An epidemic is sweeping the nation. In this special report, never seen on the mainstream news, we look at the symptoms of tyranny and take you to Arizona where the Oathkeepers converged to march for a fallen Marine. Jose Manuel Guerena was shot 61 times in his home when Pima County SWAT entered to serve a search warrant. You will get an inside look at the Oathkeepers memorial service where Stewart Rhodes and Sheriff Richard Mack spoke of the recent abuses, presented the widow with a plaque, and provided solutions on how you can overcome these symptoms of tyranny.

Innocent until proven guilty...? NOT SINCE THE PATRIOT ACT.
It took 61 bullets to kill him? One wasn't enough? Were the cops THAT afraid of one Marine? Or was murdering him the main reason for this?
How tough the cops were.... NOT IMPRESSED!

You might want to google strict liability.
No innocent til proven guilty at all.

I certainly did google "strict liability". There definitely needs to be tort reform.... Oh man, one REALLY has to know this stuff so that when one can recognize cops overstepping their authorities. We all have heard the horror stories about what cops do and get away with; especially when judges swing towards a cop's words over a victim's.... Talk about victimizing twice....

Well, I did learn one thing that any force beyond necessary to achieve valid and proper results is punitive, meaning punishing rather than controlling. So, whose definition of valid force do we go by? The one that lies bleeding and trussed up like an animal on the ground after several cops wrestle them down? Or the unarmed woman who's shot point plank for no reason other than peaceful protest? Or the big bad cop with all the weapons on his belt and his fully armed posse standing beside him?

My time as a security officer for a casino was interesting. During one of the training sessions, I had to watch a film where a tribal cop body slammed a guy before arresting him. I'm talking WWE wrestling-style body slam. I was stunned at the height the guy was thrown into the air before the actual body slam landed him on the ground. I think it was alittle too much valid force.... BTW, the guy was seriously injured....

IMO some cops, maybe too many of them now, misuse their authorities. That's why many of them act more like thugs than protectors....
God help us....
