To love the whole world we must love ourselves first. This means that we focus on our centers, to watch ourselves instead of watching not ourselves. Clinging to others in anyway means to lose our centers. If that is lost then everything is lost each time, until we find our center again.

Awareness means being centered on our centers. The natural way of life is awareness. One way of achieving this awareness is through sitting meditation. Between meditations we keep centered on our centers, while doing anything or resting. Thus awareness becomes connected through a thread.

The importance of meditation should be mentioned. Basically meditation helps us keep awareness or centeredness. once we are centered the ego is calmed and all thought and action just relax.
