounds of confidence to fulfill our true destiny.

With the grouping of planets in Aries, the transition of Neptune into Pisces and Jupiter’s movement into Taurus, the elements of fire, water and earth are accentuated. By calling upon the fire of our will, the sensitive waters of our imagination, and a grounded, down-to-earth approach to natural living, we are set to stretch the boundaries of consciousness. Meanwhile, the reality checks from Saturn, in the air sign of Libra, will continue to challenge our own internal balance and our cooperation in understanding others.

Gods and Generals is an excellent movie, I would suggest you guys have a look. One of the most heartbreaking scenes in the movie is at the battle of Fredericksburg.

How did we lose it?

Being In the states I can say that I think there is always violence. I am thinking more along the lines of an exoteric meaning, even if I didn't say that to start with.
Purely for the reason that it isn't that hard to obtain and after that, other possibilities arise.

I interpret this as being free to do, think and speak what you want. But IMO that is only possible when you are alone in the world.
Otherwise your freedom could become someone else's restraint.

Let's take the example of mr. Sidious who wants to ride his horse and carry his gun in total freedom.
This seems like a good thing but if he had total freedom to do so would it then also be allowed for him to ride his horse in the saloon and shoot the lamps of the wall???
If he would be totally free he would be able to do so but what about the owner of the saloon who wants the freedom to run a saloon without someone else disruption his business and destroying his property.
See what i mean?

So i would say that to have the greatest amount of freedom we as a society need to decide how much rules we need and that is the tricky part. How would we decide on these rules and how many do we need?

When making these rules i would say that one of the principles should be that the freedom of one cannot restrain the freedom of another. That seems like a good basic rule.

So i say "Total personal freedom in a society is an illusion!"

Physically being free of "attachments" really does show how we are not free in a good way. It makes you understand that everything relies on something else on this planet. Walking in this understanding brings about spiritual understanding of how to conduct sustainability in all categories. Physical, spiritual, moral, etc...

So I would say that living as free as possible is not so much about being free yourself, but more importantly allowing your environment and those in it to be so. Its more then a "I'm free".

If i want to live my life in seclusion on some mountain top far from civilization i have pretty much all the freedom in the world but i do not always have the need for cooperation.

Briefly :
Positive freedom - the freedom to do as you wish.
Negative freedom - freedom from xxxxx

The latter has been used by the controlling powers to slowly erode our positive freedoms, and most of it has been done with our consent : freedom from chopping wood to stay warm, freedom from foarging for food, freedom from washing clothes by hand, freedom from the inconvenience of catching an illness etc etc etc.
The result - a population who have lost the ability to undertake even the most basic tasks for themselves (and I'm one of them, a hard lesson to learn). Now of course we are blessed with the television, so we're not only free from having to provide our own entertainment, we also have a magic box of plastic which feeds us new things to be afraid of, so we can beg the government to "free" us of the source of our fears, so the dumbing down continues, and our real freedoms get less and less.
Another point, which most people don't want to acknowledge is that freedon comes with a price tag, it's called responsibility - yes, I'm free to do as I wish, but not if it impinges on someone else's freedom.
(Big topic for discussion here).
But of course, as we've allowed nice daddy-government to relieve us of the need to provide for ourselves and do things for ourselves, we've also lost responsibility for our lives, and our responsibility to one another.

There are all kinds of ways of describing personality types, and I've noticed that often they have a type called "rebel" or "nonconformist". I've also noticed that all creative or artistic individuals fall into this category. And yet, most creative people aren't really "rebels". They're just being truly natural. They just happen to think or see "laterally" because they've gotten in touch with their Higher Self so much that they keep listening (or at least half-listening) to the thoughts and insights it wants to bring up. "Normal" people can have difficulty keeping up with somebody making so many "lateral" jumps all the time. They do sometimes appreciate this, and put such jumps down to a "wild" imagination, or to a "free spirit".

No doubt that's why the Soviets used to send many of their best artists and writers to their concentration camps. Ditto the "Cultural Revolution" in China. Ditto "ADD" in kids today.

Learning also about the IRS in the U.S. (including the District of Columbia thing and what it means in relation to filing taxes), UCC, and social security numbers and their purpose. It's all out there for anyone to see if they would open their eyes...but it's like entering Oz, as in 'the wizard of'.

There was a period in my life for about 7 years whereas I do believe I had ultimate freedom. Well it felt like that.

I had a rucksack and a street show in a case. No home ,no family members worrying about me, no bank, I felt like I'd vanished from the face of the earth and once I got a passport I ventured to any place that felt right. Yes I had to make money so going straight into the city center of a city I just flew into and doing shows was something that took some getting used to but the feeling once you'd slammed your flag into a country and made some cash was excellent because now you could relax and see what the country has to offer. Once bored I moved on.

I really could only do this alone. If someone wanted to come with me it'd spoil everything. The magic was gone. I couldn't live like that for ever and finally I wanted to settle somewhere. Then it was simply a choice of where. But those several years were without a doubt the most adventurous years of my life. (so-far)


I still have an element of freedom in the fact that I can still go where I please when I please but it's more organized and I travel with 3 people. Maybe I'll hit the road again one day.. who knows but you can get very tired of freedom. From what I have experienced anyway. I guess everyones concept of freedom is different but for me it was that.

having done my stint of street theatre ski, i have to admit it was my idea of pergatory so i admire you greatly. I have experienced the feeling of knowing absolutely no-one in a new country and it is exhilerating and terrifying in equal measure, it makes you very self-reliant and more gregarious. It is a freedom of sorts but how do you maintain it when you become more than one?
as you say when others are involved it becomes a collective experience and naturally your individual freedom is subhumed... This is the nub i feel... For total individual freedom necessarily denies a social contract.

Personally I like it here. I hear the same thing from light workers. This place is too 'bad' for their sensitivities. So...I shrug and say then use your magickal powers that you are holding forth about all the time and leave .Good luck, bon voyage, no hard feelings. We have choices .

I never felt I was anything other than free, I never felt that there was an enemy out there, then along came conspiracy theories, then I followed the crowd and believed for a short while in an imperfect world. Now I am back on track, I am free there is no enemy out there.
Im not a follower, I stand on my own, yet not alone.
I can do anything that is appropriate to the situation,----Who decides what is appropriate???
Why me of course. Dont always get it right but so what!!!!

I have a sense of gratitude as I compare the life I have with the life that was available to people just a few hundred years ago.
I accept that not everyone has anything like the relatively comfortable life I have.
I dont have a car or a house of my own cant afford holidays yet I have all I need.
My mind is peaceful and free of fear.
What else is there!!!!

A survey was done on happiness. Guess what?
People in countries like Bangladesh were far happier than those in UK or USA.
The West seems to be driven by materialism--- enough is never enough.

Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven and all shall be added unto you.

Thats where the freedom lies in my opinion.

Chris, I love what you say here, and in my heart I scream YES - this is true freedom. Then I can't help but look at the physical situation - no matter how free I feel in my heart, there are countless self-imposed authorities around me dictating what can be done, thought, believed; dictating where one can live, what stupid bits of paper one needs in order to reside somewhere, work somewhere, what bloody pictures one can look at without being imprisoned (no matter how I spell this word, it still looks wrong !) whose words can be read without invoking the wrath of the law. etc etc ...
So I find myself in the all too familiar place of confusion - my inner world is one of joy, freedom, oneness, but the day to day world continues to look like a nightmare, growing ever more horrific.

Maybe this is just part of the human condition, maybe we have to live with dichotomies, with paradox, with uncertainty, I don't know. I don't know how we, as a species, move forwards. The only solace I've found in recent years is when I connect with nature, when I listen to my heart, ignore the crap that's going on in the world.
Have I answered myself ? Is working on onesself the key ? ........

Your comment brings to mind the animated movie "Chicken Run" where the one chicken is intent on procuring freedom for all the chicens on the chicken farm. She succeeds in the end, but there are those in the crowd who don't understand the concept, even once they have experienced it - it is simply beyond their comprehension.

Certainly there are people at points on their spiritual journey that would not understand the real concept (the deeeper meaning) of true freedom. They would not be able to comprehend it, and it's possible that at this point in their journey, they are not meant to. Seing as that we need to experience that which we are not in order to truly appreciate that which we ARE, perhaps they are in the process of experiencing NOT being free, so that on another part of their journey they will understand the true meaning of freedom...

Well, if I can stop laughing long enough to strap on my *Mac 26, and begin talking about FREEDOM, it would go like this:

What I want more than freedom itself is SOVEREIGNTY. I want to own a little piece of land. It's got to be bigger than a breadbox and have no real limits. For instance, the very idea of it could fill a whole universe. We will be given one, too, if we can stop bickering and warring and fighting over cattle vs. buffalo vs. sheep.

This sovereignty can be simply the space where my two feet rest on the ground and the ground can be anywhere in the world at all. Just as long as it includes where I am standing at the moment.

Once most of us were in Europe watching Royalty act up in France, England, Ireland, Denmark and Scotland and it got pretty ugly then, too. When the people needed bread and the Royals and Elites were too busy having parties and frolicking around like a bunch of in-breds, the people rushed their castles and palaces and chopped off their heads in public.

While brutal, of course, this was ~ by far ~ the best example of "people power" we have to reflect on for future value ~ especially today when it is happening so clearly again. And with the internet, we actually know where they live, and can easily find them.

Due to the absolute need for space and not to be troubled by the in-breds among us (never mind ET's) people eventually used their little SOVEREIGN feet to vote on a new way of life elsewhere. And we are still doing it. For instance, I live in the Wilderness at the farthest reaches of the United States and love my Canadian neighbors better than their own Queen does. You can forget about passports, they are my kin and I live close enough to walk across the border.

I guess you can tell that I have no use for politics or government. You'd be right. Locals know their own territory and govern it better than anyone else.

My relatives came from those old lands and ways of limited thinking and sailed away in ships in search of religious freedom. They spit on the very idea of Royals and got as far away from the old castles and caste systems as they could beg, borrow, and steal their way WEST. This blood full of freedom and independence runs in all our veins.

They ran into the natives and pushed through them hoping to find some clear space. As recently as my own grandmother, who raised six children on a ranch, and lived peaceful among the Native Americans. They did their best to integrate without blood shed and it could have worked too. However, once the government was able to tax us ~ things went downhill fast.

And there is simply no limit to all the heads this hydra has burst forth with and thrives on ~ growing larger each and every day and eating of our sustenance. It's appetite is endless wars, blood, and fear.

Now the day is upon us, once again, and like Jack and the Bean stock, someone needs to cut off some heads and branches of this wild and extremely UGLY beast or simply STOP and walk away from it and leave it to starve too death alone.

What if we could each create what we need and not only that but share new ideas and things with each other freely, honestly and with some real integrity. Is this possible? Yes, of course it is...we are going to do just that and starting right now. Our time has come, so get ready, set, go.

Basically, we are responsible for the monsters we have created and for enabling them to create secrets, shadows, and bitterness that has been working against us. Since we paid for this, we can stop paying at any time. Period. No violence needed nor open rebellion or blood shed. We can stop enabling it in thought, word, and deed and then it will be manifested.

Until we can do that, it lingers on in some form gasping for air but alive and kicking our butt. We are at the bitter end of it. And need to just let go of it. Let it fall to the ground dead.

The New Golden Age of Enlightenment has only the bare bones of a system that is self-sustaining, self-healing, self-educating. On a personal basis, I ask only for space to do my thing, dream my dreams and have no one lord over me in any way. If you can't be helpful get out of my vista kindly. Just please go quietly and trouble me no more.

I know you boys and girls will leap into a big fray talking about more laws and how everyone wants to steal what you have accumulated. I don't get a fig about your toys. I do care when you bring your wars and mud into my clean SPACE.

Now let's consider that the Earth is HUGE with room for 7 billion and change. Her bounty knows no end. Heaven can supply anything she asks for or needs out of the entire cosmos, darling, there is more than plenty for all. There has never been any scarcity on Earth not for even a second in time or out of it.

The key is that we must SHARE what we have. My grandma, Emily, used to tend and deliver her own babies. She was a good cook and made bread. My grandpa used to herd cattle on long cattle drives to the stock yards and be gone ~ leaving her alone with the children.

She needed no rifle or gun for protection. She simply baked extra bread and gave it to the hungry Indians outside looking in through her windows and smelling her baking. She gave them that extra loaf and they protected her and her children. Kindly. Gracefully. They honored her.

Okay, so we forgot common courtesy just like the Royals did and have done again.

We, as a people and individuals have been taxed to the max and abused in the process. I am running out of room now ~ once again ~ not that I can't become a Canadian citizen but you get my drift. It is time to stand our ground and ask for our "sovereignty" back.

First it will come when a new financial system is rolled in and there is one waiting in the wings to do so. IF we could stop the supporting and keeping the old one in place. Stop allowing it to move. Stop all activities. Let it finally fall to the ground. So you are without toilet paper for a week, stock up now.

Ask and it will be granted at this time on Earth in ascension.

For a brief overture, Neptune remains in its home sign of Pisces for the next 3 months, until August 4th. The transition of Neptune into Pisces fully begins in February of 2012 and lasts until 2026. With a lack of higher consciousness, illusions, addictions, denial and confusion prevail. However, without being properly grounded in 3-D, many unconscious people may disappear into deeper delusions and dysfunctional insanity. Neptune in Pisces emphasizes the power of the masses. During this phase, mass migrations, mass animal and human deaths, mass deceptions and mass awakenings through shared paranormal experiences could continue to unfold. The emotionally vulnerable water element is magnified while Neptune is in Pisces. Water cleanses and refreshes; it can also dissolve and wash away more sensitive, fragile things and beings. Historically, the last time Neptune entered Pisces was between 1848 and 1864. This period started with the California Gold Rush from 1848 through 1855. Although the promise of wealth and riches drove many west to seek gold, only a few of the many thousands who made the journey ever prospered, and most people perished, or returned home with little to show for their efforts. Neptune in Pisces can confuse dreams of the ideal with what is real, resulting in deep disillusionment. In 1852, the French president Napolean III dissolved the Second Republic of France and claimed himself Emperor of the Second French Empire. With that proclamation, Napoleon III (who had an Aries Sun sign), became the last monarch/dictator of France. Under the influence of Neptune in Pisces, unconscious arrogance can lead to delusions of grandeur that ultimately turn the tables into surrender and defeat. From 1856 to 1860, the Second Opium War took place between the Chinese Qing dynasty and the British and French Empires. Ostensibly, the European imperial forces wanted to lift restrictions placed by the Chinese emperor on the illegal opium trade (Neptune and Pisces also rule drugs and addiction). Addiction and deception are unconscious obsessions that cause deeply damaging long term karma.

Simultaneously, with Neptune in Pisces in 1859, a massive solar storm knocked out the telegraph lines in the US and Europe. Although the Sun was the primary catalyst for this event, the result was the temporary suspension of the rudimentary communications technology. Near the end of the quarter, on June 4th, Jupiter downshifts out of the fiery, frenzied influence of Aries as it transits into Taurus and unwinds into a more natural, stabilizing pace of growth. We could argue the native Americans were free before the 'cowboys arrived'. If the cowboys never had to make a living on stolen land with limited resources and needing to fight to survive it might have been decent argument.
Also evolution has altered things a fair bit since the days of relative freedom of the tribes who used to kill other tribes on sight. Now we live in the same cities in the west relatively harmoniously compared to bygone times.

I think there is some truth in this statement Lord Sidious but then again on the other hand Freedom and Cooperation work hand in hand. Freedom includes cooperating with others also. The freedom you speak of "the right to do whatever I please.. etc.." seems somewhat limited in mindset. Freedom is a state of mind and an inner feeling of peace, balance, cooperation and harmony which go hand in hand with the symbiotic relationship of others. It would be quite lonely being free if you were dancing and shootin all alone with horsey in the wild wild west.

Just a few quick thoughts as I wade through this rapidly expanding topic.

Freedom obviously means different things to different people. Personally, I would like the freedom to travel anywhere without big brother stopping me at the border and taking away my vegemite, lol... but that would also mean that our neighbors - all of them - on this entire planet, at least, were friendly and not intent on invading and taking over my homeland, so they can take away our freedoms and impose their political, religious, cultural or ideological will on us. I would like freedom to do what I like as long as it does not interfere with other's freedoms or peacful existence. I would like freedom from pollution, freedom from absurd taxes, freedom from the current financial system. I would like the freedom to occupy vacant land - not ridiculously huge in size - so I can repair the damaged soil and return most of it to a wild state while growing an incredibly diverse food forest to abundantly provide for myself and my neighbors. I would like the freedom to think what I want to think, without thoughts being imposed on me by politicians or media or those pulling the strings behind the scenes. I would like freedom from verbal and physical aggression at every level of society and elimination of weapons of all kinds. I want the freedom to know the truth about everything or at least the things that interest me. Basically, I want us all to have peace and freedom from tyranny, oppression, wars, hatred, distrust, greed, lies, violence, crime, negativity (oh, somebody stop me before I repeat myself too many times and write half of the words in the dictionary).

The truth is, I have some of those freedoms already but when I look outside my little world, I see a very unhappy bigger world around me. I consider myself very fortunate, not in a financial sense but because of where I live and the type of people who live nearby. Even though I live in suburbia, I have the freedom to leave my car unlocked 99% of the time. I have tools and hundreds of dollars of coins in my car and anyone walking past could open the door and take whatever they want... but it hasn't happened. I have been less fortunate when I was in other parts of this great city and other parts of the world.

Now for a quick true story. When I was a teenager, my family went on a two-week holiday to Surfer's Paradise, some 2,000 km from our home. When we returned home, we found the front door of our house wide open. Nothing was missing or disturbed inside. That is how the world should be. That is how my world is. I have witnessed less pleasant parts of the world and it saddens me to see or think how most of the people in the world live in fear and distrust - and they don't have most of the freedoms I take for granted. But I want MORE... freedoms, that is. And I want it for everyone. Yes, I know I should not start sentences with "but" or "and" but I love being free to do that too :cool:

I want to be free and I'm trying to find what will give me the freedom that I want.
I know that materialism is not what I want, but I still need to get money, cause that's what we use to buy food etc etc..
But to me it seems that this is all illusion.
I want to explore more the planet that we live in and understand it (plants, minerals, animals,frequencies, vibrations, magnetism)
Learn to feed myself with energy(sunlight, magnetism, water, salts) I have the idea(not sure it is) that we may be able to do so with little food, not much.
Getting rid of fear and low vibrations.
Using your energy(chi or vril) to heal myslef, defend myself and travel anywhere without human restrictions.
To me at this moment in time, that will be my freedom and I'm trying to find it.

like an old chinese used to say,,no body will give u time,u have to take it.
i cant speak for others but a part of my story how i got free i can tell.
after working in a light pole factory for 6 years my stomac couldnt take it any more..
every day same track..just isnt live,especialy for an artist as i am.
so 1 day ,,it was queens day,biggest celebration day in holland..celebrating the queens b day..
the dutch national color is orange..millions of ppl go on the streets with orange clothes and some a orange painted face,,acting crazy
not me,i painted my face bleu..like in braveheart.
and went with my closest friends to town..were there was live music.
after a bit we got bored and a friend got the illumenes idea to go to the casino..
i feld realy good.
so funny to enter there with my face bleu,,and long hair back than.
i changed 30$ in chips and went to roullete..seemed with a plan!
every thing from there, what i thought,i said and what i wanted,, happened.
i gathered a huge crowd at the table..mostly older chinese..all clapping and yelling..it even scared the ground manager.
made some good money but all for fun,celebrating one o the nicest days i can remember.
..i got in a huge momentum..and it wasnt over yet.
next day i quit my job..
i went some weeks daily to the casino with always same story,just to earn a pepper stake..scared that they would kick me out if i made it realy crazy.
after that i searched a bit on internet to make more easy money,found a poker side and thought if roullete works that will to..funny it did.
than i came to think that my momentum could vanish..so i kind of quickly materialised my dream.
bought land in the mountains in spain..realy cheap btw..rebuilded the ruin it had,started growing my own veggies,fruit chickens,goats and medicational plants..working close together with mother earth,so great.
giving work shops these days witch i realy love..designing t shirts to, to pay the 1 bill i have,
threw away my phone..got rit of bank accounts..only a electric bill,,but getting solar and wind energy soon.
i always bin happy..but after queens day i took my freedom..

Yes..were surrounded by that control enslaving system..were surrounded by a lot more...were connected to it as were seeing it,projeckting it.
but...we make our own path if we want to,,there is the key.
a bank dousnt put a pistol on your head...they ask or you want the loan..
and than ppl agree..one of the best tricks to keep you low vibrating.
.and actualy all i see around me is ppl living way above what they can pay..its a hype here in my surrounding villages to buy a mercedes..
wich they cant pay for..not necesary eather..earth dousnt like explosions,,she prefares we ride on horses.
btw in a peace full free land guns are only to be found in a museum.
and about the Shift ..it might be for the mass..but realy dont need it to get higher vibrations or freedom..thats only in case you chosed for 3d..like alcohol or drugs...
if we depended on 2012 or the shift..how come there were all ready so many enlighted souls trough history?..
realy..please dont wait for the shift,,u can be use full before..for your own sake!
to many ppl i think wait for a guru or a spiritual leader..they search for them..
and for that they are often misleaded.

OK I'll admit I am slightly confused. Considering who started the thread and the nature of the subject I am suprised to say the least at the responses to date.

We have at our disposal a methodology along with the potential for advice from practicioners thereof for all of us to free ourselves from the system of TPTW by a means of lawful rebellion. This method if adopted quickly on a mass scale would bring the current system to its knees in a very short space of time. The clearing away of the old so to speak so that something new can take its place, which is after all what so many here claim they wish to see come about.

Thus I am therfore intrigued by the fact that Avalon as a whole is not all over this like a rash or should I assume that I am the one late to the party and you have all already staked your claims as sovereign individuals?

If not I would be very interested to hear why you feel that something which appears to me to be a blatantly obvious solution to a large part of our current woes is not right for you at this point in time.

If your reasoning is it's too 3d or old thinking etc I would like to understand how you see the future unfolding based on your current actions in the world as we know it...
