The footage seems fake to me, for the following reasons...

1) The UFO appears from behind a large cloud, yet the camera is pointed at exactly the patch of clear sky where the UFO will emerge.
2) The footage is too short. The camera operator does not attempt to follow the object as it goes behind the next cloud. Why not continue filming?

These would be advantages when inserting a CGI rendered image in to a piece of footage.

I'm not trying to be skeptical, but stopping the film where it was, doesn't give us much to go on. But then, how many of us have had little or no proof and met with skepticism?
Several times, I've seen ufo's use clouds as cover or as camouflage.

Looks real to me, and I'm pretty skeptical of these things. Looked like once it went back behind the clouds, that cloud deck blocked the view all the way to the horizon. Then again, I'm probably pretty easy to fool. I was thinking though, the day I'm able to levitate and then bring the camera along for a ride and post the video, it would suck to hear it was fake. With all the special effect trickery possible, how can we ever know?

Also in the comments somebody mentions that they are from Peru and it was not on the mainstream media!
If it was real the cameraman would definitely try to follow the object to see if it emerges again. If you had just witnessed the most amazing event in the history of the World, surely even if it was a short sighting, you would then film the crowds reactions, other people's thoughts on what it was etc.
Don't these CGI cretins realize they are making the TPTB job a lot easier. Even if it happens for real now people will cry CGI or Hologram.

Great Video but Fake!

Here's Why?

When the Video is rolling you can hear the faint sound of a dog barking in the distance...

Yet not a Single Word is heard from the actual person filming it!

If that was You or I you'd most probably here something along the lines of...

WTF WAS THAT..? Holy Sh#t that thing is Effing Huge! :scared: Something along those lines would be a normal response from most people who witnessed such a sighting!

Therefore, I say this Video is Fake!

I'd point the camera at the hole in the cloud first if I knew something was up there behind the cloud and I was in a rush. The person corrected the position when it came out of the cover. It seems like the best bet in such a situation.

I can't see whether or not the person shouts wtf etc during the event (especially when they are on their own) makes any difference to the likely validity. Shocked silence is acceptable I would think.

They say it should be investigated? How? By interviewing the clouds and the barking dog? If it ever was there (I seriously doubt this one is real), it's long gone.

don't know if it's fake but I watch planes fly through clouds. right over my house is the path to the airport landing runway, they never disrupt the clouds.

It is hard to see if it is fake or not mainly because the quality of the video is so low, but this is also a procedure that you go through if you make fake videos, you film it in high quality, edit it in high quality and then you export it in lower, so more people will believe it.

Why I say this is that most people now days has HD cameras even in their Phones, and if it is a real camera all the more reason why the quality of the video should be higher.

And it looks like the camera was set up in advance, so how did they know that the UFO would fly through there?

Edit: I wish to add that with this I don't mean that all videos of low quality is fake.

Has anyone else wondered why every UFO video or photo is always poor quality? Considering HD handycams and very high-resolution digital cameras are common these days, we should start to see some very clear videos and/or photos of UFOs soon.
