My country is looking at setting up bases around the world to better position the military to participate in international missions, Defence Minister Peter MacKay confirmed Thursday. Consigning billions in future expenses on an overseas presence for Canada alone really makes no sense. And I understand the thinking is having these bases will make us more ready for the next NATO action movie, but as long as we're administering them and staffing them completely with Canadians its a big price to pay to get in the theatre imo.

Hi Gaia interesting article on the face of it Canada as a NATO country needs to contribute its share . But it certainly does not need foriegn bases outside the immediate conflict areas it may have been 'conned ' into sending troops.

The base in Cyprus is probably one of the two UK bases that have been kept , and the german base is a US airbase . The US has over 1000 military bases 668 of them spread out in 38 countries around the world ,now if that is not as Esinhowwer said the military industrial complex gone mad what is it ? No wonder TPTB are itching for war , how else can it justify maintaining such a massive war machine without using it China/Iran probably the next target , but any country with assets worth assimulating could be stratigically falsely targeted like Iraq for oil & possible Star Gate Tech. Afghanistan poppys for drugs trade , Lithium worth billions , Libya Oil, & Gaddafi like Saddam was trying to by pass the internationa l'Banksters' by setting up gold based currency which would affect the doller. I bet a lot of our american cousins haven't got a clue about the multi trillion dollers sucked out of their economy to feed a military monster that has got out of control. Although slowly they are starting to 'wake up' , thats why I fear TPTB are in a hurry to do something before they are found out by the masses, and more than a few ex western leaders should end up in the 'Hague' facing 'crimes against humanity' charges , Bush , Blair , Chainey , Rumsfeld and many more whether they did it knowingly or were duped they have ' big' questions to answer for their conduct , concernig all the dead and injured servicemen and hundreds of thousands of civilians so that the rich elite and their 'cronnies' can get richer at us the 'serfs' expence.

Canada is going to be used , like probably Australia to be drawn even closer into the US/UK web because we are cntrolled by TPTB And where theres 'war' theres 'Cash' to be made, Sickening but a fact of history.. All wars produce proffits to arms manufactures/Banksters


If David Icke and others are right and Reptilion 'Entities' do feed off human energy especially generated through fear . War and 'The war on Terrorism ' is the ideal state to keep the world population under control and fed off at the same time............Sorry I have digressed the answer to all Canadians you are wonderfull people , You do not need imperial bases at great expence , and although NATO is a tool that can and should be used to promote World peace and in theory has in the past against the former USSR ,( Although that may have been staged ) it still has an important future as a deterent until we all 'AWAKE' unfortunatly it seems to have been hijaked by TPTB......Little bit of a rant .....Cheers Steve.
