BACKGROUND

GetUp! is an Australian political organisation that campaigns on issues important to its members. It was launched in August 2005, the week that the Coalition took control of the Australian Senate.

WHO ARE Jeremy Heimans and David Madden?

David Madden is an Australian entrepreneur associated with progressive causes. He is a co-founder of GetUp! a web-based political movement, and Avaaz.org, a global advocacy movement.

Madden grew up in Canberra and served as an Army officer before studying Arts and Law at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Madden served as president of the University of New South Wales Student Guild after defeating the Labor Left candidate in a landslide.

At the 2007 G8 conference, Avaaz.org protested against the "U.S. administration [for its] 'wrecking tactics' and failure to agree to specific, binding global goals" when it came to the mitigation of global warming.

In the New Golden Age ~ there will be no killing of anything. "Harm no being" is the rule for Galactic Citizenship. All of us here can agree about this topic. How does one feed the world without killing? Well, you may find it hard to believe but we are all creators and we are going to create something where food is provided without killing any being at all. Sound unrealistic? It's not at all. Let us consider some new ideas whose time has come.

There are fountains of youth unexplored that will be revealed. We will become Masters of our own Destiny able to make our own Dreams come true. We will be able to create things out of the whole cloth with new technologies long held back from us but already on the Earth today. The shadow governments and 53 levels of secrecy above the President of the United States know things they haven't told us about by way of free energy, free zero point gravity, free lunches and much, much more.

And we are going to be given it now after sixty years or more of withholding it for corporate interests ~ but more importantly, the Celestials will be giving us their own 100,000 years or more of advanced technology to share as co-creators.

These beings are our own higher selves from the future joining with us soon on Earth. We will be joined as one again and step into new light bodies to begin the New Golden Age upon the Earth.

We need only to remember how to create with our own minds, yes, we have that power but have forgotten our own Divinity. If we can imagine it, we can create it and bring it into manifestation in one instant!

There has never been any need since the dark ages of civilization for the killing and wholesale slaughter of any beings. Those who wished to retain the secrets about our true origins kept us repeating those dark ages over and over again but they were able to make no real progress either. By holding us back, they were locked out, too. Earth became a prison planet but those days have ended now.

Yes, we've done it and the Star gates and Portholes have opened ~ we've forgotten who we are and this is clear to all of us by now. But those days and times of primitiveness have ended. There is only so many times you can repeat before nature herself inserts a new reality of sharing the wealth. It took awhile before the Earth decided to kick the bums out.

And that time has arrived now and we are all invited. Provided we can have a change of heart and start sharing all things with all people. No exceptions. Whatever we can create to share must be shared and all will prosper together as in the heydays of Atlantis and Lemuria. We can change the ending now from all that destruction and chaos and rewrite history using the light of unconditional love. It's as simple as that.

We will need the assistance and guidance of our higher selves.

People don't believe and do not realize ~ there have NEVER been any shortages of anything on Earth either ~ just the illusion of it and realization of it through hoarding, the stealing, the stockpiling, the selfish withholding of the Bounty of Earth for special interests that did not include the masses who most needed to share in the wealth of Earth.

Those days have ended. Light has overcome darkness and we go forward into a whole rainbow of colorful rays and sunshine. Darkness has more than served it's purpose and there couldn't be light without it's great contrast. Sometimes we forget this but there was a purpose to all this madness. We've just forgotten what it was all about. Now we can remember and it's time to do that now.

Again, think about this part: The old systems and powers that have been in control were too ignorant to realize what a fabulous place the Earth could be if everyone was free to create and share. Those dark ones totally forgot their own Divinity, and power to create good things, too. Just like we did.

Imagine if you will for a moment that all the wars never were and never will be again and that all the trillions of damages in property and treasure had been generously shared instead. Had this happened instead of wars and killing, every single person would have every single thing they needed at this moment in time. By creating shortages, wants, and wars, they did not just imprison us ~ they imprisoned themselves as well.

Not too bright ~ was it?

When you take away someones freedom, it requires guards who can turn on you, as well, and it's pretty clear that those rich guys who used to be in control have no one who cares about them and no where to hide. It's the end of the road for them.

Their own blindness held everyone back until not even they could not enjoy the things they stole from us. Their money is useless and it never made them happy. The more they accumulated, the more they had to guard it from others.

This meant evolution and creativity was held back and challenged. Not going forward until at last it was too much and Earth broke free and is able to ascend now to her full potential in the Universe and Milky Way Galaxy. Yes, now Earth is free.

Do you remember when we lived places where no one needed to lock the doors? Where no one needed to protect their belongings from anyone else. Where you shared what you had and no one lacked the basics? I do but it was too fleeting to ever believe it was real at one time. So faded is that memory.

Through the simple act of sharing the wealth of your heart and your being ~ a strange thing happens, everybody has enough and life goes on by blissfully. We begin creating again and can live in harmony and bliss follows that....

When you start to hoard though, this all changes and it changed big time on the Earth to get us where we are now with Earth chomping at the bit. Well, we were able to provide enough light to break those reins holding her back for the last 2,000 years and we go forward now.

The value of any financial system comes when the people themselves are valued and cherished. When things don't depend on manual labor but the sharing of ideas and new concepts and when beings have absolute freedom of creative endeavors. When you have sharing and open sources ~ all good things come into being.

When you copyright and license and tax and belabor great ideas you limit yourselves to not going forward but in being restrained against nature and life itself for the sake of a few cold blooded reptiles feasting off our own energies and creative abilities long kept dormant but breaking free now. Free enough to restore our own DNA and awaken!

We can harm no being. It's the universal law that goes into effect now. The rest will be cleaned up, mopped up, prevented and stopped dead in it's tracks because it is no longer acceptable and that is our new Mantra on Earth.

Repeat after me, "Harm no being! We go forth into the light of a new day on Earth! Forget signing petitions, we must stand up for this new Mantra instead and let it ring throughout the world. And so it is... xoxoxoxo

I stopped eating meat recently after reading the Mahabharata. The concept of Dharma finally clicked and I just didn't want to eat it anymore. More because of farming practices than anything else. If we and the animals lived wild in a natural setting and hunted eachother for food, then I'd be ok with that. But the way we do things now is just wrong so I don't want any part of it.

Hi Darla, I have heard this countless times and I have often wondered how to define a "being", in this context. Does it have legs? A heart? A brain? Does it have mitochondria? Does a being even have a physical form? How do we draw the line? What about if an insect flies into our eyes or mouth? What if we are walking and step on a bug? I think it's almost impossible to exist without harming those little beings. What if we are digging in our vegie garden and our spade cuts a worm in half? What if we are being attacked by some being, large or small? What if your child is being attacked? What if we have a parasitic infestation? What if I am sick and my sneeze causes someone to be harmed by their catching my sickness? What if the being is truly evil and aggressive? I could probably list hundreds of what ifs. Is a plant a being? Plants ARE living things. I would like to know how I can eat a piece of fruit or even a leaf without killing it. Should we start eating rocks? But what if the rock, unbeknown to us, has some tiny being living on it or in it? How do we define "harm"?

I think "harm no being" is a nice feel-good concept but it is, in some regards, impossible or impractical. This concept needs clarification.

I'd agree in the sense of harm no being for no reason. But if you in your being of physicality was starving in the cold.....would you kill an animal in order to survive. I would argue yes. Cheetahs kill antelope....are they speciest?.......Lions kill water buffalo, zebra, and many other types, including hyenas and cheetahs, are they speciest......every animal in our planet kills......we eat fruit....are we not killing a part of the plant and eating it's ovaries............this is a contradiction in and of itself......life feeds on life feeds on life feeds on life.

So in essence, for the time being......being in physicality.....I disagree. There's a difference....kill an animal by stalking it it for 10 hours or line up 800 cattle in a straight line and have a machine cut off their head.....there's a huge difference Disrespect the corpse or utilize every fiber of its being?

Thanks for the warning jackovesk. This particular petition took my interest as its RSPCA backed, It's the only reason i've asked for help to get more names on it.


I realise that stopping the export of livestock is not helping the entire issue, as if they do they will still suffer, just on our own front doorstep. I have faith in my fellow Australians who put themselves in danger by breaking into these places on our home soil to expose the horrors within.


We still have a long way to go - But if this can get thru and passed - it's a step towards that goal.

I can see the good in not eating meat as a race, and I think we will eventually get there and there will eventually be widely available, tasty and *AFFORDABLE* alternatives to meat... but not quite yet. Most vegetarian meat alternatives are either unpleasant in some way to eat, or cost a small fortune to buy.

I think the first step on the road to not eating meat is being conscious as a race of the harm we do to that which we use as food in the process of making it edible...and I think we're a long way towards realising that part....

It's a long process and it will occur in unison with our journey towards becoming an "enlightened" society.
