Common sense and moderation is what is required for a healthy lifestyle. And of course, physical exercise, which needs not be intense. :playball::dance:

The biggest tip I have given my friends and family over the years for their health is to
"stay away from anything that is deep fried". That means fish and chips, and all the other
yummy morsels that they now deep fry. Just making this one change in your diet can do
some pretty amazing changes to the body and overall energy.

The biggie of course is to STAY AWAY FROM PROCESS FOODS OF ALL TYPES.

I find most people do not think about the food they are about to eat, it is just habit to chow down on the same menu, without thinking of the consequences to their health.

If I find my clothes getting a little tight on me, :pop2: I do not go out and buy "bigger" clothes, I put myself on a healthy diet, eat like a bear, fruit, nuts, grains, berries and fish. Works like a charm everytime.

Now, that being said, Jamie is doing a beautiful thing for the people who have no education when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. He is an angel in my book for that. If he prevents even one child from dying from obesity, he has done his job well.

in love & light

I love Jamie , a good soul and a great teacher..

That said,

Yes we need to take responsibility and make our own individual lives better...but there is a responsibility on the food industry and goverments, that gets largely ignored.

Bravo for people like Jamie , who remind us that WE are in control
