Very interesting, but I would still point to Marlowe as the guiding hand behind the pen that wrote the plays. And Marlowe was already a spy.

Can humans create electro-magnetic fractal fields and so thus effect the weather? Or perhaps are they plasma fields of energy or naturally occuring electrgravitic forces... Can we create them?
The answer is YES.
