Thank you Stardust,
Alan Watts said it all.
“Insecure society are the most intolerant….So unsure of the validity of their game rules. Everybody must play the rule. We become more conformist………..Everybody is equally inferior”.

What a smart way to control society as insecure people need outside authority, teachers, or Gurus. Otherwise, they are lost.

the corruption of the new-age is explained in this vid in many ways.......

http://projectcamelotproductions.com/interviews/ashayana_deane/ashayana_deane.html

A'shayana Deane

I went to Florida to interview A'shayana Deane, author of the Voyager books. Her previous work details the history behind the genetic engineering of the human race and the numerous ET races that have been interacting with and shaping our destiny here on Earth as well as throughout the many multi-verses. This information is highly complex and detailed. She and two other "speakers" as they call themselves are receiving this information via telepathic downloads. They have been trained by the Guardian Alliances, a group of ETs who protect the secrets of ascension and the stargates on this planet and others from what they call the self-interested Intruder races.

This interview is the first part of several hours I spent with Ashayana Deane and the others working with her on briinging the science of Keylonta to the planet. Keylonta is the science of "light, sound, subconscious symbol codes and base codes of matter". The many images on the video of charts and "maps" depict these concepts in a visual manner aimed at stimulating memory and re-awkening the DNA pathways in the viewer. I am attaching the .pdf files for download to assist those who are interested in following along more closely while watching the video.

Because of the complex but vital information presented here I encourage anyone who is interested to do further research and to visit the website for more information. Classes and DVDs are available there as well: Azuritepress.com

Evidence that Osho communes might have been infiltrated byt CIA

"Osho Commune sidelines Indians"(High profile spokes person pointed out
welcomed as 'visitor' by Haima Purushttam (published in the The Asian
Age: The Mumbai Age March 10, 2000) is almost a true story. Every senior
old member of the commune were advised to become independent one and
half year ago, although they were in the commune working for 20 to 25
years. And then the situation is created that the old Sannyasins have to
opt out and to speak that it is their own decision to leave the Commune.

A strategy is exactly the same as American Government applied to destroy
Rajneeshpuram Commune in Oregon America and now it the turn of Osho
Commune International to be destroyed. If you are intelligent you could
understand easily someone is planted by CIA to finish the job
systematically and collect all the monies for some other use to destroy
Osho's Vision and Osho's Work, if you ask me I am pointing a single
person, who is controlling and handling this job. And it will be
controlled by Swami Jayesh (Master Mind and CIA agent)

The punch line from Ma Amrit Sadhana (member of the inner circle)
"We are erasing Osho from your mind/memory".

The Stargate Project[1] was the umbrella code name of one of several sub-projects established by the U.S. Federal Government to investigate the reality, and potential military and domestic applications, of psychic phenomena, particularly "remote viewing": the purported ability to psychically "see" events, sites, or information from a great distance.[2] These projects were active from the 1970s through 1995, and followed up early psychic research done at The Stanford Research Institute (SRI), The American Society for Psychical Research, and other psychical research labs.[3]

Well said. :thank_you2: Those who built their identity and self-worth based on New Age belief system will do anything to protect their beliefs. Challenging their belief system would equal losing self-worth and identity. So, they have fragmented mind and they escape from their feelings at any cost.

Articles, vides, and discussions here forced me to ask some questions.

Is there a connection between as Alan Watts said being “equally insecure” and New Age belief system?

Is there a connection between the explosion of anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses and the New Age belief system?

Why do people who are deeply involved in the New Age display total emotional emptiness?

Is there a connection between practicing Transcendental Meditation and cognitive impairment?

How does involvement in the New Age beliefs and practice affect our relationships with others?

Are we fully alive, full of joy, and passions, following our heart desire?

Who did promote the New Age beliefs?

How the New Age belief system was incorporated into psychology, education, or business?

What is the ultimate goal of the New Age movement?

Why do we accept a new belief system without questioning and researching?

These are some questions that we need to ask. Of course, uncovering mind control is like peeling an onion. But it is a good start.
Baxter had been teaching TM for 17 years. Her findings into the nature of TM and Hindu religion are fully supported by this 13 parts documentary movie as well as by my research.

Excerpt from Bronte Baxter
What I expected to see when I came back to the Fairfield scene after 20 years away from Transcendental Meditation was a group of mainstay meditators true-blue to Maharishi and a group of robust dissenters, whose minds questioned everything they learned from their guru days. Instead, I found the true-blue meditators, but not the kind of dissenters I anticipated. I encountered people who had left the TM movement but hadn’t substantially changed their belief system. This latter group had changed in the way that people change hats, or redecorate their homes, leaving unaltered the structure underneath.
The dissenters had splintered into a myriad of Eastern or Eastern-related philosophies: Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie and Andrew Cohen were popular, and Neo-Advaitin gurus had rallied many behind their minimalist philosophy.

“They have to be detached and removed from their emotions and compassion. Their inhumanness is seeing as spiritual”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOjLV_IvMtQ

Once a deeply entrenched belief system is difficult to change. It doesn’t matter if it is Buddhism, Hindu, or other religious or spiritual belief system. The key is convincing us that we need spiritual belief system that explains our reality and provides guidance. Through generations we were and still are indoctrinated with external locus of control and religions as well as science played this role very well.

To disconnect our body from our soul is a price that we will have to pay for spiritual enlightenment.

Excerpt fro Bronte Baxter
Empty of original thought and dynamic desire, the “liberated” person’s ego is dissolved: the very thing that made him or her human. All that is left is a mind-body shell, a meat-robot, that moves through life as a surrendered instrument of some greater will. I suggest the greater will is not that of the Infinite. It is the will of the god who has taken the place of one’s mind.

When I found myself attached emotionally and physically I found difficult to maintain celibacy. The way I resolved that it was I turned her into object of dislike or hate……
According to Hindu tradition there is no salvation for women”

http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=1gFPsAmLd8w&feature=related

Excerpt from Bronte Baxter
Through religion, schooling, news and entertainment, we are programmed to accept ideas that take away our natural autonomy and empowerment. We’re taught that we are born into sin, or that we’re born into ignorance. We’re told we’re selfish and greedy, and that ego identification (cherishing our individuality) is the root of all suffering. We’re told we must forfeit freedoms so we can have safety and justice. We’re told the world is a dangerous place and only governments, rules and restrictions can protect us: the bigger they are, the better the protection. The more we accept these ideas, the more fear takes over our subconscious minds in the form of deep-seated attitudes that tell us we can’t trust ourselves, and that we are little and powerless. By the time we are adults, our subconscious is in a pretty saturated state of self-doubt, which is why our conscious mind builds so many cathedrals to things outside ourselves that we trust to take care of us and explain the world to us. Spiritual teachers, religious leaders, charismatic politicians, celebrities – we let what they say determine what is real and what is right. Because we have no faith in our ability to know what is real and right for ourselves.

A good explanation how we were manipulated to feel insecure and disempowered. Promoting celibacy as well as emotional detachment will foster sense of insecurity.

“People undergo a change in value system and become confused what is right or what is wrong…….No moral standards upon which to act……………They ask you to brainless obedience…………….They seek to escape something by numbing emotions and compassions through meditation”

http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=Ld5kNzZfhXc&feature=related

Excerpt from Bronte Baxter
When cherished beliefs are assaulted by new knowledge, the foundations of our world take the hit. That means the foundations of our psyche itself, because that is where our deepest beliefs are structured, deep in subconscious mind. I don’t think a person can question and explore reality without feeling shaken, even shattered, from time to time, and I want to talk about how I personally deal with that. Because the ability to deal with that determines whether we move forward in our quest or turn tail and beat it back to base camp, trying to block out what we heard and saw in the forest.
The word “zombie” is appropriate because of its meaning as the walking dead.
The death of free will, passion, desire and originality – sounds a lot like enlightenment, doesn’t it. The surrender of the individual to the collective. Control of the collective by divine-right rulers, and control of those rulers by the cosmic band of thugs themselves. The rise of the great Fourth Reich.

Without moral standards, inner value system, identity, and feelings and emotions we are lost and totally disempowered. Sounds like the optimal scenario of New World Order.

There is a lot of truth in what you say.
Many things were hijacked and distorted by New age and through New age
Ascension as presented by the new age has nothing to do with true spiritual evolution.
New age started of well meaning, hearts roses flower power, then the Lower astral got in there and used it as a vehicle to take people away from God..
Spirituality has nothing to do with any religion including Hinduism.
Enlightenment is an entirely different thing -- its freedom from ignorance freedom from bondage freedom from the cycle of birth death.
It is being in the Joy body.
In India thespiritual quest did no begin in earnest till all family responsibilities were taken care of, at quite an age, in the last years of life,
Modern times most sages are alive with children.
Generalities are not helpful.
Enlightenment is a specific state testified to many since the dawn of time --union with God many ways of getting there, Tantric teaches enlightenment through the sexual union of man and woman.
Ancient wisdom got distorted totally by those who fear God with good reason to do so.
Hope I m in keeping with the essence of this thread.

[QUOTE=starninja;24098]Articles, vides, and discussions here forced me to ask some questions.

Is there a connection between as Alan Watts said being “equally insecure” and New Age belief system?

I personally think there is, the reason is that people are encouraged not to think and analize and that is a problem for the being. We have 12 bodies, they are interconected so we can not refuse incoming information and when we do we create chaos into our system because there is the inevitable built up of energy that has to go somewhere and it takes me to the next one

Is there a connection between the explosion of anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses and the New Age belief system?

In my opinion there is, because excess of unprocesed energy creates blockages that interfere with the normal action of the chakras which are energy interchange systems

Why do people who are deeply involved in the New Age display total emotional emptiness?

Because people are giving their power away and workshiping something or other, hence they spend their emotional energy so no energy for eanything else like thinking or creating, or being warm to others

Is there a connection between practicing Transcendental Meditation and cognitive impairment?
It appears to be the case. Most of the mantras given to people were just the repetition of the name of saints, that is quite a con if you think about it because they were charging thousand to give you a name

Now, what happens when we give our power away, we get depleted. The depletion can be such that can alter the wiring of the brain and of course that causes malcfuntion

Consider also that when we workship something we are opening ourselves to those energies, if those energies are predatorial there will be negative consecuences

How does involvement in the New Age beliefs and practice affect our relationships with others?

This is an interesting one, I think it makes people feel superior to other lesser beings that are not "in the know" as in "my god is better than yours"

Are we fully alive, full of joy, and passions, following our heart desire?
My personal experience says no, it is all a facade and I was quite ill at the end of my personal experience, I realized that I got tagged more than once later on. Fortunately with other techineques all the tags have been now removed

Who did promote the New Age beliefs?
That is something that I am not clear 100 pct yet but there is evidence that it was started by Puharich

How the New Age belief system was incorporated into psychology, education, or business?
It permeated all lines of thought and schooling dumming down the population, everithing became an mind illness it is sad but hilarious at the same time. Business was very shy of this and it still is, not surprising, it is controlled by the illuminati so you can see why they did not promoted it there. Business is more callous now than it was when the NA started, it is the total opposite

My own experience of the two worlds was like walking into a time warp. Here business hat, here NA hat, and those that promote these ideas like Scientology, Druvalo, Hawkings, etc seem to be rather sharp bussiness people

What is the ultimate goal of the New Age movement?

My impression is that it was created to control people and make them believe they are cool and in the know when they are just buying the old re-packaged

Why do we accept a new belief system without questioning and researching?
You do ask interesting questions, because we are programed to accept authority and to believe that books are good. Also television used to be taken seriously and now it does not matter because people are being hypnotized with the digital TVs

Wow Starninja, what an excellent collection of very sharp and insightfull posts!

The key to all the deception in my oppinion is keeping people workshiping something outside yourself, Why? Does God need workshipping?

If we have to workship something it means to me that we are lesser than that something which is a contradiction. If Source created us alike it implies that if there is any workshiping it should start by workshiping ourselves which is rather odd, because it will imply that we ourselves consider a part of ourselves better than the other...that seems to me like a mental illness

Most people workship because they are afraid and they have been told that if they don't do this or the other there will be consequences, so the controlers use fear of lack of something to manipulate people and make them give away their power to another which is in essence life force

So If god give us life force why will it want it back? It is mad

I guess that in my explorations I have found that all that require us to workship them are in reality lacking life force and hence they can not be god or source as I call it

Just some thoughts

I was thinking about divisions and I realized that we have been lead to believe we are our worse enemy.....what a lie!

Take the body for example, even with the harsh life and all the junk food that we unwittingly have consumed until we knew better, isn't it amazing? It has its own intelligence, if we do not abuse it too much it runs like clockwork (and this feature is a bit anoying in england because my body wakes me up at chiken time ...dawn and it will not change even with eye masks) But we are told it is not good enough, we have to make it grow to 6 feet and be size 4???????????????????????????

It may be the illuminati's taste for women, but this one is not playing ball anymore. Revellion! I love my body exactly as it is and I am having long and passionated conversations with my atoms to optimize everything....

If you go to youtube, how many videos you find that tells you how to get in shape....talking about mind control, this is body control and yes I think being sensible is important but we are obsessed with calories to be hip and cool new age babe

We create our reality....mmmm....I think yes, at least on my direct experience, so what do you think it happens when you are counting calories? You are obsessed with food hence all diets fail...New Age, rubbish, there is no such a thing as new age, control, control, control

I have lost more weight by being focus on loving myself than with any diet I have ever done!

Food fot though:laugh:

I agree with you - very good points by Starninja and what you have to say as well.

I will say that back in the day when I used to do word studies in greek and hebrew the definition of "worship" as I understand it is a "face to face relationship" in equality, as opposed to surrendering to a greater being, begging for mercy. For me this changed everything and opened up a whole new path to understanding God. My belief is that it is the desire of God for us to be empowered with all God-like abilities and not be a follower of someone else's idea/concept of God - like that which is taught in the New Age Movement and all religions. I also agree that the Truth is within us as who we Truly are, not the external false concepts presented to us by all the bulldung peddlers.
If the Truth is external we are screwed, if it is within us then there is hope, for those that seek will find it.

When Insiders Expose the Ugly Side of the Entertainment Industry

This article documents some of today’s well-known artists who have gone on record and spoken about the dark side of the entertainment industry. Some of the industry’s biggest stars, including Dave Chappelle, Michael Jackson and Bob Dylan, have hinted at the true nature of the business in their own words. Here are some of my findings.

Throughout my articles, I discuss many dark aspects of the entertainment industry. Some of these aspects are so awful and improbable to the average reader that they become hard to believe, especially when the information comes from an anonymous blogger such as myself. Some actual celebrities have however gone on record with some truths on the industry. Those rare outbreaks are rarely publicized but, they are available online. So, for this article, I’m letting the insiders do the talking. Who is better placed to talk about the entertainment business than the entertainers themselves, those who have experienced first hand all facets of the business?

Although most artists will not use the terms “mind control” or “occult initiation,” they are explaining, in their own words, the strange realities they are witnessing. These are some videos I’ve found. I hope they’ll work for everyone.

Warning: Some of these videos are disturbing or contain foul language.

This has made me :girl_cray3: and please if you do not want to know where Hemi sinc (used in solfegio) comes from DO NOT read, it will upset you

Hemi-Sync paves the way for a legitimate parapsychology practice. Lab tests are presented to us, in part, by The
Monroe Institute, an organization that specializes in out of body experiences, OBEs. Paranormal societies exist in
abundance (most are OBE centers). No organization has dedicated more research to the paranormal field and
parapsychology studies than The Monroe Institute. This is the same retreat that educated Joseph McMoneagle
during his time in the CIA's STARGATE remote viewing project, the same organization that created the Gateway
Experience. The best refined, most intricate, (and most expensive) Hemi-Sync product out in the market today is the
Gateway Experience CD set. The CD set show the art of the OBE, how to discover one's inner child, and how to
travel to alternative planes. The Gateway Experience is a must for anyone serious about parapsychology. Other
institutes, such as the Centerpointe Research Institute, come in as distant runner ups. Hemi-Sync is also known as a
crash course in deep meditation. Meditations are reported to have high amplitude alpha rhythm during a session.
Deep mediators are reported to have beta waves over the whole brain. Such states of mind are easily achievable
with Hemi-Sync practice. The manipulation of brain waves is a proven accompaniment to the parapsychology field.
Hemi-Sync discoveries will have a profound impact on the science field in general.

I think it was Stewart Swerdlow in '08 that pointed out the dangers of the Monroe Institute and dabbling in the astral world.

I already had first hand experience in the 80's when I purchased hemi-sync. I had been experiencing oobe's that were being imposed on me (for lack of a better term), an outcome from the practice of lucid dreaming, also had kundalini experience which is why I wrote a professor, Charles Tart who suggested I contact Robert Monroe, which led to hemi-sync... anyway my first hand experience was that of the "dark" just into the 3rd tape and I let it go, totally negative experience. I chose a long time ago to trust my own inner guidance.
This is when using "protection" techniques or "posturing" became important, this discerning a source.

I found Swerdlow perhaps in early yrs 2000's which was the beginning of mind control discoveries. Yes the music industry, heavy programming and I wish I could access a stunning read in my old dead computer about all the great music stars and who their parents were, mostly all military big shots. Undeniable connections, was mind blowing.

Oh and I do like the suggestion about the use of words.... remember when we started typing tptb to tptw ('were').... I still like that. This is why I prefer Source over the word god now. We have to be very specific.

A Course in Miracles: a CIA exercise in mind control?
Monday, 25 June 2007

A Course in Miracles, published in 1975, is a book considered by its students to be their "spiritual path" - some have labelled it the "New Age Bible". It has sold millions of copies. But could it have been part of a CIA mind control experiment? One of its authors, was a key MKULTRA scientist.

Its promoters describe it as "A Course in Miracles is a complete self-study spiritual thought system. As a three-volume curriculum consisting of a Text, Workbook for Students, and Manual for Teachers, it teaches that the way to universal love and peace - or remembering God - is by undoing guilt through forgiving others. The Course thus focuses on the healing of relationships and making them holy. A Course in Miracles also emphasizes that it is but one version of the universal curriculum, of which there are 'many thousands.' Consequently, even though the language of the Course is that of traditional Christianity, it expresses a non-sectarian, non-denominational spirituality. A Course in Miracles therefore is a universal spiritual teaching, not a religion."
According to Dr. Helen Schucman and the Foundation for Inner Peace (FIP), she and Dr. William Thetford "scribed" the book by means of a process coming from a divine source through a form of channelling, which Schucman referred to as "inner dictation". Schucman described the divine source of her channelling as none other than the person of Jesus Christ - thus making one think that the notion that this is just a spiritual teaching "not a religion", somewhat suspect.

The source of A Course in Miracles was said to be Jesus ChristChannellers of Jesus Christ would - perhaps should - be treated with suspicion. But amongst the usual list of possible explanations for mounting a hoax, "A Course in Miracles" has an unusual candidate: CIA sponsored mind control.
Dr. William Thetford, co-scribe of the book, co-headed the CIA's "Mind Control" MK-ULTRA SubProject 130: Personality Theory, while at Columbia University, between 1971 and 1978. His colleague on this project was David Saunders. Thetford's Professional Bio, also available on the A Course in Miracles web site, makes reference to his involvement in a Personality Theory Research Project while Professor of Medical Psychology at Columbia University, but the information does not specifically cite this as a CIA MK-ULTRA SubProject - an omission we would expect to find.
When we check dates, it is clear that A Course in Miracles was written in the middle of this project's existence. The next question should therefore be whether it was part of this project. After all, the project addresses "personality theory" and the Course tackles how heal the personality.

Some might argue that though the book was published in 1975, the sessions predated Thetford's involvement with the CIA in 1971. But can we be sure? The story goes that in late 1965, Schucman began to "channel" this voice in her head. From 1965 to 1972, Thetford directly assisted Schucman with the transcription of the first three sections of the work, which was in fact the great bulk of the material. But one year into his involvement with the CIA, in 1972, Thetford and Schucman were introduced to Dr. Kenneth Wapnick, whom they invited to assist with the editing that was required to render the rough draft of the ACIM manuscript into a publishable format. So though it is possible the actual sessions fell outside of Thetford's MKULTRA employment, the promotion and publication fell squarely within it.
Furthermore, it has been alleged that among the subjects deleted from the original versions were remarks concerning "the CIA." When some of these original versions were first published on the Internet in the late 1990s, they were almost as quickly removed by a court injunction brought by none other than Wapnick himself.

The publisher of the Course was the Foundation for the Investigation of Para Sensory Phenomena. Some observers wonder whether this may have been funded by members involved with or employed by the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), Menlo Park, California, which at the time was home to the Remote Viewing project - itself sponsored by the CIA. One of the people with connections to SRI was Judith Skutch, the president and founder of the foundation.
In 1973, Skutch was one of Uri Geller's first supporters. According to Andrew Tobias, most of Geller's private demonstrations were done in Skutch's apartment and it was this foundation that put up $60,000 to pay for SRI's further study of Geller. As it is now known that funding for such experiments also came from the CIA, we can of course wonder whether the Foundation was a front for the CIA... which would mean that it was the CIA itself who published "A Course in Miracles" in 1975. That would mean that the Course was from beginning to end a CIA affair.

ThetfordCould this couple have faked everything? Father Benedict Groeschel, a Catholic priest, knew Schucman both as a teacher and friend. He described William Thetford as "a mysterious character", and "probably the most sinister person I ever met." That is an interesting assessment.
Only after he retired from teaching did Thetford's Columbia colleagues (who knew him best as a rare-books expert) discover that during the years they worked with him, he had been employed as an agent of the CIA - one who was, among other things, present at the first fission experiment conducted by physicists assigned to the Manhattan Project. Thetford also was "the most religious atheist I have ever known", Groeschel recalled. Equally, Groeschel uncovered that Schucman, though outwardly an atheist, had been an admirer of the apparition of the Virgin Mary at Lourdes - quite an uncommon fascination for a Jew. She was also embarrassed and feared, Groeschel remembered, that the book would create a cult, or a cult following, which of course it did. In her eyes, it was that "damned book".

Was Schucman the unknown victim, or active participant, in a government-sponsored experiment? As an associate professor, she definitely had the intelligence to figure whether or not she was abused.
Furthermore, J.W. Gittinger was the primary personality assessor for MKULTRA. He pioneered scientific methods to enable him to identify the most susceptible types of personalities for Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, one of the leading scientists on the MKULTRA project. Gittinger's work eventually surfaced as his "Personality Assessment System" (PAS). Two years after Schucman went to work for Thetford, they co-authored a paper on Gittinger's PAS, suggesting they at least knew of him... or may even have written this paper within the framework of the MKULTRA project.

So could the book be part of some mind control experiment? Author and Yogi Joel Kramer states that the Course could be considered a classic authoritarian example of programming thought to change beliefs. Long time teacher of the Course, Hugh Prather, notes that the Course students often become, "far more separate and egocentric", with many ultimately, "[losing] the ability to carry on a simple conversation". He admits that he and his wife Gayle, "had ended up less flexible, less forgiving, and less generous than we were when we first started our path!"
Furthermore, the book starts off as a psychic channelling session and this is an area that the CIA was involved with in the 1970s. So not only was Thetford an MK-ULTRA employee, the book itself, and the method in which it is said to have come about, also fits a CIA area of interest.

SchucmanWhile occult phenomenon has long been ridiculed by the scientific establishment, the CIA seriously entertained the notion that such phenomena might be highly significant for the spy trade. The Agency speculated that if a number of people in the US were found to have high ESP capacity, their talent could be assigned to specific intelligence problems. In 1952, the CIA initiated an extensive program involving the search for, and development of, exceptionally gifted individuals who could approximate perfect success in ESP performance. The Office of Security, which ran the ARTICHOKE project, was urged to follow all leads on individuals reported to have true clairvoyant powers so as to be able to subject their claims to rigorous scientific investigation.
The CIA began infiltrating séances and occult gatherings during the 1950s, which may explain why they were interested in a bizarre UFO/medium case in Maine in 1959. A memo dated April 9, 1953, refers to a domestic - and therefore illegal - operation that required the planting of a very specialized observer at a séance in order to obtain a broad surveillance of all individuals attending the meetings.
During the late 1960s, the CIA experimented with mediums in an attempt to contact and possibly debrief dead CIA agents. These attempts, according to Victor Marchetti, a former high-ranking CIA official, were part of a larger effort to harness psychic powers for various intelligence-related missions (PROJECT SCANATE) that included utilizing clairvoyants to divine the intentions of the Kremlin leadership.
Early in 1981, a well-known syndicated columnist Jack Anderson said, "my associate and I revealed a Pentagon secret that raised eyebrows from coast-to-coast. To the sceptics who wrote in, no, we don't take hallucinogens. The Pentagon and the Kremlin are, indeed dabbling in the black arts, they are seriously trying to develop weapons based upon extrasensory perception...". A Course in Miracles seems to have been a part of this psychic warfare... the question is: what was its intended purpose?

Iraq: teachers told to rewrite history Print
Monday, 17 March 2008

Britain's biggest teachers' union has accused the Ministry of Defence of breaking the law over a lesson plan drawn up to teach pupils about the Iraq war. The National Union of Teachers claims it breaches the 1996 Education Act, which aims to ensure all political issues are treated in a balanced way.

Teachers claim the lesson plan is a "propaganda" exercise and makes no mention of any civilian casualties as a result of the war. They believe the instructions, designed for use during classroom discussions in general studies or personal, social and health education (PSE) lessons, are arguably an attempt to rewrite the history of the Iraq invasion just as the world prepares to mark its fifth anniversary.
Steve Sinnott, the general secretary of the NUT, said: "This isn't an attack on the military - nothing of the sort. I know they've done valuable work in establishing peace in some countries. It is an attack on practices that we cannot condone in schools. It is a question of whether you present fair and balanced views or put forward prejudice and propaganda to youngsters."

At the heart of the union's concern is a lesson plan commissioned by an organisation called Kids Connections for the Ministry of Defence aimed at stimulating classroom debate about the Iraq war. In a "Students' Worksheet" which accompanies the lesson plan, it stresses the "reconstruction" of Iraq, noting that 5,000 schools and 20 hospitals have been rebuilt. But there is no mention of civilian casualties.
In the "Teacher Notes" section, it talks about how the "invasion was necessary to allow the opportunity to remove Saddam Hussein" but it fails to mention the lack of United Nations backing for the war. The notes also use the American spelling of "program".

Addressing whether the MoD should be providing materials for schools, Sinnott said that he did not object, as long as the material was accurate, presented responsibly and contained a balanced view of opinions.
The union has protested to the Schools Secretary, Ed Balls, who has referred the complaint to the MoD. In a letter to Balls, Sinnott said: "I have to say that were the MoD pack to be distributed and followed without the legally required 'balanced presentation of opposing views' there would, in my view, be very serious risk of a finding of non-compliance with section 406 (of the 1996 Education Act) at least.
"I do not doubt that there would be many members of this union who would not accept as 'fact' the assertions made particularly in the Teacher Notes, nor, I think, could some of the assertions made in the Student Worksheet be regarded as non-controversial."

Carnage in IraqSinnott reminded Balls that a High Court judge had ruled that the film An Inconvenient Truth, by the Oscar-winning former American vice-president Al Gore, could not be used in schools without teachers counteracting some of the assertions made in it.
Balls sought to distance himself from supporting the material. He said: "I am sure you are aware my department does not promote or endorse specific resources or methods of teaching for use in schools but I appreciate you drawing this to my attention." Balls added that he had instructed his officials "to take this matter up" with the MoD.

A spokesman for the MoD said the ministry had consulted with interested parties over the proposed lesson plan in order to ensure it had the support of the education community. "We did ask the Stop The War coalition to take part although it refused."
The spokesman added that the programme was "a set of web-based resources" whose use was "completely voluntary".
"We have consulted widely with teachers and students during the development of these products and feedback from schools has been extremely encouraging," he added. "Teachers and students found them to be valuable and fun resources for applied learning. They are designed to support teachers in delivering a whole range of subjects across the national curriculum and its equivalents in Scotland and Wales. We are happy to engage with the NUT and we will be writing to them."

Union members say they are also worried that armed forces recruitment fairs in schools glamorise the job by citing exotic countries that recruits will visit but fail to mention that they may be required to kill people.
According to an independent assessment of the MoD's recruitment material by the Joseph Rowntree Trust, however, the material concerned was "very dubious". The trust said it had used misleading marketing with advertising campaigns that "glamorise warfare, omit vital information and fail to point out the risks and responsibilities associated with a forces career".
Sinnott said: "On their recruitment material, it tells what an exotic lifestyle this can be, but it doesn't mention that being in the military involves killing people. These things don't feature as they should in a proper, balanced view of what it is like being in the armed forces."

What the MoD's guide says... and what it omits

* "Iraq was invaded early 2003 by a United States coalition. Twenty-nine other countries, including the UK, also provided troops... Iraq had not abandoned its nuclear and chemical weapons development program". After the first Gulf War, "Iraq did not honour the cease-fire agreement by surrendering weapons of mass destruction..."

The reality: The WMD allegation, central to the case for war, proved to be bogus. David Kay, appointed by the Bush administration to search for such weapons after the invasion, found no evidence of a serious programme or stockpiling of WMDs. The "coalition of the willing" was the rather grand title of a rag-tag group of countries which included Eritrea, El Salvador and Macedonia.

Carnage in Iraq* "The invasion was also necessary to allow the opportunity to remove Saddam, an oppressive dictator, from power, and bring democracy to Iraq".

The reality: Regime change was not the reason given in the run-up to the invasion - the US and UK governments had been advised it would be against international law. Saddam was regarded as an ally of the West while he was carrying out some of the worst of his atrocities. As for democracy, elections were held in Iraq during the occupation and have led to a sectarian Shia government. Attempts by the US to persuade the government to be more inclusive towards minorities have failed.

* "Over 7,000 British troops remain in Iraq... to contribute to reconstruction, training Iraqi security forces... They continue to fight against a strong militant Iraqi insurgency."

The reality: The number of British troops in Iraq is now under 5,000. They withdrew from their last base inside Basra city in September and are now confined to the airport where they do not take part in direct combat operations.

* "The cost of UK military operations in Iraq for 2005/06 was £958m."

The reality: The cost of military operations in Iraq has risen by 72 per cent in the past 12 months and the estimated cost for this year is £1.648bn. The House of Commons defence committee said it was "surprised" by the amount of money needed considering the slowing down of the tempo of operations.

* "Over 312,000 Iraqi security forces have been trained and equipped (Police, Army and Navy)."

The reality: The Iraqi security forces have been accused, among others by the American military, of running death squads targeting Sunnis. In Basra, the police became heavily infiltrated by Shia militias and British troops had to carry out several operations against them. On one occasion British troops had to smash their way into a police station to rescue two UK special forces soldiers who had been seized by the police.

* "A total of 132 UK military personnel have been killed in Iraq."

The reality: The figure is 175 since the invasion of 2003. A British airman died in a rocket attack at the airport two weeks ago despite British troops not going into Basra city on operations. Conservative estimates of the number of Iraqi civilians killed since the beginning of the invasion stand at around 85,000.

* "From hospitals to schools to wastewater treatment plants, the presence of coalition troops is aiding the reconstruction of post-Saddam Iraq."

The reality: Five years after "liberation", Baghdad still only has a few hours of intermittent power a day. Children are kidnapped from schools for ransom and families of patients undergoing surgery at hospitals are advised to buy and bring in blood from sellers who congregate outside.

Very good example that the new age movement itself being created (1975 published date of COM) ... the infiltration was that of organized religion (another creation) and on it goes... evolving strategy.

Then again, who has time to check out all these "finds" online... and before internet, the good ole library was a strategic design as well, ya think? Some have the power to dictate historical accounts, which books to publish etc etc...

what's my point? dunno ... I'm hungry & dinner is ready...

“You retreat into security of chanting instead of thinking the problem through…… In mantra yoga a word or phrase is repeated over and over again to bring an individual to the vibration level that will attract that which is being chanted for….. We always were told that it was meaningless sound that has nothing to do with Gods….. Every time we sit, we evoke Hindu Gods……. “

http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=4Utpc2qHnPc&feature=related

Excerpt from Bronte Baxter
And what did Maharishi procure for? The Vedic gods. He sold us a meaningless word that was supposed to guide our minds to transcend superficial consciousness. Later we learned those meaningless words, our mantras, were names of deities. He taught us advanced techniques with the Sanskrit word “namah” at their core: “I bow down.” Mantra meditation is a form of paying worship to those who call themselves gods. When you scrape away all the fancy and misleading explanations – like “meaningless sounds” and “impulses of creative intelligence,” what you get very simply is people with their eyes closed bowing down in their minds to an assigned Hindu deity.

Historically, the gods exacted worship and sacrifice – blood sacrifice commonly, including the murder of humans. While Hinduism has a history of human sacrifice, it has been reduced today to worship of Kali, the goddess with her bloody tongue hanging out, whose body is adorned with a necklace of bleeding, decapitated human heads. Or Shiva, adorned with serpents, who dances on graves. Or Vishnu, whom Arjuna perceived in His cosmic form with pieces of devoured victims’ flesh sticking between his teeth. Gods feed on the energy of suffering, the fearful energy of the victim.

The Shrimad-Bhagavatum, among other scriptures, explains the antipathy of the gods for human enlightenment. According to the Vedas and the mythology of other cultures, the gods feel threatened by the human race, afraid mankind might grow as powerful as they. The gods want humans to remain ignorant and “inferior” because if man realized his intrinsic nature as consciousness, he would no longer be subject to deva control. The devas wish us to believe, and have told us throughout scripture, that their divine hands manipulate and guide the laws of nature – creation itself. For this reason we should worship them, chant to them, send them our soma (subtle energy generated in meditation). Because our energy feeds the gods and is needed by them to stay strong and in control of this material dimension. And they wish us to believe that their control is in our best interest.

What kind of power is it, that can’t exist without feeding? It sounds more like psychic enslavement to me. Convince the people whose world you contrive to control that they are powerless without you, that the rains won’t come and the sun will go dark if they don’t please you. Drink their soma, the positive energy of worship, and drink their negative energy, too, when you can incite it and siphon it off. Feed yourself on human astral energy, whatever the quality, and you and your race can control human life as long as the system remains intact. Planetary farming. If anyone starts to wake up a little, divert their efforts at spiritual independence by luring them into mantra meditation.

Think of all the gurus you’ve met with their palpable shakti. An energy so real no one who experiences it can deny it. What is that light in their eye, a light beyond this world? Whose is that power they touch you with, embrace you with? Is it the shakti of Brahman, the light of pure consciousness? Or is it the power of Kali or one of her friends? Gurus often say they are the embodiment of Shiva, Kali, or some other god. Why do we not take them at their word?

I would like to suggest that mantra meditation turns humans into zombies who serve the agenda of the gods. No one can keep the human soul enslaved against its will. An act of personal empowerment, of willfully recalling one’s ego, must surely destroy enslavement by any possessing entity. One can recall surrendered pieces of one’s being as a magnet can recall iron filings. Native American traditions speak of our ability to do just this, calling back the parts of our lost personhood.

When I hear “the enlightened” excuse all the atrocities of this world by saying that in their exalted perception, everything is “perfect” just as it is, I hear “fraud.” The God I perceive in the depths of my being is not a God who is content with fathers raping infants, animals being ripped apart alive, or human sorrow so great only suicide can quell it. This kind of world is not perfect, and anyone who sees it as such has something seriously wrong with them.

Will we continue surrendering our governments, media, schools, workplaces, taxes and spirituality to those who would lead us farther away from personal freedom and self-actualization, closer to a world without responsibility, originality or joy? Such a world is the goal of the gods, because it’s more controllable. Total control and spiritual domination. The destruction of everything that makes life worth living. Creation imploding on itself, like a snake swallowing its tail. That actually is a symbol found in mystery schools, which were controlled by the gods.

It’s time to give up beads and mantras, chanting and bowing down to dirty feet. It’s time to fire the gurus, stand up and be the powerful, sublime individuals we are. It’s time to question the dogmas we swallowed whole from Vedic tradition and take a closer look at what is happening when we meditate.

Hindu religion teaches that everything is illusion. Course in Miracle teaches the same.
Interesting similarities....... It is a very clever way to control people by convincing them that everything is illusion so that people will not see pain and suffering, care about humans, and earth. And if we are believe in reincarnation, we can give up our responsibility without feeling guilty. After all, we will come back. Furthermore, if they teach people to retreat into chanting or meditation when they face problems rather than teaching how to solve them, are we surprise to see the rising problem of addictions, divorces, or depression and anxiety. A very clever way of disempowering people.

Yes, it is disgusting. This BBC documentary movie further explains how they totally manipulate and control our life by introducing psychotherapy. It also reveals how CIA and politicians, as well as big business utilized psychology to create people who conform to society rules. The goal is to kill individuality, passions, and inner desires.

Inside The LC: The Strange but Mostly True Story of Laurel Canyon and the Birth of the Hippie Generation
Part I
May 8, 2008

"There’s something happening here
What it is ain’t exactly clear"

Join me now, if you have the time, as we take a stroll down memory lane to a time nearly four-and-a-half decades ago – a time when America last had uniformed ground troops fighting a sustained and bloody battle to impose, uhmm, ‘democracy’ on a sovereign nation.

It is the first week of August, 1964, and U.S. warships under the command of U.S. Navy Admiral George Stephen Morrison have allegedly come under attack while patrolling Vietnam’s Tonkin Gulf. This event, subsequently dubbed the ‘Tonkin Gulf Incident,’ will result in the immediate passing by the U.S. Congress of the obviously pre-drafted Tonkin Gulf Resolution, which will, in turn, quickly lead to America’s deep immersion into the bloody Vietnam quagmire. Before it is over, well over fifty thousand American bodies – along with literally millions of Southeast Asian bodies – will litter the battlefields of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

For the record, the Tonkin Gulf Incident appears to differ somewhat from other alleged provocations that have driven this country to war. This was not, as we have seen so many times before, a ‘false flag’ operation (which is to say, an operation that involves Uncle Sam attacking himself and then pointing an accusatory finger at someone else). It was also not, as we have also seen on more than one occasion, an attack that was quite deliberately provoked. No, what the Tonkin Gulf incident actually was, as it turns out, is an ‘attack’ that never took place at all. The entire incident, as has been all but officially acknowledged, was spun from whole cloth. (It is quite possible, however, that the intent was to provoke a defensive response, which could then be cast as an unprovoked attack on U.S ships. The ships in question were on an intelligence mission and were operating in a decidedly provocative manner. It is quite possible that when Vietnamese forces failed to respond as anticipated, Uncle Sam decided to just pretend as though they had.)

Nevertheless, by early February 1965, the U.S. will – without a declaration of war and with no valid reason to wage one – begin indiscriminately bombing North Vietnam. By March of that same year, the infamous “Operation Rolling Thunder” will have commenced. Over the course of the next three-and-a-half years, millions of tons of bombs, missiles, rockets, incendiary devices and chemical warfare agents will be dumped on the people of Vietnam in what can only be described as one of the worst crimes against humanity ever perpetrated on this planet.

Also in March of 1965, the first uniformed U.S. soldier will officially set foot on Vietnamese soil (although Special Forces units masquerading as ‘advisers’ and ‘trainers’ had been there for at least four years, and likely much longer). By April 1965, fully 25,000 uniformed American kids, most still teenagers barely out of high school, will be slogging through the rice paddies of Vietnam. By the end of the year, U.S. troop strength will have surged to 200,000.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the world in those early months of 1965, a new ‘scene’ is just beginning to take shape in the city of Los Angeles. In a geographically and socially isolated community known as Laurel Canyon – a heavily wooded, rustic, serene, yet vaguely ominous slice of LA nestled in the hills that separate the Los Angeles basin from the San Fernando Valley – musicians, singers and songwriters suddenly begin to gather as though summoned there by some unseen Pied Piper. Within months, the ‘hippie/flower child’ movement will be given birth there, along with the new style of music that will provide the soundtrack for the tumultuous second half of the 1960s.

An uncanny number of rock music superstars will emerge from Laurel Canyon beginning in the mid-1960s and carrying through the decade of the 1970s. The first to drop an album will be The Byrds, whose biggest star will prove to be David Crosby. The band’s debut effort, “Mr. Tambourine Man,” will be released on the Summer Solstice of 1965. It will quickly be followed by releases from the John Phillips-led Mamas and the Papas (“If You Can Believe Your Eyes and Ears,” January 1966), Love with Arthur Lee (“Love,” May 1966), Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention (“Freak Out,” June 1966), Buffalo Springfield, featuring Stephen Stills and Neil Young (“Buffalo Springfield,” October 1966), and The Doors (“The Doors,” January 1967).

One of the earliest on the Laurel Canyon/Sunset Strip scene is Jim Morrison, the enigmatic lead singer of The Doors. Jim will quickly become one of the most iconic, controversial, critically acclaimed, and influential figures to take up residence in Laurel Canyon. Curiously enough though, the self-proclaimed “Lizard King” has another claim to fame as well, albeit one that none of his numerous chroniclers will feel is of much relevance to his career and possible untimely death: he is the son, as it turns out, of the aforementioned Admiral George Stephen Morrison.

Yoga and psychotherapy. Part 6

“First stage is deep breathing and movement. Second stage is screaming meditation. By the time you get to the third stage, you are hardly there…. Your mind lives your body. There were glowing reports published giving the credits to Gurus and psychological techniques but neglected to mention thousands of cases of emotional and mental breakdown, insanity, suicides, rape, murders……..This dangerous technique of enlightenment were incorporated in psychotherapy, self-help seminars, or even in Catholic and Protestant church”

Suppressed by MIU and the TM movement are many independent research
studies with tighter controls which have uncovered the following
actual effects from the practice of TM:

1. No specific or broad scale special benefits.

2. Partially impaired mental faculties.

3. Depersonalization.

4. A high percentage of psychological disorders.

5. Aggravation of pre-existing mental illness.

6. The onset of mental illness.

German Government Study (commissioned by the Government Ministry of
Youth, Family and Health).

Meditation: An Empirical Analysis of Pathogenic Structures as an Aid
in Counselling. Bensheim, Germany: (Institut fur Jugend und
Gesellschaft, Ernst-Ludwig-Strasse 45, 6140) The Institute for Youth
and Society, 1980. (129 pages)

The government's right to use this report was upheld in a ruling by
the Bundesverwaltungsgericht, the highest German court on May 24,
1989.

This study reported the most adverse effects experienced by TM
practitioners. Some excerpts follow:

4.6.6 TM can cause mental illness or at least prepare the way for the
onset of mental illness; that psychological illness already present
before TM was considerably worsened after starting TM; that mind-set
conditions can develop, leading to depersonalization.

4.3.3 TM has a detrimental effect on the decision process. There is a
loss of self-determination and a turning toward TM authorities for
guidance. Studied facial expression, bodily posture, voice and
handwriting all point to the fact that the total personality is
gravely altered under TM.

5.6.4 In cases studied, TM caused a far reaching alteration of the
view of reality which adversely affects social relationships,
motivation and the drive to achieve--to the point that practical work
becomes intolerable to the meditator.

A study of six long-term TM practitioners which reveals their
acceptance of depersonalized states of existence because they have
been led to believe this indicates spiritual growth from the TM
practice.

From a review of the literature on meditation and depersonalization
and interviews conducted with six meditators, this study concludes
that: 1) meditation can cause depersonalization and derealization; 2)
the meanings in the mind of the meditator regarding the experience of
depersonalization will determine to a great extent whether anxiety is
present as part of the experience; 3) there need not be any
significant anxiety or impairment in social or occupational
functioning as a result of depersonalization; 4) a depersonalized
state can become an apparently permanent mode of functioning; 5)
patients with Depersonalization Disorder may be treated through a
process of symbolic healing--that is, changing the meanings associated
with depersonalization in the mind of the patient, thereby reducing
anxiety and functional impairment; 6) panic/anxiety may be caused by
depersonalization if catastrophic interpretations of depersonalization
are present.

A careful, in-depth investigation into the effects of TM practice on
respiration and metabolism, revealing that TM produces no deeper state
of rest than from just sitting with eyes closed, even in advanced
practitioners, and that the TM practice does not produce a
hypometabolic state as claimed by MIU's Robert Keith Wallace.

They also discovered a decrease in respiratory exchange ratio in
meditators during TM not observed in controls (i.e., an increase of
carbon dioxide). Although this research was conducted at MIU,
Kesterson and Clinch maintained their objectivity. Unlike most work by
TM movement research, this particular study was published in a major

The views expressed in the [TM] literature that purport to find a
connection between the recent ideas of theoretical physics and states
of consciousness are false and profoundly misleading. No qualified
physicist that I know would claim to find such a connection without
knowingly committing fraud.

Although the word ``science'' is much abused, it continues to imply an
adherent to logic, the clear presentation of assumptions and
deductions, and the experimental method. This [the Science of Creative
Intelligence] is not science.

Excerpt from Bronte Baxter
One insider, a friend of mine who was exceptionally devoted to Maharishi and who worked with TM psychologists as their research assistant, became shaken and left the movement when she found the scientists she worked with doctoring test results to make them better conform to Maharishi’s desired outcomes.

I wonder if there are independent studies that uncover actual affects of Course in Miracle as the project addresses "personality theory" and the Course tackles how heal the personality.
It is a smart way to introduce TM that cause anxiety, depression, depersonalization, and other mental problems and then introduce Prozac, antianxiety, and anti-psychotic medication. It is even more disgusting.

Wow! Awesome research Starninja! I does look a bit like demonic possesion or a black mass

Some years ago I directly came across to a couple of people that were ex Osho, and they were very traumatized judging for their own comments

Breathing is important and can be a powerful tool but knowing why one is doing what one is doing is more important. Kundalini awakenings without knowing what the person is doing have in many cases being very damaging not only mentally but physically. There have been many recorded cases of insanity due to Kundalini energies. What people is not told is why gurus promote the use of sexual energies. Sexual energies are very powerful, I studied that with the Gnostics, and it is know that part of the black mass is related to sex because it unleashes creative energies that are later on used to create ones desires

Aleister Crawley, O.T.O. was an expert on the matter (for the negative side) and it is know that sexual magic was used to turn around the results of WWII

So the reasonable conclusion will be if one does not know why one is doing what it is being suggested by the so called gurus don't do it. Ask for a complete explanation of why and where one's energies are going to go

Their discourse is not clear and their associtations are not clear either. I don't want to jump into conclussions but I am aware of several people that have had negative experiences with their material. They all were in the St Claire ning where this material was actibly promoted.

So discernment is needed until it is possible to know the agenda behind. For me the fact that is a black ops thing makes me be doubly cautios because I am yet to find anything that BOps have done for the benefit of humanity

Found this that clearly explains very briefly how all this is handled by the NSA, the same people that Arthur Neumann says he worked with. Can we believe anything this Bops handle? why shoould we? they have infiltrated all aspects of life so an alien take over seems to be running in paralell with the blue beam project. At this point all that I can say is that why will Bops give us anything that will awaken us?

Project Briefing and Background

There were, however, two very puzzling questions. All but one of the artifacts could be dated to the 8th century AD. The exception, known as the “compass” artifact, appeared to be an unusual form of technology, and was found among more typical artifacts like pottery and simple tools. The compass was covered in strange hieroglyphic symbols, some of which were also found on the pottery. Secondly, the pictographs that were found in the area had inexplicably appeared, and they were strikingly different than any of the other native petroglyphs or rock art found in the southwest or the entire continent for that matter.

Because of these two anomalies, the artifacts and the entire project quickly became the property of the US government, or more specifically, the National Security Agency. It was decided that these artifacts might suggest a pre-historical, extraterrestrial presence on earth, and that the NSA had the appropriate agenda and wherewithal to initiate a full-scale, scientific expedition to determine the nature and significance of the site.

The site was completely searched by a secret department of the NSA in 1973, but it only resulted in a few additional findings, and none of them were designated as technologies or evidence of an extraterrestrial presence. Additional pictographic symbols were found, but decoding them was a difficult and frustrating process. Experts were called in to help, but it was impossible to reach a consensus as to what the pictographs meant. As quickly as the project had risen as a priority investigation, it fell into the archives of the NSA under the code name, Ancient Arrow.

Twenty-one years later, in 1994, a series of rockslides opened up a section of the Ancient Arrow site. The canyon was in a naturally obscure section of park land held by the state of New Mexico. After its discovery in 1972, it had been officially sanctioned off-limits to hikers and campers and was to be left in its natural state. From time-to-time, scientists — sponsored by the NSA — would visit the site hoping to uncover new evidence, but were invariably disappointed.

Shortly after the rockslide occurrence, a small team of operatives from the NSA visited Ancient Arrow canyon to do some follow-up research. They discovered the rockslide had exposed an entrance to a hidden cavern that led deep within the canyon walls.

At the back of this cavern, the research team discovered a well-hidden entrance into the interior of the canyon wall or rock structure of the Ancient Arrow site. There they found a system of tunnels and chambers that had been carved out from solid rock. There were a total of 23 chambers, all intricately connected to an interior corridor, and each chamber held a specific wall painting, series of pictographs, written hieroglyphs, and what seemed to be dormant, alien technologies.

Once this entrance to the cavern was found, a report was immediately filed with the Director responsible for the Ancient Arrow project. The project was then formally brought under the jurisdiction of the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO), which organized an inter-disciplinary research team to assess the exact nature of the site and attempt to discover additional artifacts or evidence of an extraterrestrial visitation.

The ACIO is a secret or unacknowledged department of the NSA. It is headquartered in Virginia, but also have personnel in Belgium, India, and Indonesia. They are largely unknown, even to senior directors within the NSA. The ACIO is the lowest profile organization within the entire intelligence community. Its agenda is to research, assimilate, and replicate any technologies or discoveries of extraterrestrial origin. Its personnel consist mainly of scientists who are completely anonymous, yet are paid salaries in excess of $400,000 per year because of their security clearance and IQ. This secret organization not only possesses enormous brain power, but it is also in possession of technologies that are far in advance of any other research facility on the planet. They are, in a word, privileged.

The artifacts found at the Ancient Arrow site were virtually incomprehensible to the research team. There were many mysteries. Why would an advanced culture leave their artifacts in such a precise and seemingly ordered manner? What was the message they were trying to leave behind? What were their technologies and why did they leave them behind? Did the creators of this site intermingle with the native tribes or remain an isolated culture? Who were they and why were they here in the 8th century? Were they planning to return? These were only some of the mysteries that challenged the research team.

Throughout the seven months of restoration, cataloguing, and analysis, the Ancient Arrow project was a complete enigma. More of the energy went into the safe preservation of the artifacts, rather than attempting to solve the puzzle of their existence, though speculations were a topic of every conversation. Gradually, a hypothesis was structured by the research team that an extraterrestrial culture established an earth colony in the 8th century and isolated itself within the Ancient Arrow canyon. They brought with them a very precise mission to leave behind a massive “time capsule” that would prove to be discovered in the late 20th century. While the exact nature of the time capsule was unclear to the research team, it seemed probable that it was a cultural exchange of some kind and had no invasive intent to earth or its people.

It took a team of researchers nearly two years after the restoration was completed to decipher a partial meaning of the chamber artifacts. The 23 separate chambers seemed to be linked together to form some specific message or purposeful mission. In the 23rd and final chamber, they recovered a small optical disc that was presumed to hold digital information that could be the key to deciphering the artifacts. Scientists eagerly analyzed the disc, but they could not figure out how to access its content.

The ACIO’s finest computer experts were called in to try and unlock the encoded disc, but to no avail. Several more months were spent trying every conceivable method to access the contents of the disc, but nothing worked. The Ancient Arrow project, for the first time in nearly a year, had hit a dead-end and funding for the project was rapidly weaned by the ACIO.

After two more months of unsuccessful efforts, it was decided that the technology to access the disc was simply not available. The optical disc and all of the artifacts and findings would be carefully placed in secure storage until the technologies were available to unlock the disc and harvest its content. It was presumed that the disc held star charts, translation indexes, glossaries, and all the answers to the various mysteries of its creators and, perhaps more importantly, their intentions for earth.

While the optical disc was considered to be the key to unlocking the meaning of the time capsule, the ACIO had little choice, but to place the project into storage and await the arrival of technologies that would permit them to unlock the disc. However, there were two scientists from the research team who theorized that the disc could be unlocked by understanding the meaning of the wall paintings in each of the 23 chambers. In their minds it was not a complex, technological solution, but rather a language or translation solution that would unlock the disc.

After much persuasion, the ACIO agreed to allow the two researchers to assemble a replica of the time capsule’s contents. The replica time capsule consisted of detailed drawings and photographs of all the artifacts from each of the 23 chambers, including detailed, high-resolution photographs of the wall paintings. The two scientists would be allowed to continue their research on their own time provided they maintained utmost secrecy and reported all of their findings directly to the ACIO division head and project director.

The optical disc was securely stored away in a vault within the ACIO. The project was officially put on indefinite hold, and all personnel associated with the project were reassigned (with promotions) to different projects. The Ancient Arrow project was not to be spoken of again until which time the technologies ** or some other means ** provided a way to unlock the optical disc and access its contents.

The scientists spent nearly five months in partnership, trying unsuccessfully to decode the Ancient Arrow artifacts and establish the means to unlock the optical disc. During this time, the ACIO regularly experimented with new technologies or methods, and they too, were unsuccessful in unlocking the content of the optical disc.

One day, late in the summer of 1996, one of the scientists (a linguistics expert) had an insight into how to unlock the optical disc by reducing the symbols of the wall paintings to their closest facsimile found in an ancient Sumerian text. While the Sumerian language is extinct, it was sufficiently comprehensible to this scientist that he was able to decode the symbols of the paintings, and, placing the 23 words in the same order as the Ancient Arrow chambers, he was able to finally unlock the optical disc.

The connection between the Sumerian language and the time capsule was the breakthrough the ACIO team had been waiting for. A simple set of 23 words elicited over 8,000 pages of data from the optical disc. Unfortunately, the data was incomprehensible because there was no character set in the computer that could emulate the hieroglyphics and unusual symbols of the language. Thus, a translation index needed to be developed, which took an additional six months.

Finally, once a translation index was programmed into the computer, the data, while it could be printed out or viewed on the monitor in its hieroglyphic form, still required translation to English. And this translation process was extremely tedious and could not be facilitated through computers, owing to the subtlety of the language and its intricate connection to the wall paintings and pictographic representations elsewhere within the Ancient Arrow site.

As partial translations began to be developed, it was determined that even within the optical disc there was a segmentation of the data into 23 units. Each unit appeared to correspond to a specific chamber. As the first two chambers began to be translated, it was further shown that each unit contained philosophical and scientific papers, poetry, music, and an introduction to the culture and identity of its creators.

The creators of the time capsule referred to themselves as WingMakers. They represented a future version of humanity who lived some 750 years in our future. They claimed to be culture bearers, or ones that bring the seeds of art, science, and philosophy to humanity. They had left behind a total of seven time capsules in various parts of the world to be discovered according to a well-orchestrated plan. Their apparent goal was to help the next several generations of humans develop a global culture; a unified system of philosophy, science, and art.

In early 1997, the ACIO scientist who had originally discovered the access code for the optical disc became strangely sympathetic with the WingMakers’ mission. He was convinced that the ACIO would never share the discovery with the public, and he was certain that it was too significant to withhold. He also claimed that he was in communication with the WingMakers and that they were watching the ACIO’s progress and would, at the appropriate time, make the time capsule and its contents available to the public.

This assertion troubled the ACIO and particularly the Ancient Arrow project director, who eventually recommended a leave of absence for the scientist and was summarily dispatched from the project. The scientist was afraid that his memories would be tampered with or destroyed altogether, and so he defected from the ACIO, quite literally the first to ever do so.

Soon after his defection, the scientist disappeared. However, before his disappearance, some of his materials regarding the WingMakers and their time capsule were given to a journalist that he had selected at random.

The author of this document is that journalist. I am in possession of photographs, music, poetry, artwork, translation indexes, copies of secret documents, and a variety of translated philosophical texts that all stem from the Ancient Arrow project. I’ve taken every precaution to remain anonymous so I can’t be traced. I’m convinced that these materials are released against the wishes of a secret organization that probably has powers that even our government is unaware of.

Before the ACIO scientist had contacted me, (whom I will hereafter refer to as Dr. Anderson), I felt little or no interest in matters related to time-travel, extraterrestrials, secret organizations, or anything else similar to these issues. When I initially heard the story it seemed preposterous, but I kept my journalistic objectivity, and met with Dr. Anderson and reluctantly concluded that it would be unlikely for an individual to fabricate this story with such detail and supporting evidence, and then desire to remain anonymous.

Dr. Anderson had brought files of photographs and drawings of odd-looking technologies that had strange symbols engraved on their outer casings. Research reports referencing the translation tables, cipher protocols, star charts, and dozens of memos from the ACIO department heads discussing the Ancient Arrow project. Everything, including about 400 pages of philosophical text had an authenticity to it that I was unable to reproach or ignore.

In fairness to those who will suggest I should investigate further in order to get independent corroboration before I present these materials, let me just say, that I’m unable to corroborate his story because of the very nature of the ACIO. However, for whatever reason, I trust Dr. Anderson who gave me these materials. He asked nothing from me. He desired no money or recognition. His only request was that I decide how best to bring these materials to the public. He counseled me not to investigate the ACIO because he was convinced the NSA would use misinformation tactics that would simply waste my time and make the goal of releasing these materials difficult if not impossible.

I’ve not contacted any other office of the government because Dr. Anderson told me that this would be traced by the ACIO who had high-level operatives in both the NSA and CIA, and, at best, would only invite misinformation tactics from one or both. I’m in possession of certain documents that I’ll withhold from the WingMakers’ web site, but if anything were to happen to me, I’ve arranged to have these documents shared with major media companies whom I know. These are my only safeguards in presenting these materials.

My only interest is in the release of these materials to the public, and then they can decide what to do about them. They may desire to pressure their politicians or take other action, it’s their choice. I’m convinced that this story is too important to be held in the hands of an elite organization whose only interest is to re-engineer the technologies found in the Ancient Arrow site and apply them for their own agenda; no matter how noble that agenda may be.

Let me be clear, these documents provide incontrovertible evidence of this secret organization known as the ACIO, and its elite directors are named and their real identities exposed.

I’ve spent the last several months agonizing about how these materials should be presented, and it seemed most appropriate to place them on the Internet to enable a global audience to access them. I have a close friend who created this web site whom I trust completely. Other than that, no one knows what I have done here (including my web site host).

You might ask why I’ve chosen to reserve full-scale media disclosure of the materials given to me by Dr. Anderson. I can only tell you that I don’t want to create a circus atmosphere surrounding this discovery. It may ultimately end-up in the mass media, but for now, my instincts are to keep a low profile for both these materials and myself. In doing so, I hope to preserve some sense of the dignity of these artifacts and let it grow from there.

I’ve never been involved in any story approaching this magnitude of importance, and I’m certain that if you spend some time on this web site and suspend your disbelief, even for a few minutes, you will see how important a discovery this time capsule is. The best way you can help is to spread the word about this discovery, and open the eyes of your political representatives. If you have web sites of your own, please link to the WingMakers’ site.

Dr. Anderson had warned me that the ACIO has an advanced version of a technology based on what he called remote viewing. As I understand it, remote viewing is the ability to ascertain the whereabouts of people through some sort of “psychic insight” by someone trained in this technology. I know this sounds far-fetched, but Dr. Anderson was insistent that they had this capability and that it was one of their most feared technologies by those within the ACIO. In effect, it was known to keep their personnel loyal. Unfortunately, this will force me to stay underground and remain very mobile over the next several months.

Believe me, I know that this whole story may seem impossible, but I can only tell you that I’ve seen detailed drawings and photographs of the artifacts taken from the Ancient Arrow site, and these are most assuredly, to my eyes, not of this time or world. They’re unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Either the WingMakers are real, or someone has gone to a lot of trouble to convince me otherwises and again, I’m a simple journalist without any ax to grind relative to secret government operations, ETs, time travel, or alien artifacts.

I’m not here to convert anyone. There is nothing to convert to. I simply want to disclose this material and let each individual absorb it as they choose. I will add additional documents and artifacts from the Ancient Arrow site when I feel it is safe to do so, but for now, there’s enough material on this site to introduce anyone to the culture of the WingMakers.

I hope you take the time to immerse yourself in these materials. If you do, you may be surprised at the result.

Here someone that thinks there are inacuracy on the translations with the purpose to deceive?

CAUTION - WINGMAKERS - WING FAKERS
Introduction

A word of caution about this data : look at the poem in the chamber No 22 example. Intriguing reference to DNA - in fact a wonderful affirmation from the Wingmakers of our ' true ' spiritual heritage apparently waiting to be unlocked. But wait : For such an accomplished group, pity their spelling hasn't evolved in tandem with their standards of technology time-travel. Do they wear faded BJ's way ahead of us one wonders; are flares yet in fashion in their future reality ?

JEANS ! Methinks GENES ought to apply here for such a fundamental statement !

Joking aside, this is a serious error on the part of the translators, whom we are led to believe are an highly intelligent elite. We must include our mysteriously disappearing Peruvian doctor here ( and his Star Wars toys too ). Indeed, how can the fugitive-sounding journalist have overlooked this textual spelling error - assuming she or her website benefactor bothered to check it ? Everyone knows clothing spelling does not substitute for biology.

I am unconvinced by the references to Vets; trash; snipers; security guards; cell suicides; glass jars ; failing psychic connections / isolation mentality; knowing Buddha; being on a native Indian funeral pyre, and so forth. Why ? Because these advanced humans surely have / had the very equipment to live and inter-react with us in a way to have ensured a record of something practical and positive in these poems and paintings. Apart from the quite beautiful and almost intimate love poetry of a standard I have observed in the Persian Sufi and other Classical Greats, the tone dumbs-down to banal, everyday existance in 20th century workaday America. Intriguingly in parts, as if a lament of a laboratory worker !

For these vastly intelligent ( IQ 500 ? ), and highly qualified linguists who have deciphered the related Sumerian / Babylonian antique texts (c.f. Sitchin's book Genesis Revisited), their choice of language to describe some of Wingmaker's version of earth is frankly amateurish.

The impression I perceive here is definitely of an individual ' in time ' trying to communicate thro the language of love poetry. Probably ' male '. No dispute with this - it feels true in essence. However, I also perceive an unseen hand of someone trying to explain frustration and fear for the world by interpreting and presenting these texts as a ' trapped insider ' in a very real 20th Century human system. Moreover, if not him, then someone who is definitely psychic drawing upon the romantic style of a person isolated or marooned without a means for travel / return : c.f. the tale of Robinson Crusoe.

If the recovered crystal / holographic disc etc technology is credible according to the boffins of the ACIO, then whyfore the hardship and isolation suffered by our bretheren from the future ? The real explanations for their technological benefits are being carefully camouflaged by someone, I suspect.

Whereof the ACIO super-secret NSA group which, with its own alien / world agenda / department of disinformation, would ( if you weren't on the inside ) appear quite traitorous. The partial truths discernable in the leaked memos themselves affirm my suspicions of the Wingmaker data manipulation. Basically the intelligence community's ' hall of mirrors ' is at work here. There IS a truth to the Wingmakers, but it is being distorted by the ACIO or its so-called internal opponents to avoid innocent folks like us from gaining access to the real, hidden data which will allow us to personally access the time-travel resources these Wingmakers offer to us.

The Hands of Light ( Barbara Brennan; author of Light Emerging ) book picture-illustrations of ' future ' spiritual entites is an alternative ' truth ' I prefer instead of these motley characters I have uncovered thro my picture annotations. The former I see and work with BUT RETAINING COMPLETE AUTONOMY OVERMYSELF AT ALL TIMES. They only assist. In other words I am not dependent on anyone save my own motivation and spiritual virtues. Neither side of this physical-metaphysical partnership is superior or inferior. THIS factor is the key to accessing power and using it, something which the draco crowd have got to learn, earn and spiritually grow into even while our 3D time is ' running out '. The whole shootin' match called earth civilisation ( draco enslavement ) is a consequence of their contrived stunted spiritual growth. Here, visual data is apparently being offered by these erstwhile ' Wingmakers ' with its supposed spiritual and pastoral benefits paradoxically contradicted by this same literal purpose ( c.f. the covert symbolisms I have uncovered ). Isn't this surprising for future folk so accomplished in Creation ?

I stand by my earlier letter to you a couple of months ago postulating the future manifestations of energy reality around 2012, which you kindly asked Al Bielek to comment on from his experiences.

This proverbial alchemical-gold knowledge to embrace and transcend the future, we already posess; but, alas the authorities won't recognise and still continue to suppress in order to to control us. I digress.

Some further validation. Coincidentaly, a trustworthy friend of mine who does reliable spiritual-psychic research within a group of credible folks asked me to take a look at this data after my examination of Wingmakers was underway. He gave no opinions away firstly, until I alerted him to the remarkable ' jeans ' error yesterday. His discarnate sources have cautioned that this data is obscured in deliberate ways by those intent on sppressing the truths. These sources of his are not acquainted with the Wingmakers consciousness, save to say they too can review it from their perspective like us, but they are not sufficiently in touch with our futuristic bretheren to ' call 'em up ' and directly query this for themselves , so to speak ( my words for all this ). I trust my friend's stance; I've known him a long time. He's been off and around Creation using Merkeba meditations which do show good and bad realities / outcomes are in existence BUT ARE NOT ABSOLUTE. That is to say WE can create a more appropriate beneficial spiritual reality and will do so, PROVIDED we can shake off these draconian-orion instigated neagtive shackles

My friend has identified ' humans ' in the paintings with only six chakras - when we currently have seven !

Attached are some covert faces I have picked out using my PC technology. None of these look human to me, and quite redolent of my S Africa , Denver Airport , Australasia data - even down to the shape of this website's arrow icon bearing close resemblance to that of my South African rock lintel / panel analysis. Take a look !

I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the depth of research that Stardustaquarian has done and shared here. It's much more than heresay that is coming from opinions that have not read A. Deane's work and compared it with Drunvalo, for example.

One must pay attention and recognize interferences for being just that, obvious interferences that arise to Prevent you from doing so. Take a look at that. What exactly IS it that is preventing you? Does it have real merit?

In my own research back in the 90's researching vitamin supplements, it became quite clear to me that agendas are working both sides of the coin. To take a large dose of an isolate from a complex (food source) can be considered a "drug" also. I had been getting intuitive messages for some time too this info about D3, colloidal silver and monatomic gold. I had learned that without trace & major (micro & macro) minerals in your food, vitamins are not much effective anyway.

And an internationally recognized psychopharmacologist, who has published & lectured worldwide on pharmacology, neuroanatomy w/bodymind connections is responsible for the discovery of receptor sites in the body which gave rise that our body, in fact, does manufacture its own chemicals/"drugs", which is why you can take manmade drugs and they work their work... A Deane states that our body makes this substance celistine (sp) equivalent to starfire monatomic gold... do not take this man made stuff... makes utter sense to me.

Do your own research. We are talking a huge agenda going on and your DNA, hybridized self is compromised. Look at the state of the world and this reflects something big at hand.

Depend on someone else if you want, someone that has not looked into the work, can't even get past the trigger word of "channeling" to find there is more to learn about the differentiations, the implications.

Many of us take the latest news and run with it without our own research. There is no replacement for whole foods. Colloidal silver caused a UTI in my own body, although I do value it for topical applications.

Stewart Swerdlow stated yrs ago that Wingmakers used to be legit but have been infiltrated but he never states where he gets his information, never does he do that nor does he explain why, so I take that as an invalid source, however, because A Deane goes to great pains to explain and give detailed analysis, I listen, at least I check it out. What have you done?

Our own science tells us that we have this "junk" DNA... why is it junk? How to turn this on in order for the full expression of our potential, this template we have within us? Do yourself a favor and lay aside these interferences that prevent you from doing the fundamentals of inquiry, that is to read & try yourself.

You are a brave man Fred.
Your off topic and I got shown the door too.
I have the greatest respect for our co-fonder member Bill and he has insider knowledge.
He said it is rubbish on the free speech thread, seems the AD thread else where does not tolerate free speech. -- enough said.

Note: Parts 2 & 3 of the A'shayana Deane interview are being re-edited in order to remove statements she made regarding the Wingmakers at the request of James and Mark of Wingmakers.com. The most important thing i can say here - and it is important! - is that Kerry and I are totally united in supporting the very valuable body of material that is the mythology of the WingMakers. We were proud to feature the extraordinary, in-depth written interview with James on our site, and we're privileged to consider Mark and James as friends.

Very best wishes, Bill

So much knocking because DH said its so.. where is the freedom integrity and peace of mind that true spiritual teachings lead to?
What else will be found to be untrue?
The enemy is seen to be every where in these posts.
I think you are lovely people with great hearts, Please think where the teachings are taking you now at this moment..
Negativity is very bad for the body/ physical health and there seems to be a lot of blaming the external associated with the teaching.

Chris you should read the thread that has been open on the matter before jumping into conclusions. Kerry says that she believes that both Ashayana and James believe what they are saying and speaking from their hearts and that the information that they have come from their OFF PLANET CONTACTS. So James has no proof againsts Asha's material

Lets not make this one another Asha's thread because it has nothing to do with that

The articles that have been published here, were not writen by me so if you think that all these people are wrong perhaps you should tell the authors why they are wrong

Freedom of expression is one of the most fundamental rights that individuals enjoy. It is fundamental to the existence of democracy and the respect of human dignity. It is also one of the most dangerous rights, because freedom of expression means the freedom to express one's discontent with the status quo and the desire to change it. As such, it is one of the most threatened rights, with governments - and even human rights groups - all over the world constantly trying to curtail it.

The United States, probably like no other nation, has recognized the importance of freedom of expression to safeguard democracy and grow as a nation. However, this does not mean there are no efforts to try to curtail it. The internet has often been the target of this efforts, as it provides practically everyone with the ability to communicate their ideas to wide audiences and escapes the ability of the state to control it.

This morning while debating myself on whether I should quit avalon for good, I got this article which I think is a must! Because I am not fundamentaly against change or doubt the ability of people to expand their consciousness or think there is only one path. What I think is that because of the CIA infiltration much of what is out there may do one more harm than good and as I have suffered the deception of many dead ends in a way my intention is to say in few words: Use your discernment, your brain and your intuition and think what is the intention behind the fluffy clouds because it is easy to hide under the mattress than to face life as bad as it may be but, escapism is not the answer if we want to change what is not working in the world. Whatever you believe, challenge it to the max and keep only what you KNOW, for knowing is direct, certain, personal experience which was created by you

We are rather more powerful than what we give ourselves credit for. We do not need gurus, information yes and use it for what you want not for the aims of others. Stop being a slave of other's peoples beliefs and be your own Guru. That is what I am, my own Guru and I know some think I am following someone but I am not. Some do not like what I am doing and they are doing what it is called concerted character assasination so by putting me down they hope you will not read this thread

I have spent many hours putting these thread together and others like Starninja and Moxie have helped. I have done it because I love humanity and it is enough. The time for lies is over

I am still pondering on what to and just wanted to say, do not let your light be quashed by those that only care about themselves

Much love

++++++++++++

The whole article can be found here http://in2worlds.net/new-age-love-and-light-fallacies

I personally don’t have a problem with the idea of New Age material, as nearly my entire life has been spent dabbling in it to some extent, going back to early childhood. I’m very thankful that I live in a time period where shops and libraries full of hundreds, or thousands of books on all the above mentioned subjects can be found in most every major city, along with the internet, giving me access to knowledge that was previously withheld from the general population – and women in particular. Or just not available due to lack of transportation and ways to get information out to the rest of the planet. So that’s pretty cool. I think many people tend to take it for granted, but it’s always good to reflect back on what life was like for people prior to the 1700s, where the Catholic church ruled everybody with fear, keeping people in line with the Inquisition and witch hunts, and most of the vulgar population couldn’t read, and societies tended to be cut off from each other, stuck in their limited bubble.

But while the New Age arena contains many valid and highly useful concepts that I incorporate into my everyday life, it also has a lot of trickster deception inserted into the works. Concepts that start out on the right path……..but then seem to veer off into left field while hoping that you’ll just keep nodding your head and go along with things. Beliefs that are 180 degrees opposite/inverted of what actually seems to be the case. As well as the age old problem of chaff mixed up amongst the wheat. In particular, I’ve noticed that my biggest brow furrowing moments tend to occur with the “love and light” material. Love is great, and I’m all for the light, but there’s something really off about so much of the material that’s floating around out there to the point where it strikes me as being a knowing diversion ploy, to steer people off track. Love and light material tends to be so focused on the light, fluffy and ethereal, with a reluctance to face anything negative for fear of attracting it in, that it may ironically serve the purpose of helping to keep people in the dark. Maybe the people writing this material truly have no experiences in life with negative stuff, so maybe they’re completely unaware of it. Although I find that hard to believe. But for people who have, and newbies looking for answers, that sort of material isn’t going to cut it.

And that’s where this write up comes in. I’d like to think of it more as “common sense New Age,” coming from personal experience and real life, hands-on knowledge and lessons. So I have my personal firsthand experience for why I disagree with certain concepts and teachings, and therefore always explain the why’s.

In order to pick apart the concepts that I do in this write up requires that I establish what I myself believe, and why. Because Atheists and skeptics reading this article will just sit back and laugh that I’m debating say, the finer points of how karma works in relation to incarnational life plans, when they don’t believe in any of it and think the entire thing is ridiculous. “The blind arguing with the blind! hahahahahaha!” So at the end of this piece (in order to not interrupt the flow of the article…) is an add-on Appendix section where I give the quick base foundation for what my personal proof is for the various New Age concepts discussed in this write up. Because again, how can you disagree with a particular teaching due to what one’s “Higher Self” has relayed for instance, without explaining why you even believe in the Higher Self to begin with?

As is the case with anything, the reader is always free to believe what they will -‘cause they will anyway – but, I’m just putting what I’ve noticed out there for consideration. For those looking for the fellow choir, this one is for you. For those who are invested in the New Age movement, have fun possibly being annoyed. For newbies, I hope I was able to give you an alternative perspective that you’re not hearing from your new age gurus. And for those who are reading it for amusement, then I hope this was able to help pass the day at your boring job. :D

1. Be passive

After compiling this entire write up, I began to realize there was a common thread amongst many New Age love and light belief systems – the idea of extreme passivity. From the unbalanced leaning towards passive feminine/Goddess energy, to the idea that everything is supposedly perfect as is and nothing needs to be changed, to sitting around apathetically waiting for the Big Ascension Shift and external rescue, suppressing the intellect while awake and the mind during meditation…..all of it has the common thread of getting the practitioner to become a passive doormat. My boyfriend even relayed one particular love and light belief he came across which said that when it comes to predators, abusers, sociopaths, etc. we need to respect who they are, and that “we shouldn’t interfere because that’s just them expressing their free will.” !!! Translation – let them abuse you and prey on you, because to do otherwise is to be violating their freewill. Never mind about your freewill! Talk about distortion of concepts, and things becoming inverted.

Something that’s going to pop up throughout this write up is the idea of balance. The middle ground, the third choice, and avoiding false two choice dichotomies. Our society is quite fond of polarizing binary choices, and New Age belief structures are no exception. Being the prey is just as bad as being the predator. We should be aiming for balance. Where you know your own worth and stand up for yourself, not allowing yourself to be a passive doormat who gets preyed upon and taken advantage of. But who also doesn’t prey upon or take advantage of others. It’s very simple. And when you encounter somebody who is trying to prey upon you, you either put your foot down, or remove them from your life. To do so isn’t mean or judgmental. It’s removing yourself from the predator-prey circle. There’s nothing wrong with that…..and we should be questioning any belief structure that seems to be designed to serve the abusers, predators and sociopaths.

Be mindful of the direction any New Age belief system or practice is trying to steer people. So often passivity is the big inversion or twist, when things take that turn out into left field but they hope you don’t question things and just go with it. Passivity means the negs have free reign, because the people most likely to be able to empower themselves as well as making a positive difference in the world have been taken out of the picture, convinced of their need to be nothing, do nothing, turn off the mind, stop thinking, and just let the predators roam wild taking advantage of everything and everybody.

2. Must not acknowledge anything negative

Many New Agers are downright phobic about anything perceived as negative. To the point where they will not acknowledge anything of the sort, period. They don’t talk about it, and they certainly won’t tolerate listening to somebody else mention something perceived as negative. To me, it can be so overboard that it comes across like “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” or something. Just very……not right, fake and weird. Quoting from something that a reader passed along in an email, here is the perfect example in the mission statement of one particular New Age Facebook group. Bolded words my own emphasis:

“We recognize Facebook as a tool for supporting The Shift of humanity. It is our intention to express only that which serves in bringing humankind together – Unifying, Awakening, Inspiring, Enjoining. We will serve Love, Allowance, Forgiveness, Non-Judgement, Beauty, Joy, Peace, Love and Healing through the tool of FB. We will refrain from expressing hate, anger, judgement or a sense of lack and limited possibilities. We will not participate in the use of fear mongering. We will not generate or participate in pushing AGAINST anything through our posts – but rather commenting and posting items from a POSITIVE FRAMEWORK – IN FAVOR of those things we feel resonating with the YES of life, building a paradigm of “pro”, rather than of “anti”. We will look at FB as a tool for building bridges and understanding between disparate perspectives, as well as a tool for offering compassion and support to fellow souls.”

The New Age reason behind never acknowledging the negative has to do with the whole – misapplied – “Law of Attraction,” and the idea that whatever you put your mind on, you will draw to yourself, as the above bolded quotes perfectly illustrate. So therefore, don’t think about or acknowledge anything negative, don’t push back “against” anything because….well, you’ll draw it to yourself! Keep your mindset sunny and happy all the time, then this ensures your life will be free from all neg doings.

X!

This mindset is a bit simplistic, to say the least. “Reality creation” does have validity, in my opinion, as I’ve proven to myself, and I’ve reiterated all around my website and throughout my book the importance of one’s personal frequency, and the effect it can have on what happens to you. But the New Ager’s take on it all is too one dimensional and doesn’t understand the finer points of the concept. New Agers feel that by thinking or discussing anything negative you only “give it power!” For starters, since when did not thinking about something ever cause it to go away in this reality? It’s all still out there, even if New Agers refuse to acknowledge it. And two, if you obsess on something and are full of fear or paranoia about it then sure, you’ll probably draw it in to yourself. But if you look at something neutrally, non-obsessively, without fear, then you’re just merely looking at it and analyzing it. It’s the emotion behind the thought….or lack thereof….that determines the outcome. That’s how reality creation works, which they don’t tell you in New Age circles. It’s all about the emotional intent that drives the thought. Not the mere awareness of it. Common sense says we need awareness of the things in life that are negative, dangerous or threatening so that we can know the correct action to take to dodge it as well as the correct mindset to adopt in order to not be compatible with it, and/or prevent it from happening again. But do so without worry, fear, paranoia or expectation.

Here at in2worlds I’ve spent a lot of time “focusing on the negative” as many hardcore New Agers would probably think, talking about all sorts of unpleasant paranormal happenings and non-physical, non-human entities, abductions, mind control, and so on. And yet as I write this, my life is very calm and peaceful. And probably more so than many new agers who try so hard to ignore the negative and yet, have problematic lives full of personal family and friend problems, financial woes and illness, as I’ve seen and confirmed firsthand with different new agers I’ve known. (and I don’t say that in a gloating, “neener neener neener!” sort of way, I say it neutrally, because I’m about to make a point.) How can that be? If thinking and talking about the so-called negative only creates more of it, then why is that not the case in my own situation? Why has much of it stopped in fact, doing the exact opposite of what new agers claim?

Because the fallacy in their thinking again, lies with something called awareness. Awareness, coupled with a non-fearful, non-obsessive levelheaded mindset. Which is exactly what I, and others like me out there in Internet Land have done. We faced it head on, learned a whole bunch of things, gained tactical insights and metaphysical tools….and with that, eliminated most of the problem and proceeded to pass on our experiences and what we learned to others, to help them. And we did so with a levelheaded mentality, many times even humorous, treating it all like a comedy routine. :D But we didn’t put our heads in the sand and adopt the New Age oblivion approach because as I’ve witnessed of some New Agers I’ve known personally, it can actually really backfire. One New Age woman I crossed paths with back in 2006 who was a firm believer in “the law of attraction” and that you never think about anything negative or have any negative thoughts, and loved the phrase “What you resist, persists!!” soon found her life going down the toilet. Husband fell ill with cancer, he could no longer work, she had to take on two jobs at the age of 60, they lost money, etc. So what happened to the law of attraction then, and not thinking about anything negative, and how that guarantees a hassle free life?

Again, it’s because the concept as presented in most New Age circles leaves out the full story. Change who you are on the inside – which usually comes about through experience, life lessons and awareness – and your outer world reflects that. But the change has to be real, at the core. And in many New Agers cases, they’re repeating the law of attraction and “what you resist, persists!” mantras, but their inner frequencies are still problematic. That would be the case with the new age woman I mentioned above, who also wrote a book and proclaimed in that book that she’d reached “Master Level” in terms of her personal evolution and had risen above it all. I won’t sidetrack onto the digressing story about how she was as a person (other than to say that she had glassy, glazed over far away eyes and behaved in a delusional way…..) but in a nutshell the inner core did not match the outer proclamations.

On a closing note about discussing the “negative”: I’ve discovered that many people out there, including non-New Agers, seem to have an aversion to acknowledging negativity within people or society because it’s considered “divisive.” Sometimes even “judgmental.” While I understand the concept of “divide and conquer” and how it’s been used to destroy humanity over the eons, on the other hand it doesn’t mean there isn’t validity to the concept of negativity. Or that it shouldn’t be addressed. One can notice something about somebody in a way that doesn’t involve morally judging and condemning them. Noticing is not the same thing as judging. So when I discuss so-called negative concepts, I don’t do so from a place of being divisive, “judgemental,” or instigating hate and discord. I do so from a place of trying to understand the world around us, so that we can better navigate our way through it.

I read your article Stardust in-spite of being warned off this thread by another contributor here who dosent seem to agree with freedom of opinion .
Smiling broadly.
I dont have a problem with you at all stardust, there are many things that we actually agree upon.
Im not for passivity for example --- I dont follow anyone -- or specific teachers -- though there are several who have been particularly helpful.
We agree very much that new age was infiltrated. Make love not war is a fine concept.
The difference is that having seen the chllenge I dont see the hand of powers that be in everything, holding me back, nor do I personally feel controled in any way.
I am a free soul a free spirit, because I decided to be.
I get my world right and that benefits all, if everyone did the same any perceived enemy really is powerless.
This sums up the way I handle life

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
Courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.

4. Polarized Either/Or choices:

Further expansion on some of the things mentioned in the first item on this list:

The intellect is bad

This one I only started to notice recently and found it to be frustrating and a little alarming. But there seems to be a mindset within many love and lighters that the intellect and mental analysis are a bad thing, and that life should be navigated by feelings and intuition alone. It’s the unbalanced black/white either/or choice between feelings or intellect, as if you can only have one or the other, when in fact merging both – creating the third choice – would be more beneficial.

As noted all throughout my book, something I’ve come to notice is that The Powers That Be, as well as alien/MILAB abductors want their targets to not think so much. Us thinking too much is a bad thing for them, as it means their gig would be up. When you think, it means you’re noticing things. When you notice things, it means you start to ask questions. When you start to ask questions, it means you may stumble upon some surprising truths as well as forcing certain people, groups and organizations to explain some things. When explanations are demanded it means people will realize that things aren’t adding up, and soon stuff will be exposed. And exposure usually always results in sheep waking up, and leaving their pen of control. So you can obviously see why “thinking is a bad thing”….for Them. Thinking is a slippery slope, which eventually results in lost targets/victims, aka, “farm animals.” Stop the problem at the top of the slope, obviously, before it progresses, right?

…..And so here comes the heavily feminine/Goddess-oriented New Age movement, impressing upon their followers the ideas of “Turn off your mind!” “Stop thinking so much!” “You can’t think your way through a problem!” “Being analytical is bad!” “Thinking is male! Be the feminine Goddess energy, and only feeeeeel!” etc. etc.

You can’t think your way through a problem? What genius came up with that gem? :/ If we shouldn’t think our way through a problem then none of us would be here, as our ancestors would have been seriously up the creek without a paddle. “We have a problem! But don’t think! Just “feeeeeeeel” your way through it……” (whoops, too late, now they’re dead, and now you don’t exist ten generations down the line.) Thinking = male, feelings = female? More false two choice polarization. Integrate both. Both are needed, and both have their place.

For me, I have a very strong left brain, as evidenced by this website, full of writings and analysis, all nice and typed up. Analysis, writing, communicating, typing, that’s all left brain. My analytical thinking brain has served me very well in life………….and so has my intuition. I’d be lost without both. I use my intuition just as much as I use my analytical thought processes, to “read” people that I cross paths with, to be in tune with those closest to me (including my cat!) as well as sense what’s coming up in my life in the near future. I’ve analyzed and thought my way around various issues and subjects that have cropped up in life, to get to the bottom of what’s what. There’s no way I could have compiled any of the write ups on this site otherwise. But I’ve also intuited my way through life as well. I’ve used both equally. Not “either/or.”

Intellect is a necessary part of our existence. We have a brain for a reason, don’t be afraid to use it. But from what I’ve seen, many love and lighters seem to want to completely deny the fact that they have a physical body. They’re so caught up in trying to be an “ethereal ascended master of the 5th dimension Ashtar Command!” (whatever that means) that they forget…..“uh, you still have a body….you’re still here in 3rd density……” This denial of physicality-based intellect when one still resides within physicality is dangerous, in my opinion. Intellect and analysis should ideally be closely intertwined around gut feelings and intuition. They should be working in cahoots.

5. “We’re all one!”

This concept seems to be misunderstood and misapplied within the New Age, leaving a lot of people confused or resistent whenever they encounter it, which is understandable. Here’s what I wrote about it all in my ‘Thoughts’ section, in the entry entitled ‘We’re all one!’ “….In a nutshell the main issue seems to be with the idea of having to “be one!” with people who have yucky vibes. Like, who wants to “be one” and be pals and hang with them?!? o_0 […]“we’re all one!” doesn’t mean you need to be pals with sociopaths and willingly entangle yourself in a predator’s dark energy web, and indiscriminately feel love towards everybody out there, ie, indirectly saying that you align yourself with them. It’s about recognizing that we all ultimately trace back to the same source, despite our different paths. Some are over here, some are over there, everybody’s all over the place trying on different roles, different experiences, this light is antagonistically poking that light just to see what happens, meanwhile those two lights over there are in love, but in the end, we all apparently come from the same place.

“Another way this concept is sort of skewed, or portrayed in a way that leaves it open for misunderstanding, is when people say stuff like, “When you fight with somebody you’re really fighting with yourself!” Um, well…..sort of. You’re fighting with an individualized form of energy, like the branches on a tree. So yes, you both trace back to the same Source origin. But you’re not “the same.” Each individualized energy has its own sentience and free will……and thus, the ability to go in a very different directions.”

I think a big part of the confusion with this subject is that many New Agers, as mentioned, don’t like acknowledging negative events or people. So when they say “We’re all one!” it’s more like a simplified whitewash that purposely avoids the finer points of the concept, which then naturally leads to confusion or outright resistance for some people who encounter the idea.

6. The slippery slope of conquering the ego turning into erasing all individuality

Facing the ego and the shadow side of the human psyche/spirit is a biggie within many spiritual circles. Overcoming self importance and hypersensitivity, becoming mindful of emotional reactions, and acknowledging one’s inner predator – all aspects of the ego – is useful and in my opinion, a total must-do if one is trying to improve themselves. But in a slippery slope worst case scenario, conquering one’s strong but distorted and disconnected self identity/ego can evolve into trying to erase one’s individuality altogether, and meld into some sort of unified nothingness. Trying to “be nothing.” I don’t agree with that. Quieting the mind -that’s good. Having inner peace – that’s good. Acknowledging and understanding negative ego-based traits and their origins so one can conquer them – that’s really good. Erasing who you are and being nothing – not good. If we were meant to be nothing then we wouldn’t be here, as something. !! So needless to say, I don’t agree with this concept.

A related concept is also found within certain meditation practices, whose goal is to go beyond the idea of merely quieting the mind to what seems to be a state of actually suppressing/losing yourself, and shutting off your mental processes altogether. This seems to me to be risky territory, allowing other “stuff” to get in and gain access while you’re suppressed and vulnerable in such ways. But that’s just my opinion. I’m not going to flat out state that such meditative practices were probably introduced and encouraged by negative stuff for insidious purposes, buuuuut, let’s just say that the thought has crossed my mind…..

The avoidance of negativity in New Agers is frightening. The implications of the avoidance of negative feelings and experiences are much bigger then the author says. When people avoid negative feelings, it indicates that they are very insecure with a weak sense of self and body that can’t handle painful feelings. The real personal power, emotional and physical health comes with the ability to experience all feelings and emotions. In fact, emotional health is the ability to accept reality and not run from it. Furthermore, people lack of self-awareness if they are emotionally numb. They are living in their head more than in their body to avoid sensing the frightening and painful feelings in the body. But to know ourselves we have to feel our body. The loss of feeling in any part of the body is the loss of part of the self. Furthermore, when we suppress hate, fear, or anger, we suppress all the feelings. In fact, when we suppress our fear we suppress our anger. Suppressing anger results in the suppression of love. Many New Agers talk about love but they don’t feel it. The suppression of our feelings is manifested in our body and facial expression. Body is constricted, lacking free movement, chest is depleted, voice is very weak when we talk or sing, and eyes are dull. Therefore, many New Agers live in a state of semi-depression. B. Baxter referred to this state as a walking zombie. And finally, when feeling is absent or reduced, one looks beyond the self for the meaning of life.

Knowing our worth and standing up for ourselves is not what the controllers want.
I have seen many examples when people have accepted mistreatment, abuse, or violence. It becomes very clear why Course in Miracle puts such emphasis on forgiveness. People cope with pain and hurt by detaching from those feelings, believing that forgiveness is the only answer not only to protect them against future hurt but also to attain peace of mind and love. Since it is a lie, they become more detached from reality, friends, and loved ones.

This one I only started to notice recently and found it to be frustrating and a little alarming. Are we surprised that New Agers accept any new theory or a concept based on what resonate with them. Well, Baxter was taking about it as well as a documentary. The ultimate goal is to create mindless people who can’t think for themselves.

Excerpt from Bronte Baxter
“The “Star Trek” image of The Borg comes to mind, the parallel is not inappropriate. The Borg in the sci-fi TV series were a civilization of beings half biological and half cyber. Like a hive, they were ruled by a central queen, whose will ran the collective. They thrived by discovering new planets and assimilating their inhabitants. Assimilation was accomplished by mind-controlling a person and then inserting, in place of the individual’s mind, the mind of The Borg. The victim’s will became the will of The Borg, his actions entrained, like an ant’s, to work for the collective’s purpose.”

I couldn’t say better than Bronte Baxter :

“Brahman, what Tolle calls “Presence,” does bring euphoric peace to the experiencer. The grave is peaceful, too, but I wouldn’t want to spend time in one. There is peace when an individual surrenders their personal self. Gone is the responsibility of making choices, of finding motivation, of coming up with creative solutions. Gone is the need to think and the sting of emotional repercussions from former bad decisions. The enlightened need to do nothing, say nothing, become nothing. But to achieve that iced-over state of detachment, that cosmic disassociation, they must sacrifice the most precious thing they have ever been given: their personal divine spark. The enlightened willfully self-implode. And God’s very purpose for making them, as a unique, personal expression of Itself, gets subverted.

Freedom means taking back control of ourselves through will, taking back control of our spirits. It means exercising will to think the thoughts we desire, not the thoughts the trawlers want us to think.

That is their plan with their New World Order, where all will be microchipped servants of global government. That is their plan with a universal religion, where all will surrender their egos and amalgamate into Oneness consciousness: the impersonal consciousness of “enlightenment” – stripped of desires, originality, joy, passion, and the power to choose.

We either let them accomplish this by doing nothing, or we take action now. We pick up the forgotten key to freedom, call it whatever you will: choice, personal will, authoritative intent, impassioned and confident desire. We elect to become the children of the Infinite that we forgot how to be. We take back our birthright as sons and daughters of the original, loving, joyous divine intention.

Our personal energy signature – the soul or ego, individual self– that which makes us creative, original, reasoned, deliberate beings of action – that is taken from us. Or more precisely, we give it away.”

We are individuals with full capacity to love passionately, passionately create, and enjoy our vibrant bodies with emotions and feelings. They want to take away from us what life is worth living for.

As a veteran of war I have been a part of and seem so much suffering committed by both sides of the conflict , in the mist of the pain many veterans have had a chance to look at their enemy straight in the eye , embrace him and just say, " I am sorry", in that moment frozen in time enemies become friends even brothers. For the many injustices happening all around the world I choose to bring peace and happiness for I have no idea if tomorrow will ever come, we might close our eyes and not be part of this 3D world anymore. Each day creates a unique opportunity to ease the pain and suffering in this world, show someone you care. Instead of asking why, since this nightmare has been going on for thousands of generations, we have all participated in one form or another. There's no guiltless party here, with each generation we continue this vicious cycle of destruction. Instead of choosing to bail out I choose to stay and fight for a better tomorrow with the only weapon that I know will melt my enemies weapons of destruction, my heart of love and compassion.

But to achieve that iced-over state of detachment, that cosmic disassociation,...

Being present is not detachment, being present means to feel everything deeply. Feeling is what attunes us to vibrational frequency, it is the alternative to being mental. When we willingly feel our pain as well as our joy, we release resistance, we open our heart, we go beyond duality and judgment. We clear the emotional body.

Brahman, what Tolle calls “Presence,” does bring euphoric peace to the experiencer. The grave is peaceful, too, but I wouldn’t want to spend time in one. Awesome Starninja! I totally agree... I read all Tolles books and saw some of his DVDs. What I concluded is that his message was so depressing and gave no solutions to the listener. I was particularly upset about his concept of the "pain body", a sort of entity that takes over and "feeds" of the emotional grief imposed on others and I thought that could not possibly be right

Why we should allow such thing to happen, becoming pawns for vampires that come and take the lifeforce of our love ones. What is wrong with taking responsibility and learning how to manage our energies so we do not hurt others? This is not a free for all universe, that leads to a libertine behaviour which leads to nihilism and chaos

Giving our power away to energy vampires (pain body) was the most disempowering thing I have ever heard in my life! Comformism to the max, so we do not rock the boat and keep the "queens beasts! apeased....

My post 325 above offers a different perspective

Cheers

what Tolle means is that many feel alive when in an emotional rollercoaster

and when there is little or no drama in one's own life

the media and the movies fulfill this emotional greed

this is emotional vampirism

and it's a pain when it becomes an addiction

Another deception: POLARIZED THINKING

Polarized thinking, or, the false two choice dichotomy…..since I’ve mentioned it throughout my various writings I want to gather up the loose ends into its own article, giving it some focus. The false two choice scenario is where we’re supposed to pick from only two polar opposite choices, neither of which are fully accurate or acceptable, then set up base camp and go to war with those who chose the other team. (Author and speaker David Icke has referred to it all as “opposames.” Where we’re given two seemingly opposite choices to choose between, but which are actually the same because they’re both wrong, and they both ultimately serve higher “stuff” that’s trying to keep us trapped.) We seem to be surrounded by this divisiveness everywhere we look within the mainstream world, options seeming to be deliberately removed from our field of view. My opinion is that it’s done by design, to keep us in a never ending state of discord and disempowerment.

This removal of options occurs in the world on both a large scale, with our reality as a whole, and on a smaller scale, with the concepts and situations that fill in the cracks of our every day lives. On the larger scale we see this with the way reality is set up and in place before we’re born, then we arrive on the scene and pick up where everybody else left off, helping to continue and perpetuate “the way things are done.” (Something I’ve mentioned before in previous writings.) Most people don’t question or challenge the system that’s in place and the way it operates, nor are they in a position to be able to do anything even if they did question it. And thanks to a lifetime of programming via parents, school, peers, the media and society in general, the desire and ability to create a new system that would flip the old one right over is nearly eliminated. And maybe some reading this are puzzled by what my problem would be with the way society is. “What’s wrong with the system around us? What’s the problem with how things are?” Well to me, that in itself illustrates just how successful a lifetime of programming from all angles has been, leaving a person unable to even envision another – better- way that reality could be. !!

…..And so here comes the heavily feminine/Goddess-oriented New Age movement, impressing upon their followers the ideas of “Turn off your mind!” “Stop thinking so much!” “You can’t think your way through a problem!” “Being analytical is bad!” “Thinking is male! Be the feminine Goddess energy, and only feeeeeel!” etc. etc.
This denial of physicality-based intellect when one still resides within physicality is dangerous, in my opinion. Intellect and analysis should ideally be closely intertwined around gut feelings and intuition. They should be working in cahoots.

A related concept is also found within certain meditation practices, whose goal is to go beyond the idea of merely quieting the mind to what seems to be a state of actually suppressing/losing yourself, and shutting off your mental processes.

With respect Shiva777 that is not exactly true..
He was suicidal the thought came "I can no longer live with myself", then came the question "Is there two of me? Who is this me I cant live with?
Then came the grace of God, the consciousness rising rapidly, It called God shock. When he awoke the world was completely different. He did not know whst had happened all he knew was that he was at peace.
Here is the important part. He continued work for quite a period of time. In other words from the perspective of others he functioned normally at University. You cant do that with a fragmented mind. Then the enlightenment began to mature and he spent couple of years in a state of bliss sitting on park bench.
The he went to Canada and wrote "The Power of Now" he paid for a few thousand copies at a time to be published and went round book shops selling a few copies at time. The book took off no publicity no big money behind it no big publisher. It became the New York Times no 1 best seller.
Millions have benefited from the teaching that flows through him. Its practical in the real world, Its focused easy to read yet very profound.
Its so far from New Age. New age has been looking forward to Ascension as far as I can remember. New age cant stand the concept of Now the eternal moment.
No where does Eckhart say be a door mat. he says accept what has happened, it is, then higher self will take clear effective action so the clarity of higher mind is far beyond fallen consciousness.
People who are moving forward spiritually do not knock everything that is not in line with a single teaching or teacher.
I see very little accepted here other than DH teaching.

Shiva777 its not a trap a such its a next step of many, for many.
Trap shows fear. Next step is positive.
Enlightenment is like kindergarten when viewed from higher consciousness but a massive step forward for present consciousness on this earth.
Dr Hawkins teachings are very profound and speaks of higher celestial realms after enlightenment. -- no propaganda just pure truth from him.
After intitial enlightenment when he comtinued workin for several years came a lengthy period of being in an ashram for one as he calls it.
many challenges to transcend, then a final door relative to spiritual progress in this world, At this point the soul is tempted by the "Devil" who nonverbally conveys the message "You are beyond all personal karma now, all power is yours claim it." at this point the ones who have allready ascended non verbally convey the message.
Walk straight ahead no matter what, then terrible fear arises, and the last remining vestage of ego dies only God walks through that final door.
To be clear there are level of awareness that are God. there are other more level to be transcended in the celestial realms.
Some who have got to the final door have succumbed to the temptation and their consciousness has fallen, some have been seduced by wealth or female followers or power even before getting to that door.
So thats what I know to date but for me its pretty irrelevant.
Fear has gone condition has left me, im free no one controls me. Im just me being me. Or rather being aware of chris being chris, I am the awareness.
Belief systems are of no importance, its all ways a solo journey, one step at a time, teachers just point thats it.
That will do nicely for NOW.

The best teacher is within.

i agree with that marguerite, one of my fav buddha dhamma is ''the way is not in the sky the way is in the heart'', looking out side for the truth will only give you someone elses truth and not empower one to follow the soul truth which comes from within.
this i feel is the crux of the matter, humans are taught to follow something out there, and we are discouraged from following the heart knowing.......most folk follow an intelectualised understanding of 'the truth' wich is a construct of the outside world

Nice, well put

being in the now and "stilling the mind" is one step...the next one is to be aware that what you connect to when you are in "stillness" or meditation depends on the state of your energetic template, chakra purity, psychological development and so many other things..this is why AWARE teachers teach you to PROTECT your energies before going in to meditation, else you just open yourself to whatever can find a way in....the trap is that when you are not INTEGRATED and not AWARE of your energetic configuration you often get funneled in to an astral state of "peace and bliss" that is not centered in God conciousness but is a TRAP that has been capturing people for 1000's of years in false states of "God connection"...that look and feel good but lead to very limited states

again, this is something that many will not understand ...maybe after people ARE forced to wean themselves off the 2012 new-agey spiritual opium in 2013 onwards they will investigate furthur in to empowering themselves instead of opening themselves to energies they know very little about

I suggest strongly to anyone who does a meditation practice, FIRST practice some form of protection you are comfortable with so that you are not naively opening yourself to any energy that may be attracted to any imbalance you have within you..we all have some ....

I would like to share my 6 weeks experience with Ashayana Deane’s teachings. Well, I would never be interested in those teaching if I didn’t get to know Stardust as we both were quite passionate about uncovering the New Age deception. I began to question the certain aspects of The Freedom teachings. The response I received put me on alert. It was synchronicity when I read an opinion of a person who invested time and money to study the Freedom teachings and left the teachings. I further investigated about Ashayana and her teachings. What I found made me really uncomfortable and I brought this issue to our little forum. It would be very unwise to accept a new belief system without investigating and enquiring knowledge about the leader. Well, I was not allowed to question Ashayana and her teachings. Since I didn’t stop asking questions, my membership was terminated! It was a great gift as I researched about psychological symptoms of a cult. It took me only 6 weeks. I am making progress because I needed 6 months to leave Course in Miracle as I discovered that it was something very wrong. Lol.

People who are involved in Ashayana teaching try to convince themselves and others that those techniques work. We can never ever underestimate the power of our mind. I quit smoking by using the power of my mind and I was shocked that I didn’t have any withdrawal symptoms. But it can also be a working of other beings. I don’t know the answer. But if they don’t allow to question but blindly follow the teachings it means that we are dealing with a cult.

Excerpt from Kelton Rhoads Ph.d.
http://www.workingpsychology.com/cultdef.html

A cult is a group of people who organize around a strong authority figure. Cults, like many other groups, attempt to expand their influence for the purposes of power or money. However, to achieve these ends, destructive cults employ a potent mixture of influence techniques and deception to attain psychological control over members and new recruits. This fundamental level of control is known alternatively as 'brainwashing,' 'thought reform,' or 'mind control.' A successful induction by a destructive cult displaces a person's former identity and replaces it with a new one. That new identity may not be one that the person would have freely chosen under her own volition (Hassan, 1990).
There are over 3,000 destructive cults in the US, with approximately 4 million members. They fall into 4 basic types:

• Religious -- the type we hear about most frequently;

• Psychological/Enlightenment -- offering expensive "enlightenment" workshops;

• Commercial -- including certain pyramid and multi-level marketing organizations;

• Political -- which are organized around a political dogma. Nazism was originally a cult, and cults can still be found lurking in the left and right wings of American politics.

According to psychologist and cult expert Margaret Thaler Singer, cults flourish during periods of social and political turbulence and "during breakdowns in the structure and rules of the prevailing society." Cults were prevalent after the fall of Rome, during the French Revolution, and in England during the Industrial Revolution. Cults arose in Japan after World War II, and in Eastern Europe after the breakup of the Communist regime. Here in America, cults flourished during the rule of the 1960s counterculture. Civil unrest, the drug culture, the sexual revolution, and the weakening of the family left people looking for answers and assurance--which cults enthusiastically provided.

For the most part, normal, average people join cults--people like you and me. Research indicates that approximately two-thirds of cult members are psychologically healthy people that come from normal families. The remaining third are likely to have depressive symptoms, usually related to a personal loss--perhaps a death in the family, a failed romantic relationship, or career troubles. Only 5 to 6 percent of cult members demonstrate major psychological problems prior to joining a cult (Singer, 1995). Cults don't want, and don't recruit, people with psychological problems or physical handicaps--they represent a loss rather than a gain of cult-oriented productivity. Cults prefer intelligent, productive individuals who are able to contribute money and talent to "the cause," whatever it may be (Hassan, 1981).

The Nine Symptoms of Cult Influence

In the same way that a doctor looks for symptoms to help detect a disease, the following symptoms warn us that a family member or friend may have come under the influence of a cult. Of course, not all of these show up in every case, but they provide a red flag that something may be wrong. No single symptom may be conclusive, but you should be suspicious if you see several of the following symptoms together--and remember that the more quickly cult influence is detected, the easier the rescue.

Personality changes: Do you find yourself saying, "He's a different person," or, "I don't know her anymore"? Destructive cults successfully replace their members' personalities with new identities.

Dramatic shifts of values or beliefs: Of course, values and beliefs change gradually over a lifetime--but psychological research has shown that beliefs and values are highly resistant to dramatic short-term change. Such radical changes require extreme situational influences such as those provided by skilled cult leaders.

Changes in diet or sleep patterns: Cults will often restrict the diet and sleep of members, possibly in an effort to hamper normal, rational thought processing. In addition, the vegetarian diets commonly required by cult leaders allow the cults to feed members cheaply.

Refusal to attend important family events: Family members pose a strong threat to the influence of the cult. As such, many cults refuse to allow members to attend family events such as marriages, sick relatives, graduations, etc.

Inability to make decisions without consulting a cult leader or guru: One of the signs of dependency upon a cult leader is the loss of personal autonomy.

Sudden use of a new ideology to explain everything: Like a harpist playing an instrument with a single string, a cult member uses his or her new ideology to explain the entire world--even when it's wildly inappropriate.

Black and white, simplistic reasoning: Underneath all the complicated jargon, you'll find a cult recruit dividing his or her world into 'good' and 'bad'. The shades of grey in which we all live are usually intolerable to a cult member.

New vocabulary: Is the person suddenly using complex jargon to obscure irrational or simplistic thinking? (Although this could merely be a sign of attending graduate school!)

Insistence that you do what they are doing: Recruitment is one of the first duties a new cult member is given. It consolidates the recruits beliefs while it inflates the cult's ranks.

When we interact with people who are mind controlled we notice emotional emptiness. Furthermore, those people are not authentic and we can feel a sense of disturbing intensity as they don’t have their own thoughts but quote others like a broken record. I don’t even want to research the long term symptoms of mind control!

Starninja thank you for your honest post.
Many people pointed out on this thread and else where the problems with the teachings of A.D.
Ive noticed very often those that shout the loudest about others being controlled by New age teachings are actually being controlled by New age teaching, very carefully disguised as spiritual secrets that only special ones will understand.
Only that which is simple and unites is of God, there is nothing complex or secret about Truth of God.
Im really heartened that you found out that it (The teaching of AD) has all the qualities of a cult.
You know where you are with thousands of years of enlightened teachers, they did not follow anyone except their inner subjective experience of the Presence of God.

Are we not all fragmented to some degree? Is enlightenment when we put ourselves back together again?

Hi Marquerite Bee
The Self of the enlightened teacher is same as the Self as the student.
Hence the the Teacher and the taught are the same.
There really isn't a separate teacher to be transcended however another way of looking at it is, respect the teacher but be devoted only to God who's Presence is within all.
Shiva seems to have departed the forum, perhaps to take the teachings of A.D. to others

INTERNET CULTS by ANCHOR { reposted with minor edits from original on PA v1 }

The following information is presented for you, charged with the intent to help others avoid the subtle deceit of the internet cult.

In one way, you can read it as about mental clarity and hygiene, another way you can read it as light vs dark.

The core message is: take good care that you detect and if necessary avoid cult led thinking and thought-forms. Grasp your sword of truth, and with it excise lies from your life. What you read and accept is your responsibility. You can accept or reject whatever you like – no one else will do it for you and if you let them, you can be led far away from your own path.

I am not a qualified person. I expect that qualified readers will read this document and it is my hope they will add their professional clarity thereby enriching my message. The information below should be filtered knowing that I have claimed no authority and it should be rejected if found to be in error when tested within your-self.

It has been my observation that internet based cults start in easily identifiable stages, and each stage is accompanied by certain traits. These observations have enabled me to put together some information that may be able to work as a detection kit.

Here is a simple check list that I use to indentify “cults”, “cult like thinking” and “cult formation”

1) Fist stage (Preparation/Introduction)

a. Enigmatic, new and unusually different thinking
b. Charismatic powerful personalities
c. Rigorous politeness and charm
d. Flattery – the less control of your ego you have, the easier that gets!

2) Second stage (Cultivation)

a. Unfolding of a stream of new and interesting information
b. Employment of devices used to create and maintain the drip feed of new (often these ones are making it up as they go along)
c. Use of anticipation as a means to create an atmosphere of expectancy – most often seen as the requirement to wait until certain dates before things happen or information is revealed
d. Many devices employed to emphasise the importance of the leader (extreme busyness, fragility, short temper, intolerance, hidden knowledge etc) [these traits are often suppressed at first, until they can be excused by those being hooked in]

It is important to state that up to stage (2) it is just as likely that you are seeing the presentation of information in good faith but by someone with a flair for the dramatic, or by someone with genuine hard to control constraints on their time.

It is the stages after this that are the real defining point where serious attention needs to be placed on the process, because at this point several red flags should be being raised. Even if the person leading this process doesn’t know it, they are entering territory where it is very easy to mislead and unwittingly override the audience/members better judgement.

Cult groups maturing beyond the formative stages above may well have formed due to the coming together of genuinely real information expressed naturally and innocently. However, if a group is successful the messenger or emerging “leader” is ripe for external subversion and compromise of the original by dark forces on the lookout for any suitable “channel” through whom they may gain magnified expression.

Therefore what can start innocently can easily move on to stage (3) but at this point the original messenger is not really working for his or her own original agenda – having been either obsessed or possessed by external and malevolent forces. Typically in the accidental situation you have a messenger with an under developed levels of psychic defence, distorted ego, personal issues that provide the necessary chinks in their armour for this to happen.

3) Third stage (Separation and Inculcation) This is the phase that really should be prompting you to tread extremely carefully and turn up the levels of discrimination and personal protection

a. Each member of the audience is contacted and invited to a special group /forum /meeting place. The internet provides many mechanisms for this where the work and succeeding stages can be followed

b. More details are bought forth as in stage 2, but only revealed to the separated members (generally speaking those that bought into the initial story) – at this point the members are being subjected to repeating information and reinforcement that they are special or different

c. Peer pressure will start to be cultivated, peer pressure is an essential part of stage 3 because this is one of the pre-cursors to the effectiveness of later stages and one of the means to prevent escape

People who have recently undergone significant personal consciousness changes or transpersonal experiences are especially weakened to the malevolent, obsessive or seductive forces involved in the move to stage three. People in that situation are best advised to get away from the new information – spend a few days grounding themselves and assimilating the experiences before rushing into new ones – so that the inner eyes can remain open and you can return with inner clarity before proceeding under un-encumbered freewill.

Later stages of cults will include some, all or a selection of the following - any time you see anyone of these, your bullsh*t detectors, and incoming darkness meter should hit the red zone, flags should wave and alarms go off.

• The requirement for attending physical meetings: with no regard to the cost or inconvenience.

• The requirement for you to change your lifestyles in some way, in ways you would not naturally have considered

• Initially some, but increasing or total financial involvement

• Mind control techniques that cannot easily be applied using the internet/written word: Love bombing, sleep deprivation, enforced intense study, repetition, sexual distractions, etc

• The requirement for you to be separated from your worldly assets and emotional support structures, family, friends etc.

• Assignment of special missions, titles or qualities

• Requirement to protect and fight for the leader!

A lot of the control techniques exerted on a cult member are very similar to the kinds of obsessive controls exerted by men in dominating or abusive co-dependent relationships. I have past experience of situations wherein men have controlled every aspect of their spouse’s lives so that they are completely trapped. In many ways escaping from a cult (deep into stage 4 in terms of this essay) is very similar to the challenge of escaping from a psychotic partner and a co-dependent relationship.

I was once approached recently by a woman involved in a situation very similar to the above, which had just had a near miss, but owing to her inner honesty and spiritual maturity had reacted well when the first feelings that something was not right. I was able to spontaneously produce the following message that I feel was strongly inspired by my higher self and that was affirmative of the correctness of the course adjustment taken: I reproduce it here because it is actually relevant not just to her, but anyone who gets into a situation with what may turn out to be a cult and then changes their mind.

“You get to make all the decisions that affect your life and your future – every single one. Saying no and resisting trickery and pressure is your birthright. It is perfectly ok to have been down a path, and decided that it may be better to get to where you planned on, going by a different one.

In making these decisions you must come first, because you are responsible for the outcomes of all of them. Putting others before yourself, especially people that you don’t really know should not really be a primary factor in making those decisions”

My feeling is that situations come along in life that change us, or change our friends. In rare cases these are divisive. As we all evolve it can often be the case that we separate, and the likeness attracting likeness moves us to a new group. This can, sadly, be the ending of some friendships in a 3D sense.

My humble request is that you carefully assess the motives behind all of the online structures and organizations that you encounter on the internet. Do this just as you would structures and organizations in real life, examine them in the light of common sense and allow the infinite inner love and wisdom guide your actions.

I honestly believe that I have written the above in the light and in the love of the one infinite creator – in whom I ask for the guidance and protection of all, and for the highest and best good of all!

Love

That is a really well thought out observation and comments.

Hello Anchor,
Thank you for the genuine and informative post. It explains things very well and I appreciate your
clarity on this subject. I have a very close relative who has been involved with a well known religious
cult for many years. She was with a very domineering spouse before being pulled into this cult. It has
caused a lot of heartache and she has tried relentlessly to indoctrinate the rest of us...She has managed
to "capture" her own daughter, but the rest of us are holding steadfast and will have none of it! This
particular cult loves to separate families ie..if your not one of them - you pretty much don't exist. You have
mentioned above the familiar mechanism -separate,isolate,and therefore exercise more control etc... and
that is exactly how it is with her. Sad but true. This is a very close (blood) relative, and we have lived with the effects of her association with this "monster" cult for over 20 years now. I might add this elderly lady is extremely wealthy and I'm pretty sure they know it. I have been baring my sole here somewhat, but as
I have shared; your post hits close to home...Cults are real.
Peace to all,
caren

Captive Minds : Beyond Hypnosis. (1983)

"Groups which have all powerful leaders who control the environment, control all information and eventually control the way their followers think, have one basic thing in common : They have found people who are willing to take that essential first step of surrendering to an authority figure they hope has all the answers.

Throughout history, many people have taken that first step. Sometimes joining a small group, sometimes a large group. And sometimes, a group that engulfs an entire nation."

That powerful statement above, concludes this very well narrated documentary that focuses on three case studies to reveal the striking similarities in the indoctrination methods each uses to achieve long-term effects.

It is a film that serves as a reminder that we are all vulnerable to persuasion and long-term conditioning, and one that provokes serious consideration of the far-reaching implications of any form of psychological manipulation.

Love

Anchor, thank you so much for your very perceptive and insightful post.

OMG, everything what you wrote applies to this little forum! I didn’t pay too much attention what was going on this forum. So, now I can look at this. Well, they are using many subtle tricks. When we decided to open a new forum, I was convinced that we would continue our research into mind control without being disrupted. Even the name of the forum indicates that it is for people who are interested in uncovering the New Age deception. I turned out shortly that it was about Ashayana teachings. I noticed that KS T-shirts were sold and I was informed that most members bought it. Furthermore, when I openly questioned Ashayana and her teaching a second time, I received an e-mail where I was reprimanded for my behavior! Well, I honestly stated what I think about KS and my membership was terminated immediately. The nice and charming personality of a leader disappeared. It was my 6 weeks experience and it is scary to think what will happen to people who will stay there longer.

Sadly, those people come to forums like Avalon to recruit members.

Thank you again. You have helped me to realize how serious it is.:wub::wub:

A very informative interview about mind control and cults.
The presence of cults is more pervasive than we may think, particularly, religious or spiritual enlightenment cults. After a 17 year involvement with Gentle Wind Project Jim Bergin realized that he was in a controlling group/cult. It is sad to realize that people who are under mind control of a cult can't see it. They believe that the guidance they receive comes from their soul.

I think the "New Age" religion, is tptb baby intendend to replace the old ones that have run out of favour now. Nothing new, it is a luciferian/satanic religion in which we are obligued to surrender our power to an outside "saviour"

I don't doubt that the controllers have infiltrated many aspects of worship and channeling, using methods to confuse and mislead.

How does one recognize or define this New Age Movement?

Is calling upon Angels, which is in a sense relinquishing one's personal power, considered a sign of the NAM?

Can we include in this definition, praying to Jesus or another ancient deity as giving up one's personal power?

I'm genuinely interested in knowing how this NAM is defined by those who seem to bring up this term a lot, like a cover-all for something that cannot be seen.

There is no enemy out there.

a story I told before.

The Dragon slayer, a magician ,was dying, the villagers were terrified that the dragon would now get them.
They pleaded with him not to die.
He said.
I think you will find when I have gone the dragon will have gone too.

The enemy is the thought that there is one.
Seems very real.
The moment you have that thought you are giving away your power/energy to an illusion.
Anyone here ever met a "Psy-Ops infiltrator
I doubt it, so live your life free of such notions and you will be free.

That is EGO. and it will get up to all kinds of nasty things to keep its hold over you.
The only thing to overcome is ones own personal ego.

I can finally summarize my 2 years research about New Age. Actually, it is not 2 years because I have started my quest for truth and spirituality decade ago. I was fascinated with occultism and Eastern beliefs for a long time. Well, I couldn’t connect the dots.I can agree with David Icke as he said that the biggest problem is the fact that people can’t connect the dots, seeing everything as separate. I decided to explore Ashayana teaching to make up my mind about ascension. I don’t believe David Wilcock at all. He was endorsed by Uri Geller. Well, Uri Geller was connected to Andrija Puharich and “the Nine”.

I have just started reading the Freedom Teachings but I have already noticed an impact of this teachings. It was not a positive one as I went through an intense questioning period regarding ascension and the reality presented by the teachings. I don’t know where those teaching come from but I can see a similarity with Wilcock’s teachings. So, I wanted to explore where the concept of ascension came from. Well, we go back to Blavatsky.

http://www.answers.com/topic/ascended-master
Ascended Masters are enlightened beings whom many in the esoteric field believe have evolved beyond the need to reincarnate on earth and now act from a higher plane of existence to assist humans in their movement towardenlightenment and guide the race in its destined evolution. The concept of ascended masters was popularly introduced by Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, cofounder of the Theosophical Society, and described in some detail in her most important book, The Secret Doctrine. Blavatsky taught that both individuals and the human race were engaged in an upward evolutionary process. At the same time, she pictured a hierarchy of Masters headed by a being known as the Solar Logos. Those masters at the lowest level of the hierarchy regularly interacted with humanity. The Masters El Morya and Koot Hoomi have had a special role in the formation and guidance of the society. One of the early members of the society, A. P. Sinnett, also received regular communications from the masters that became the basis of two important theosophical texts, Esoteric Buddhism and the Mahatma Letters to A. P. Sinnett.
Together, the masters constituted the Great White Brotherhood. A number of the spiritual leaders from past history were pictured as members of the hierarchy. For example, the person known as Jesus, revered as the fountainheadof Christianity, is believed to hold the office of Maitreya in the hierarchy. The work of the masters was championed by Blavatsky's successor Annie Besant and her colleague Charles W. Leadbeater, whose works further elaborated upon the nature and work of the masters.
Blavatsky also introduced the idea of ascension as a goal for humans, a concept made central of "I AM" Religious Activity, an organization founded by Guy W. Ballard, who further developed theosophical concepts. Ballard taught that it was possible through following the disciplines of the movement, including vegetarianism, to so purify the self that the individual need not die but could ascend to the next level of conscious existence. Ballard's own untimelydeath necessitated some revision of that ideal, and the natural process of death was integrated into the understanding of the process of ascension. Ballard is now believed to have assumed a position as an ascended master, as has Mark Prophet, the founder of the Summit Lighthouse (now the Church Universal and Triumphant), a group similar to the "I AM."
Ballard regularly and publicly served as a messenger for a variety of Ascended Masters, especially Comte de St. Germain. At the same time, Alice A. Bailey claimed contact with a Master she generally called "The Tibetan," named Djwhal Khul. Both became models for a variety of people through the last half of the twentieth century who have claimed contact with and who have channeled messages from the masters. By the 1970s, over one hundred groups with roots in the Theosophical Society that either acknowledged the messages from the masters received by Blavatsky and/or were receiving new messages regularly from the masters were functioning in the English-speaking world. One group of channelers, beginning with George King, founder of the Aetherius Society, have claimed contact with extraterrestrial entities, who nevertheless have the same names as the members of the spiritual hierarchy originally described by Blavatsky. Flying saucer contactees, such as Dorothy Martin of the Association of Sananda and Sanat Kumara, described them as members of an outer space hierarchy.
During the 1970s, the practice of channeling messages from the Masters spread to a much larger audience as a result of the New Age Movement, a revitalization movement that spread through the Western theosophical groups and adopted channeling as one of its key activities. While New Age channelers received material from a variety of sources, many claimed to be in touch with the same ascended masters as Blavatsky, Bailey, and Ballard. Most notable among these is Benjamin Crème, who claimed not only to receive messages from the Master Maitreya, but that this particular entity had returned to human society and was walking among us. The emphasis upon ascended masters accompanied an emphasis upon individual ascension as the goal of the spiritual life. Ascension had been placed upon the agenda of the metaphysical community by Guy Ballard and the "I AM" Movement, but had not become a significant teaching until the New Age Movement began to wane in the 1990s.
The ascended masters have been likened to angelic beings in Christian folklore. Given the impersonal and transcendently remote deity of Western esoteric worldviews, the masters serve as a source of revelation and authority. They are seen as authoritative teachers of spiritual wisdom. They are highly revered for the knowledge they present, though as a rule they do not receive worship, a practice that does not have a prominent place in most esoteric groups. The masters have also been compared to the bodhisattvas of Mahayana Buddhist thought. They are compassionate beings dedicated to humanity and its uplift. Contemporary writers on ascended masters have nominated many of the spiritual exemplars of all religious traditions as having become ascended masters while also greatly expanding the number of ascended masters believed to be currently inter-acting with humanity.

I am now re-convinced further personal involvement with this stuff is no longer useful.

Even if a connection, however slight, could be made, I would still re-state something I said about 18-20 pages ago;

Do I believe in ascension? Absolutely not! It is a New Age deception. The "ascension" will happen in our mind as our reality will be totally changed. As a result, we will experience symptoms of mind control such as depersonalization, sense of isolation, depression, sleeping problems, other disturbing physical symptoms and many more. I posted here research about the negative symptoms of TM as well as Course in Miracle. The scary part is that they are changing our view of reality and explain the symptoms of mind control as the symptoms of spiritual awakening! I started to experience some of those symptoms 1,5 years ago as I read Avalon1 and did my research into the realm of conspiracy and channeling. Those symptoms are gone! So, it wasn’t a spiritual awaking but mind control.

We have to ask ourselves why we accept the belief of ascension and a new view of reality. It requires strengths to do soul searching and we make not like what we will find. It goes back to personal responsibility. It would be so nice to believe that we will ascend to 4th or 5th dimention where people are very evolved and there will not be pain ,suffering, and sickness but only love and light. Well, I am afraid that it is childish thinking and there is not free lunch in the Universe. We have to take responsibility for our personal growth and become a change we want to see. Finally, we need to go back to our body and feel all feelings. Our feelings are our strengths as they connect us with our souls. No wonder, those who want to control us working so hard to disconnect us from our feelings. I can see emotional emptiness, well, I would say, zombie like state of those who are deeply involved in New Age spirituality. They talk about love but they don’t feel it. They can’t understand the language of the body as the connection between the physical sensations that are accompanying emotions is broken.

Well, I can shut down my computer for a long while, integrate what I have learned, and enjoy my life! I am grateful that my Guardian Angel didn’t fall asleep but worked hard 24/7 guiding me through this journey, particularly into the realm of mind control.

I think labeling is very dangerous as there are may good people in all organizations and non organizations.
When we label we forget we are talking about individual people with hearts and minds.
Its like calling all Germana Nazis.
Ordinary people kill ordinary people during war. Its much easier when they have a hate label. Gestapo, New age, Powers that be, nameless faceless enemy.
So easy to blame-- so easy to hate--- so easy to kill.
I agree with Fred totally in all he has stated.

Your posts are packed with lies, for starters you came into my forum with the pretence that you liked keylontic sciences, there are many posts on my site that proves that. What you have said here about me and my forum is untrue, it was plain from the beginning that apart from researching what is true and what is not in the new age movement we were interested in forming a study group for keylontic sciences, both subjects were in the description of my forum from the start. I was not going to say anything but for good order sake I will. You were rude to other members and bumped comments from other members into another thread because you wanted people to say yes to what you said and people didn't feel like it. You did that without my consent (creator of the forum) or having the kindness to notify the other members of your intention and you didn't want to follow the forum guidelines and called them nonsense, enough to be banned from any forum

I have never been a cultist, I always promoted free thinking and If I opened a new forum is because I am interested in the investigation of KS and others here were too but the subject matter was not very welcomed by the main forum so we decided to respect the wishes of the majority here and leave people follow their own inclinations. I think my actions surely were welcome

Well, I am done with New Age. To recover from this deception takes time as we have been compromised on so many levels. I am switching my focus on empowerment. Everybody of us has an inner longing to love, to be loved, to give, to deeply care about others. Sadly, many people experience deep emptiness and a hungry heart! According to research, only 10% people experience a deep emotional connections with a partner after 15 years of marriage. After 25 years of marriage, only 1%!

So, what went wrong?
I have searched for the answer for a period of time. I see a big correlation with New Age programming.

Well, my favorite part is the transcendence of the ego promoted by Eastern teachings and a new generation of “spiritual” teachers of the New Age like E. Tolle.
It is the most dangerous concept for our well being. I don’t even like to use a term the ego but the sense of self. There is a vast research that has shown that people who have a strong sense of self (ego!) are the most loving, caring, tolerant, and giving. It is a pure delight to be around those people! They are inner directed. Furthermore, they are secure within themselves, and as such, their functioning in not affected by either criticism or praise from others. They are able to engage in intense emotional relationship without trying to modify the life course of another. They are relatively free from ego defenses. On the contrary, people who have a weak ego or poorly defined sense of self are very vulnerable to being molded or changed by others. They react to beliefs, attitudes, and values of others, trying to change them. They experience a high level of anxiety; therefore, they have less energy available to pursue goal-oriented activity. They have difficulty to distinguish the feeling process from the intellectual process, and as such, they are governed by their emotions. They are conscious of their emotions, but emotions are experienced as a heighten level of disturbing energy that they can’t understand, therefore, put into words. As a result, they oscillate between uncontrolled emotional outbursts and depression.

So, New Age beliefs are handy to escape the emotional intensity. However, they don’t tell us the damaging consequences to our psyche and to the sense of self, as the self is being fragmented. The more the self is fragmented, the more difficult is the process of recovery to fully functioning. Palehorse beautifully expressed the consequences of accepting and following the New Age teachings.

Expert from Palehorse
http://beyond-within.com/blog/personal-power/the-importance-of-personal-boundaries/

When I came across the idea of universal oneness, I had no problem accepting it, because I had very little concept of “me” as an individual to begin with! From all descriptions of “enlightenment” that I’ve come across — you might say I was enlightened before I started “seeking” anything. Be that as it may, it wasn’t a state I was happy to remain in, and I eventually found out why.
I have stripped away aspects of myself, shut down other aspects, experimented with changing everything about myself that it’s possible to change, and spent years without a functioning ego. At the end of it I found myself with a lot of fragmented and damaged aspects who did not cease to exist; they were just waiting around somewhere in the astral (literally) for me to pull my head out of my arse, stop trying pretend there is no “I” and start reintegrating them. Hypothetically, I could have probably continued along that path until there was nothing left of this conscious self, leaving me an empty shell that would eventually die and be no more. But from what I’ve seen, those parts I stripped away would simply go off on their own evolutionary track, and the higher self that this incarnation is part of would continue to exist, probably saying to himself “damn, lost another one to that whole “enlightenment” fad.”

When I got my ego back up and running, I found a pre-existing core “essence” that flourishes and successfully coexists with others when I’m true to myself, and protests loudly when I engage in self-betrayal. It has preferences, desires, goals, ambitions — and finds the process of figuring out how to achieve them as fun as the end result is gratifying, before transitioning on to a new adventure. I’m free to experience what I want without feeling like I’m “suffering” if I don’t get it, because I view life as a game, and one that I don’t take particularly seriously at that; it’s all just experience.

My preferred approach to my ego is to get rid of my socialization and conditioning — a collection of usually conflicting and mostly dysfunctional constructs imposed from without that I did not choose — and turn what’s left into my own creation. I am in the process of releasing everything I may have believed myself to be, and replacing it with whatever I choose to be. Far from losing my sense of self, if anything I am gaining one that is self directed, co-created, fluid, evolving and ever-expanding. In a word: free.

So, we may ask what is happening with our body and emotions when we are trying to get rid of our ego and shut down our mind? The result is emotional numbness. People in this state are not aware of anything they call emotions or feelings. This is true even if they are under the influence of strong emotions. On occasion, however, they may have outburst of anger, particularly, under the influence of alcohol and other drugs. They experience physical sensations that accompany emotions but not emotions themselves. They often consume drugs that target physical sensations with an emotional origin. While in this state of emotional unawareness, people are able to inflict great emotional damage on others. Strong emotions that are unacknowledged can cause irrational behavior and pain. People on this level of emotional unawareness can’t develop deep and loving relationships with others. Well, we can’t have a deep and loving relationship with others if we don’t understand them on emotional level. It is called empathy where we don’t need to think about, see, or hear people’s emotions but we sense it. In fact, the empathy is a form of intuition about emotions.

There is another dangerous aspect of New Age belief system associated with the transcendence of the ego. People who follow those teachings don’t have personal boundaries. In fact, they don’t know what personal boundaries mean. As a result, they cross others boundaries, causing pain and emotional hurt. Emotional numbness and the lack of understanding of others boundaries inflict a great pain and damage relationships. I talked earlier about New Age idea that “We are all one”, so I will not repeat myself.

What is the solution? Emotional awareness. It is as simple as that. However, it is not an easy road to achieve the emotional awareness as we were trained to suppress our feelings since our childhood and suppression was intensified by Eastern teachings. I am afraid, that people who are deeply involved in New Age spirituality may not achieve it as the fragmentation of self is very deep. I hope that I am wrong!

My final thoughts. We are here to passionately love, passionately create, and experience this reality through the whole spectrum of feelings and emotions. I was so close to loose what I cherish the most! We are emotional beings and I would not want to loose my feelings and emotions in the name of spiritual enlightenment. In fact, Eastern teachings and New Age teachings offer a spiritual death of the soul.
And we need to open our eyes and to see pain and suffering of others. We can’t be blind any more!

This is my last post on this tread. I will continue to search and learn. Scott Peck said, “When we are searching, we are learning, when we are learning, we are growing”. I would add that we need to question everything and take our power back! And love. I believe in power of love. But love is a verb!

Have you actually read "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle?
I cant imagine anything less newage.
You seem to be searching in all the wrong places and taking other peoples word for it.
There is only one place truth is to be found and that is within through meditation.
Thousands of years of teachers all pointing to that truth.
Can they all be wrong?
Jesus said the Father is within, was he new age?
True Oneness accepts uniqueness.
We are all waves of the Divine ocean.
All I can say is that through personal experience I have found the ancient teachings to be true.

About Bill Thetford and the CIA

Last fall someone inquired of me about a Web site which puts together a few facts about Bill Thetford’s professional career and then comes up with some preposterous claims regarding his relationship to Helen Schucman and her channeling of A Course in Miracles. More recently, I’ve learned that the Web site in question has fostered some rumors which are spreading among students of the Course as well as non-students who have an affinity for conspiracy theories. Below is an edited version of the letter I wrote in reply to the inquiry of last fall.
____________________________________

To begin, I immediately discounted the Web site you asked me to look at, because it contained what appeared to me to be some wildly outlandish statements and suggestions, beginning with the headline: "ACIM: Lie Down With Dogs, Get Up With Fleas! The MKULTRA Milieu Surrounding the 'Scribing' of A Course In Miracles." That statement in itself immediately announces that the author of the site is out to establish guilt by association -- a strategy that a trial lawyer or tabloid journalist might use, but not a very credible approach to serious consideration.

None of us who are familiar with the facts about Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford could possibly take seriously the claims made on that Web site, but I can see how people who are not familiar with those facts could take them seriously; especially if they are already skeptical about the phenomenon of channeling and even more so if they are not familiar with material actually found in the Course itself.

It has always been clear to me that the Course was not intended to be the basis for a religious organization of any kind. Neither does it encourage proselytizing or setting up study groups. What it means by "teaching," is not formal didactic teaching (or preaching), but teaching love and forgiveness by example; something I think the CIA would have little use for, especially back in the 1950's. That said, it is true that for most of us the Course material is not easy to understand, integrate and apply in spite of the fact that it continually says it is a "simple course." So a teacher and a study group can be helpful. But, the only teacher of the Course in whom I have complete confidence is Kenneth Wapnick, who was intimately associated with Bill and Helen, having first met them in 1972 and then working closely with them to prepare the Course for publication in 1976. When one reads his autobiographical accounts (see links at: KenWapnick.html), it is evident that Ken's own spiritual journey had led him to a place of knowing the message of the Course before he ever read it. He, too, had experienced an inner presence that he recognized in the voice that speaks from the pages of the Course itself. In effect, Ken became Helen's designated teacher of ACIM, while she and Bill preferred to stay in the background after the Course was published. And Ken, who knew Bill and Helen very, very well, just laughed when I told him about the CIA conspiracy theory regarding the Course. He thought Bill would be quite amused and no doubt have some clever remark to make, since Bill had a very good sense of humor. Helen, on the other hand, would probably not have been amused at all. She was very intelligent and could be scathing in criticism when she was so inclined.

Nevertheless, even a glass of water can be misused, let alone a spiritual document. So, in spite of its intent, yes the Course has been misrepresented and misappropriated, sometimes with very unfortunate consequences. As you say, the Endeavor Academy is a case in point. The Course, like the glass of water, can serve a constructive, helpful purpose or a harmful one, depending upon who is making use of it. Obviously the same is true of the Bible, the Koran, and countless other spiritual writings. Likewise, psychology can be misused, which brings me to the CIA and MKULTRA.

According to John Marks in his book The Search for the Manchurian Candidate,[1] back in the Cold War era of the 1950's and 60's the CIA had an interest in being able to make use of the scientific knowledge and professional techniques of psychology. They sought to have rapport with a wide range of psychologists to whom they could have access for information, consultation and research. Consequently, a large number of research projects of various kinds were funded by the CIA through MKULTRA, and a very long list of some of the most distinguished names in psychology benefited from this funding, most of them not having a clue about the nefarious activities of people like Drs. Gottlieb and Cameron which were discovered later. Remember, it was not until the Church committee investigations beginning in 1975 that the unconscionable activities sponsored by MKULTRA funding came to light. But, the mere fact that a particular psychologist's research was funded by the CIA through MKULTRA should not be used to incriminate that psychologist. Neither should the fact that a psychologist was employed by the CIA be used to vilify that person. Back in the fifties, there was a lot of concern about Russia and communism, and there was a high level of public confidence in the CIA. What we've learned since then should not serve to discredit every one of the distinguished psychologists who received funding through MKULTRA, or who was employed by the CIA. The practice of guilt by association, which the Web site in question attempts, is reminiscent of another phenomenon of the late 1940's - early 1950's: McCarthyism.

Among the psychologists whose research was funded by the CIA through MKULTRA was the widely known and beloved Dr. Carl Rogers, who was instrumental in the development of what has become known as "humanistic psychology," and who founded the "Person-Centered Approach" to psychotherapy. His goal was not to manipulate, brain wash and deceive people, but to free them from their conflicts so that they could become "fully functioning" persons -- "self-actualizing" human beings. Yet he received funding for some of his research through the CIA's MKULTRA program, just as did Bill Thetford and Helen Schucman.

In his book Marks discusses and quotes Rogers as follows:

Although he says he would have nothing to do with secret Agency activities today, he asks for understanding in light of the climate of the 1950s. "We really did regard Russia as the enemy," declares Rogers, "and we were trying to do various things to make sure the Russians did not get the upper hand." Rogers received an important professional reward for joining the Society [of Human Ecology] board. Executive Director James Monroe had let him know that, once he agreed to serve, he could expect to receive a Society grant. "That appealed to me because I was having trouble getting funded," says Rogers. "Having gotten that grant [about $30,000 over three years], it made it possible to get other grants from Rockefeller and NIMH." Rogers still feels grateful to the Society for helping him establish a funding "track record," but he emphasizes that the Agency never had any effect on his research.

It is common for psychologists to seek government funding for their research projects, and in the "publish or perish" climate of prestigious universities like Columbia it is not surprising that some of the work done by Bill Thetford and Helen Schucman received funding through MKULTRA. But it is hardly accurate to characterize that research as being directed toward "brain washing," any more than it would be accurate to characterize Roger's work that way.

My principle point here is that it is important to understand the historical context for the MKULTRA funding as well as to realize that not all of the psychological research funded by the CIA was of the dishonest and inhumane sort carried out by Gottlieb, et. al.

Another example of legitimate psychological research funded in part by the CIA is Dr. John Gittinger's "Personality Assessment System," or PAS. This system was of particular interest to Bill Thetford and Helen Schucman for very sound professional reasons, and it utilized one of the intelligence and personality assessment tests which has been a standard in the psychology profession for decades: the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scales (WAIS) which were a refinement of the earlier Wechsler-Bellview Intelligence Scales. Gittinger began his work on the PAS in 1948-49 when he was a psychologist at Central State Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma. To this day, the PAS is utilized by professional psychologists who are responsible for psychological diagnosis in connection with mental health treatment. Following are some excerpts from the PAS Web site:

Psychologist Dr. John Gittinger conceived the fundamental idea behind the Personality Assessment System, or PAS, many years ago when he observed that our personalities are shaped, to a large extent, by the way we use the several components of our intellect. He realized that each person learns to cope with life by using (or not using) the intellectual strengths and overcoming (or not overcoming) the intellectual weaknesses that she or he may have learned or acquired by genetic endowment. He saw that, over the period of our maturation into adulthood, this process produces what we call each person's "personality." The result, in other words, for each of us, is a coherent pattern for how to "do" life....

Even John Marks, in his anti-CIA book, In Search of the Manchurian Candidate, recognized and reported that the most positive development during the 1950's and 1960's in the CIA was the Personality Assessment System....

After Dr. Gittinger’s retirement from government service in 1978, many of the psychologists with whom he had worked developed university affiliations. Students at such prestigious institutions as Cornell University, The Ohio State University, The University of Missouri, and American International College are among those who have been provided with an opportunity to learn to analyze and interpret PAS profiles. Further, the Gittinger Assessment Center, established at Hocking College in 1984, serves as a site for training, resources, information, data collection, and future development of the PAS.

It is quite understandable to me that Bill Thetford and Helen Schucman would have an interest in the PAS and in conducting research with it. Certainly any psychological test (like the glass of water I mentioned) could be used for unethical purposes of manipulation and control. However, Bill and Helen, like Carl Rogers, were psychologists interested in helping people. Helen's particular interest was in children, and particularly mentally retarded children.

So, some of the research Bill and Helen engaged in was funded through MKULTRA, but it is not accurate to characterize their interest as having to do with "mind control," nor is it accurate to characterize the entire body of research funded through MKULTRA that way. Further, much of what went on under the aegis of the Human Ecology Society was of legitimate interest to professional psychologists and that Society may even have helped the science of psychology to move in a broader, more humanistic direction. To quote John Marks again:

By investing up to $400,000 a year into the early, innovative work of men like Carl Rogers, Charles Osgood, and Martin Orne, the CIA's Human Ecology Society helped liberate the behavioral sciences from the world of rats and cheese. With a push from the Agency as well as other forces, the field opened up.

Now, to summarize Bill Thetford's professional career.

When he graduated from DePauw University in 1944, he was uncertain about what he wanted to do. He had majored in psychology but also enrolled in the pre-med program. Even though he was accepted at the University of Chicago medical school, he still wasn't sure he wanted to study medicine, so he decided to apply for a job at the University and wait to make a decision about whether to enroll in their med school. The job he got involved work as an administrator with the Manhattan Project with responsibilities for supervising certain buildings and for radiation decontamination. Robert Skutch[2] quotes Bill about this job:

The atmosphere in our department at the time was an extremely exciting one. There was a sense of utmost urgency and high sense of national priority to the work being done...It was the belief of the scientific community that the Nazis had already progressed very far in the development of atomic energy, and that we were in a life or death race with them.

Remember, this was before the end of World War II and the social/political climate in the U.S. was profoundly affected by that war as well as the "Cold War" which followed.

Bill finally decided not to enter medical school, but when the atomic bombs were dropped he was horrified at the devastation and quit his job. Skutch quotes him regarding his next step:

A few weeks later Dr. Carl Rogers arrived on campus. Although I knew nothing about Rogers, who even then was one of the most eminent names in the field of psychology, I signed up for his first course on Client centered Psychotherapy, simply because some of the graduate students I knew recommended that I do so.

Rogers immediately recognized a very intelligent student with keen insight into what Rogers was teaching and to Bill's dismay Rogers appointed him as a teaching assistant and then invited him to become Rogers' research assistant.

In 1949 Bill received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago after completing research related to Rogers' theory. Again, Skutch quotes Bill:

I was intrigued with the possibility of measuring the autonomic nervous system and its functions before and after Rogerian therapy...Rogers was very impressed by this study, and I was actually stunned that I had found any significant results at all.....In March 1949, somewhat to my surprise, I received my Ph.D. However, I still had no real awareness of the field of psychology...Although I had met many eminent people during my studies...no one seemed to have any awareness of how these specialized areas of knowledge could be synthesized.

Even though Bill lacked confidence in his own qualifications it seems evident that many others were quite impressed with him. This kind of situation involving Bill's humility and the high regard of others appears to have characterized much of his early professional career. After Chicago, at the suggestion of a friend, he applied for and was accepted into a position at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago where he worked in research involving schizophrenic patients and patterns of response to the Rorschach inkblot test. This was done under the direction of Dr. Samuel Beck, a leading authority on the Rorschach, about which Bill knew nothing. But, in what by now seems to be characteristic fashion, Beck was quite impressed with Bill and even regarded his lack of experience with the Rorschach as a positive factor since it meant that he would not bring bias into his studies. Bill stayed on in this program under Beck for 2 1/2 years, and it is during this time that he was introduced to Freudian psychoanalytic theory, which was contrary to Rogers' theories. Skutch quotes Bill about this period as saying:

One thing I felt strongly about, both during graduate studies and afterwards at Michael Reese, was that I did not in any way wish to be a university professor...I had already turned down several offers...I felt I had nothing to profess. Also, I did not feel that university life was something that I would happily adapt to.

Bill subsequently moved on to enroll in the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington. D.C., because he was intrigued by the eminent Dr. Harry Stack Sullivan's interpersonal theory of psychiatry which focused upon interpersonal relations rather than the individual psychodynamics of Freudian psychology. This was during the period 1951-54 when, in addition to being a post-graduate student at the Washington School of Psychiatry, Bill was employed as a psychologist for the U.S. government. This is when Bill’s association with the CIA began. I could not find details of his government employment, although one source states that during 1953 Bill served as a consultant to the Foreign Service Institute in Beirut, Lebanon.

Skutch quotes Bill about the next phase of his career:

When I completed the study program at the Washington School, I was undecided about what to do next. Since I had long been attracted to New York City, I decided to go there to look for a position. The head of the Psychological Placement Service at the N.Y. State Employment Service said he had absolutely the perfect job for me...What he had in mind was the Directorship of the Psychology Department at the Institute of Living in Hartford Connecticut.

The Institute for Living is a very well known mental health treatment center and hospital, which was founded in 1822, being one of the first mental health facilities of its kind in the U.S. Bill stayed there as Director of the Division of Psychology from 1954 to 1955 when he moved to the Human Ecology Study Program at Cornell University Medical College. About this, Skutch quotes Bill as saying:

After a year at Hartford I received a call from Dr. Harold G. Wolff, one of the founders of psychosomatic medicine, a leading authority on stress disorders, and at the time Chairman of the Department of Neurology at Cornell...Dr. Wolf offered me an appointment as Chief Psychologist in the Human Ecology Study Program which he was directing. My uneasiness about becoming involved in a university position had mellowed somewhat by this time and I decided to consider an academic appointment. As a result, I accepted Dr. Wolff's offer, and before I knew it I became an instructor and a year later was promoted to assistant professor.

The idea of taking an ecological approach to the psychological study of human beings intrigued Bill and fit in with his general tendency to be attracted to unconventional approaches to psychology which emphasized understanding people in the context of their family relationships as well as their socio-cultural and natural environment. John Marks characterizes Wolff as not only being brilliant, but also as arrogant and quite interested in helping the CIA find ways to both manipulate human beings as well as train them to resist such manipulation, but there is nothing in Bill's history to suggest that he shared these kinds of interests. There is nothing in Bill's story to indicate that he himself had any interest in brain washing, hypnosis, drug-induced states or the like. Whether he had any knowledge of these activities being carried on with CIA sponsorship through MKULTRA is unclear to me, but I think it is unlikely that he did. Anyway, he stayed on at the Human Ecology Study Program from 1955-57, and then, upon the urging of a friend, applied for and -- even though rather unsure of himself -- took a very challenging job at Columbia University where he began in 1958 as an Associate Professor of Medical Psychology and Director of the Division of Clinical Psychology at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital.

Apparently he was fascinated by his work under Wolf at Cornell, and the job at Columbia had been subject to controversy because members of the search committee could not agree upon a candidate. Faculty politics can be quite conflicted and difficult. In fact, it was this very kind of difficulty that later led Bill to make his famous speech to Helen where he said that there must be a better way for them to relate to each other as well as to their colleagues. They had been involved in some bitter, acrimonious interpersonal conflicts by June of 1965 when he made that speech, and when Helen -- surprisingly -- immediately agreed with him and said she was willing to help. This event led to the scribing of the Course following a series of unusual dreams and visions on Helen's part during the summer of 1965.

The story of Bill's relationship to Helen began when he hired her as a research assistant at Columbia in 1958. Shortly after assuming his position at Columbia, he found that his new job was going to demand much more from him than he had imagined, or been led to believe. As he was getting himself oriented and setting some priorities, the Dean of the College notified him that the University had received a large grant from the National Institute of Neurological Diseases for conducting a cooperative study of neurological and sensory deficits in infants and young children. A research psychologist with special training and skill in working with children and in psychological testing was needed. Helen became that psychologist and seven years later she and Bill became involved with the scribing of ACIM. From then on, their work with the Course was kept a carefully guarded secret, because it would certainly have jeopardized their professional status as well as their employment.

Helen herself had a very strong and assertive personality. As I mentioned, she and Bill had much difficulty in their relationship, which was one of the factors leading up to Bill's earnest plea for "a better way." Anyone who knew Helen would find it ludicrous that somehow Bill could have used "mind control" techniques to influence her!

In conclusion, I'll quote a few passages from D. Patrick Miller's book:[3]

Whether one views it as happenstance of predestined preparation, several major elements of Thetford's character made him suitable to become Schucman's helper in the recording of the Course. Perhaps most significant was his reluctance to "profess" a distinct philosophy of his own. It's safe to assume that few academics of his status could have resisted the temptation to revise, add to, or even co-opt a major project on which they were assisting a junior colleague, regardless of the project's nature or origin.

Second, Thetford's intellectual curiosity and flexibility would counterbalance Schucman's judgmental tendency, and help both of them deal with a system of psycho-spiritual thought that substantially challenged their psychoanalytic training. Thetford's brush with humanistic psychology may have also prepared him for the transpersonal dimensions of the Course material.

Finally, the younger professor's passivity is probably what made it possible for him to tolerate Helen Schucman's contrariness, albeit not happily. It remains a sad irony that the tenuous balance of the relationship between the two Course recorders never matured into a healthy reciprocity. In 1977, the year following publication of the Course, Schucman was forced to retire from Columbia-Presbyterian at age sixty-eight...In 1978 Thetford took early retirement and moved to California.

I'll just repeat that revelations about unethical and illegal activities sponsored by the CIA through MKULTRA only began to surface as a result of the Church committee investigations in 1975. The last date I see for a joint psychological publication by Thetford and Schucman is 1972, though Bill continued his role in the MKULTRA-sponsored personality research project 130 until he retired. That project was professionally sound, utilized the PAS, and would only have been of use to the CIA in the same indirect way that the research of Carl Rogers and many other legitimate psychologists would have been. I think that the reason for keeping that project classified is that the CIA hoped to prevent the Russians and other foreign countries from either knowing about or making use of psychological research sponsored by the CIA in the United States.

Perhaps this summary about Bill and his relationship with Helen will help you to understand why I regard the "mind control" allegations of the Web site you have brought to my attention as preposterous. If you want to know more about the history of the Course, you'll have to do more reading, but you might also watch the video entitled, "The Story of A Course in Miracles" which is available from the Course publisher, the Foundation for Inner Peace. It appears Mkultra was funding research on the Peronality Assesment System by university psychologists, which like anything could be used to help others or for nefarious purposes. Obviously the CIA was interested in using it to catergorize peoples personality's for mind control purposes. The university psychologists developing it ( Ie bill, helen and others) however, wanted to use it to help others and improve modern psychology. We all know these projects are highly compartmentalized. They were not being told as university pschologists that they were developing mind control to be used against the population. They were being told they were helping the country by coming up with this system. Furthermore, the work on the Personality Assesment System bill was involved in (at a university not an underground base or cia laboratory) is completely unrelated to the work on ACIM he did later. The articles attacking ACIM seem to be making highly exaggerated unsubstantiated claims many of which appear to have been just made up. It's very important that we still stick to the principle of dont believe everything you read on the internet .

There is obviously an infiltration of the new age movement, it would be a major surprise if there wasn't. That does not discount the entire movement. Much like any infiltration of the conspiracy, ufology etc movements would not discount them. The core of every philisophical teaching has has the same basic principles (some more distorted than others).

There is one creator and he loves you
Focus on love forgiveness acceptence
Etc

The eastern religions, gnostics, christian texts like the nag hammadi etc, kabalah and worldwide native traditions all focus on

We are one
Reincarnation
Energy field (chi, prana etc)
Reality is an illusion
meditation
etc

The illuminati also believe these principles and they do so for a reason. This is exemplified in the matrix movie, star wars (where they mention "the force" literally saying it is an energy field that surrounds and penetrates us) and many other places. Just because they practice the dark side of the "occult" (or the force) doesn't mean there isn't another positive side to it.

The illuminati were also planning on what they call "the revealing" which was discussed in great detail by the whislteblower svali. It was the old world order (ie nazis rockerfellers) that were planning on genocide (although the illuminati probably didn't object much). They have interest in promoting these new age ideas (which arn't new) to slowly get people used to these ideas which they mix with luciferian philosophy to, as svaili puts it, (a rough quotation) "usher in a joyful luciferian golden age of peace". They believe there is a golden age that is coming but they also beleive that they are the ones that have to usher in this "new world order"which goes all the way back to roman cybiline prophecy (and there is a whole lot more detail on all this). They think they are doing whats in the best interest for everyone.

I honestly believe Alice bailey was channeling a positive source. I also believe she was influenced by the illuminati, fremasonry and other luciferian mystery schools as well as her own theosophical beliefs and that is what motivated her to create the "lucis trust" (which was further infiltrated and added to the UN NGO roster in 1989) and even edit some of her own material. Much of what is said about her on the internet is also exaggerated.

When people start channeling they automatically become a target for negative entities. Thats when they start to mix in negative philosophy, egocentric beliefs, dates that don't come true etc
This is what I think happened to many channels (and is still happening) including blavatsky. Although I think she was also probably experimenting with freemasonry and such as well which biased her beliefs.

When you really get into good new age material it isn't much different than the new testament. The same principles of love, forgiveness, acceptence, prayer etc are all present. In fact, the only real difference is that new age philosophy doesn't say jesus was the only son of god, but still says he existed and was a very advanced positive entity. Jesus himself never says he is the only son of god. He says he is the "son of man" and refers to "my father" but that can be interpreted in any way. He clarifies it in the nag hammadi from "my father" to our father and says that we all come from "the father".

In all fairness as a young man studying to become a man of the cloth following in the footsteps of many of my family members. The Bible and the message stood as the ideal, yet for many man and woman of the cloth there seem to be two extreme realities. My mom for example was almost rape by a rev., her life savings was stolen by another , yet another try to exorcise the demons from my mom after my mom suffer a nervous breakdown. A harsh reality from a young aspiring rev. was to know that most of my peers where just mere charlatans hiding behind the Bible. Is there's such a thing as devils these man of the cloth was a clear representation of that perceived reality. After hearing the confessions of many Reverend and pastors of several denominations I woke up and said this world is not for me. For leaving the church and renouncing my calling I was branded a heretic. Off I went in search of the truth, 30 years later the only truth I could find was within my heart. This truth is the love and compassion of the origin of all things, everything else has been tainted by those so call representatives of GOD. This is just the experience of one man, yet many of my friends who branded me as a heretic years later told me that they also fell into the same trap and became a very poor example of the ideal they where trying to teach. You can use the good book to judge others, the irony is that unless we ourselves can live the words another thousand years will come and go and all we will be doing is just talking . Is time for each individual to become responsible for his or her own actions not blame it on God or Satan if they cannot live in harmony with themselves and others. We have all the tools we need to create a better world for ourselves our families and neighbors. I know I got my wake up call. So while this thread is about mind control it is appropriate to say that in general we are just daydreamers . Live and love my friends, it makes absolutely no difference to me what your belief are, all that matters is the heart that is vibrating with the frequency of love , forgiveness and compassion even for those who have harm us in one way or another.

Many blessings to all..

Good post! Worthy of reconsideration.

Moving from the physical to the metaphysical---it is beyond the God concept--we are the mirror of the creator--our own higher power and bestow-er of greatness.
Soul is eternal and wise---exemplary and riveting in all thought and action
Ego creates culture and doctrine to follow on this physical plane--we shed the need to bow to any religious order--and seek what was always within to find our eternal glory in this subclassification we refer to as New Age(a slight misnomer in my opinion)

I have just finished this incredible series, about the infiltration of the new age movement. I could write an essay but if you are interested in what happened in Oregon, please take the time to watch the series.
