Boiling it down:

It all comes down to I AM flying. I AM the tree. I AM the air.
A friend of mine did this with smoking. 'I have stop smoking'[even thou she was still smoking]
by repeatedly saying she had done it, she had alter her own time line. now dose not smoke.
