Greetings brothers and sisters

Been in Florida, mostly, since 1963...seen all kinds of weather here...hurricanes...microburst storms... and the seasonal afternoon showers that used to be the norm...nowadays..temps in the 100's daily...(weathermen wont say so)

But yesterday there was this afternoon storm ...it was in the mid to high 90's...that blew marble sized hail and torrential rains...sideways ..for an hour !!! 50 knot winds...then..
a couple hours later..comes the rest of the storm...with lightning...that never stopped !!
I mean from 8 to 10 pm...it was like daylight for all the lightning strikes in a row..!!!
Never seen anything like it in my 60 some years...

Any body else having weird weather...???

Blessings

Hi Dave,
I live in New Zealand, and yes we too have been having strange weather. (although it is not so much on the news over here) We even had a small Tornado in Auckland a few weeks ago that killed a man, which is highly unusual for this part of the world. It is our Winter at the moment, and rather warm indeed, still reaching 20 degC most days. (it is early winter tho) It certainly seems as though the entire planet is dealing with some severe weather extremes, what are your theories on the possible causes?

Take care-
Morgaine.

I live in the midwest, kansas to be exact, and i'm use to weird weather because we get everyones weather but not this weird. the past 2 or 3 years have been very hard growing seasons rain for much longer then it suppose to last and freezes in mid april knocking out any baby plant that didnt get flooded. March this year only had something like 3 days of sunshine, very depressing. Most weird though was all the tornados that came through. Most obviously was Joplin that went right through the town. there were 3 tornadic storm cells that past over one day early may with one touching down for a second in one of the most buisiest and cluttered intersections. It went right over top of me and on to sedialia where it caused the most damage. My understanding is tornados aren't suppose to be able to form in cities and heavily populated areas because there is too many objects the wind hits and scatters. Tornados always happened in more rural places and on the outskirts of towns. Not this season though. the area named "tornado alley" got hit with an alarming number of tornados in a short time span that we usually get the whole tornado season and then some. Now we're dealing with the missouri river flooding and the idiot who blew the dam on the fault line and flooded something like 150,000 acres of prime farm land that wont be able to be farmed for close to 10 years for it to recover. HAARP much?

Look at the volcanic activity almost at the bottom ... look at the dates. Yellow stone is marked with activity today. I've been following this volcanic activity chart for a while and until March there were almost no data. And now, just look at what has happened over May and June. And these are only the top-alarm volcanoes.

Our weather in Denmark is for now pretty normal - sommer rain enmass and thunder, nothing out of the ordinary.

Heres a video I took of a recent storm we had here. I never seen lightning so frequent and we also had large hail but it was only brief. Something about the weather and how different it is from one day to the next makes me feel weird.

In UK, all the news talk is about drought, no doubt because they want to increase water prices. On Sunday, we drove back to London from Yorkshire, a couple of 100 miles or more, and all the way it rained heavily. The temperature is less than normal and yet there is talk of a very hot summer.

Environment Canada says our spring was wetter than usual and now our summer will be hotter than usual. We've had major flooding in the prairie provinces and eastern Canada. There have been huge fires too. I've really been noticing the intensity of the sun. People who say they never burn are burning. After just a few minutes outside yesterday I had quite a bit of colour.

I can remember as a kid in SW Ontario being out in the sun, no shirt, no sun screen/protection and rarely burning, Now I can feel the sun rays, when I step into the sunlight, it doesn't feel hotter it feels like more a radiation bath, not that I've felt radiation, it just feels differen't..

... I've really been noticing the intensity of the sun. ...

Same with me. The sky looks like a dark blue now - and I wonder "why is the sky so dark?". Then I realize that they sky likely isn't darker, but in contrast to this insane intensity of the sun that is reflecting off everything below the horizon, it just looks a lot darker. The sun is pure white now - used to be yellowish, and you can feel the difference on your skin. When I ask others if they notice it every single one has said "now, that you mention it, ya it's a lot brighter", but no one is really questioning it ...

Greetings
Thank you all for your replies...Morgaine...my theories are HAARP and chemtrails, with a spastic sun...as PixieDust alluded to above..Autumn...volcanic activity is rising, and could be a factor,
Firstlook..YES ! it was like that...for nearly two hours...ktlight...our weather people lie every day, refusing to acknoledge the over 100 degree temps every afternoon...Carolin I too feel the sun is much more severe this year than ever... A/C is working overtime every afternoon...I exercise weekly out in the morning sun, but was a bit late last week...went out at 10 am, and it was just too hot to finish my 75 minute routine, this week i started at 8:30am !
I think the PTB are right ...the suns' out of balance...reminds me of " alternative 3" program I read about.

Also in UK we have had a LOT of heavy cloud - not cold - but lots of deeply cloudy days. Given that Wimbledon Tennis is about to start, and traditionally we have downpours in the heats (like when the fair comes to town), it doesn't look promising overall. I guess when you piss around with the weather it has a knock-on effect. However, nobody (the masses) seem to think anything is odd at all. That's odd in itself don't you think ......makes you wonder what's going on up there above the clouds ...

See you on Saturn soon maybe ... ? :)

Well here in Greece its been weird also. Imagine having sun in the morning then rain then sun again. This happened 2-3 times this month alone.

Also in Greece we used to have 30+ degrees at this time of the summer ... it hasnt gotten near 30 not even 1 day so far. I remember 2-3 years ago we had mini heat waves of 35+ degrees from May ... When i ask my mother about this she says its always been like this ... it makes me wonder if i am remembering wrong or if she forgot and just thinks what ever is happening now is normal and "its always been like this".

Shoot! Leftie, tell me about it. I live in So. Fla. and the kind of weather we are experiencing is unbelievable! High temps in the 90's (two days of record highs), afternoon storm cells, marble-size hail, and the worst part is that all that hell only last for a little while and then the convection oven (high temps and wind) starts again. :(

China is also having some weird weather. The South West is in the grips of a severe drought, yet the middle of the country has this week seen torrential downpours with heavy flooding. Where I live, the weather is fairly changable, but a couple of times last month we had unbelievable temperature changes over the course of 1 day, from 30 degrees down to 7 ! Most of Southern China has a SouthWesterly monsoon climate and heavy rains are normal throughout May and June, but it's been very intermittent this year and last.

Hi y'all.
We've been getting wierd weather where I live also (Shreveport, Louisiana).
All around us our neighbor states are getting hit by severe storms while we get very little rain at all. We've had temps in the 95-100 degree (topped 101 where I live today) range for the last two weeks and expect the same for the next few weeks at least with little chance for rain. Everything is brown. We've had a burn ban since early March it's so dry here.
When we do get rain it's usually a severe storm with a big tornado outbreak and severe straight line winds but little actual rainfall.

This last winter was harsh with blizzards and a ton of snow where I live and it was almost like Alaska on the tundra. This is Northern Idaho. Some years in the same area there was little snow. Since the snow melted the woods around these parts have turned into a rain forest and even the bird calls sound like one.

Also I've noticed much more brilliant colors in the landscape. The greens are greener, and much more vibrant looking. More different Rays are present. With time escalating faster and faster each week. Days fly by and the weekend is upon us without even turning around. It's getting more and more noticable. Almost to the point of laughter. You know, wow, another week zipped past! Did you get the license number? There is some shift and change going on that is easy to see and feel in comparison to other years.
