Ive seen this, and they do believe they are fallin Angels, not Aliens. they are two different things . and No there is no connection to the oil spill, they seem to be using the shipyard as some kind of landing site, the man there in New Orleans notice them and started taping them and sent the film to Klein, who then went there himself, this is an on going deal here and Klein will have a video out on it if he hasnt already,
