There are days I'm tempted to have a life like that...May have to keep the Uncle Jack strictly for company though.

I spent my teenage years much like that, minus the minimal disrespect (that is portrayed in the video) for others.

Even when nothing is sacred, it still is. (< space for contemplation of the spock essence)

For the love of God Jim!I may just be an old country doctor stuck in the 24th century, but this man doesn't need a doctor, he needs to invite Bob Dean over!
Cheers,
Fred

I don't think I would have the nerve to walk into the supermarket in my Jamies :o

I have walked into a supermarket in my jammies. No one thinks a thing of it because ...other people are in their jammies.
When I walk into a store with my mud encrusted boots and half chaps people stare.
In my neighborhood in Québec you'll see jammie pants people walking their dogs or at the grocery store. No slippers though. Not really dining at restaurants unless it's the 24 hour diner. So apparently acceptable for short trips from the home for a lot of people. I'm one who won't even wear sweat pants outside. I don't even own any.
A coworker came to a meeting not long ago wearing plaid pajama pants. Another coworker razzed her by thanking her for getting dressed. First coworker replied, "I sleep naked, this is dressed." No argument there...

ROFL! Nice comeback. I'll happily go up to the local supermarket in my trackies, but I draw the line there. However, I used to see so many people on my evening shifts at maccas going through the drive-thru in their PJs (or sometimes worse) it was pretty much just about normal. Not as many came into the actual restaraunt in their PJs, but it did happen from time to time...

"Every Girl Crazy 'bout a Sharp Dressed Man" - ZZTop
Kinda brings that into focus.
Then they talk to that man. And quickly find out if he is merely programmed, or if there is 'anyone home'.

I'd of loved to, just for effect..to walk in about 5 seconds later with a lunge whip or similar. Also dressed in Chaps....and I'd be sure to have my eyes looking like I was a cross between sedated and speaking with God. Or maybe just a pair of crops. (slapping my legs and with them...grimacing and smiling as they hit?)
It would suit my twisted Pythonesque sense of humour to mess those people up.
Amusing clip. Thanks for sharing. I think I might roll something myself. No, I don't do that any more... or did I just run out? I forget.
