For the last 30 years Randell Mills has been quietly busying himself at re-writing physics. Nothing new there, except that in his case he now has plenty of stuff working on the bench to show for it. Independently verified. QED.
Actually, no QED, even less woo-woo, but lots of hard work and Maxwell:

The basic idea (for those not inclined to read the technical stuff) is that hydrogen electrons can go below the zero state (the lowest normal electron orbit) and that energy can be gained from this transition.
This stuff works, is patented, published and licensed. Too late to put the genie back in that bottle. So why didn't this disappear into a black-ops program?
In addition to the breakthrough physics, there is something even more amazing. These are Americans, crippled by the heritage of Webster, and yet on the careers page, even though they can't pronounce it, they managed to correctly spell résumé. :)
(Blacklight did get a mention on another thread but I think the potential of the technology deserves its own post.)
