The BBC in London has seen privileged documents which indicate that the European Union commissioners have a "profound sense of foreboding" about Greece and the future of the EuroZone. Because of the fissiparous mess in Europe, China is now said to be backing Agustin Carstens (Mexico) for the top job at the IMF.



The attempt by the mainstream media in the US and the UK to bury the Greek news in the business pages will not work. The runes have been cast. Everyone knows that Western fiat paper capitalism is being taken down.

Jubilee used to be the norm back in the day - every 7 years all debt was cancelled and it all started again. It was when the money lenders got too greedy that they stopped the jubilee and desired to own the world. Time to bring back jubilee.

I have to be honest, I haven't invested a lot of time into researching the whole Nesara thing so I'm not in any position to pass judgement or voice personal opinions about it. However, reading this thread prompted me to do a little research and while perusing what I found to be mostly 'pro-Nesara' material I also stumbled across the following information which seemed to offer a very different perspective on things....

They will use this platform to get their feet on the earth and then once they are here they will blame their failures on not being able to implement their program on true believers of the Most High and begin a cleansing program on earth!

Others refer to it as "First Contact."

Our first official publicized contact with Space Aliens will involve a treaty that implements NESARA here in America. This will be enforced on the entire world as well. These aliens will not look like little green men. They are Anuk, tall, angelic humanoid creatures coming as Ascended Masters, Space ship Commanders, Messiahs, those who have reached Godhood, angels etc...Maitreya, Al Gore, and Obama are part of this clan as well.

These Tall Greys, Lizards and Anuk are fallen angels, kicked out of heaven with Lucifer when he rebelled against the Most High God. There is nothing new about NESARA. It is the same program Lucifer implemented as a high ranking cherub before he rebelled against the Most High God.

In Revelation chapter 13 the Bible describes the second beast, the False Prophet, who will enforce a worldwide economic program. NESARA fulfills this prophecy.

NESARA is a foot in the door for Satan's alien forces. If they can get people to buy this "peace and prosperity" agenda then they are getting acceptance to come on earth and implement it. Once these Reptiles and Lizards are in control they will ratify parts 2&3 of NESARA that nullify part 1 and begin their own agenda of cannibalism and murdering the inhabitants of America.

Aliens are liars. They are incapable of telling the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about anything. They are fallen angels, Lucifer's boys playing "we want to help mankind" theology. They also refer to themselves as Omegans.

There are two leaders of NESARA. Sananda Immanuel also known as Sananda Jesus and St. Germaine. Great find D-Day. This piece lines up with the bible. I think it all depends on if people really believe in the bible or have they succumbed to all the books, movies, media that says so many clever things to make many doubt it. If the bible is correct then there will be a crisis of incredible degree that makes the world want a new economic system. There will be fantastic signs and events, and a new system will be offered that you have to agree to participate in or die/be removed. The bible says those who do not accept will lose their heads. Jerusalem will play a central role in this as it's where Lucifer wants to sit and be worshipped as God. The two prophets will preach against this system and do many wonders. They will eventually be killed as well.

The mark of the beast is said to be the number of his name 666. It is placed in the right hand or on the forehead. Many think it is a chip or tattoo which may or may not be visible to the naked eye. In Jewish idioms the right hand is your action hand meaning you are working for something and something in your forehead is in your brain meaning you wholly buy into it. Few will not accept some little chip to continue on their prosperous journey. Many Christians think they have a get out of decision making day card called the Rapture. That's a lie too. They are not going anywhere except into delusion. Read your bible, know the signs, and remember that the world Anti-Christ does not mean against Christ but rather Instead of Christ. He comes mimicking Messiah on a white horse just as the bible says Messiah comes. His bow is taxon in the Greek which means a cheap immitation of the real thing.

Are we really this close to the last days? People have been saying it for hundreds of years. The early disciples thought they would see Jesus return in their lifetimes. In the past decade there have been so many writings that even make you wonder if Jesus ever existed and was not some construct that has played out many times with the story of virgin birth, 12 disciples, betrayed, crucified, died, resurrected and coming again. Remember we have been told many things, and ultimately very few seekers can ever deny they were not offered the truth, one way or the other. My own struggles with the bible stem from inequities found within it's pages that speak of some writings that are done to satisfy societal norms of those days. Slavery was allowed by God, selling your daughter to her rapist was allowed, all the mass killing down to the women, children, and animals of a people. How can my loving God allow slavery? How can my loving God allow a father to just sell his daughter to her rapist? Where is her will even discussed? Oh that's right women are not worth much it seems in the bible except for rare events and stories, it's all about what the men decide. Why would a loving God even allow a deceiver amongst his people from the getgo unless their was a higher purpose to cull the heard. I do believe in my heart from my own experiences that Jesus / Yeshua was / is real. I do believe in prophecy. I just struggle with some aspects of the Old Testament.

Simply put, as long as currency exists, it will be manipulated and the world will be in a position like it is now. Any form of currency just needs to disappear forever. Going to a "different" currency isn't changing anything. I'm sure the elites have the know how to hoard and manipulate this also. Why should we have to pay to live on a planet we were born on. The arrival of the Antichrist is not something most of the church crowd expects to happen right now. The government has spent millions of dollars in technology, particularly on the space station to help with the theatrics of his arrival to earth. A gramophone mounted at the space station will announce his arrival and HAARP will orchestrate holographics to play along with the facade.

I learned that they will claim those in the UFOs are Ascended Masters, our forefathers and creators, or even angelic beings (his host of angels since he is God), and it will be a worldwide spectacular event, also aired live on TV as it happens.

The Bible Codes reveal massive panic among the nations of the world, not the huge acceptance he expects. Maybe that is why he is so angry when he arrives. I've never been able to pin exactly what angers him so much, but when Lucifer arrives as the Antichrist, he is angry. I do not know if he will display it or hide it, but he does not hide it for long. One of the first things he does is make a visible example of his enemies to scare everyone else into accepting him.

Imagine the panic of the millions of church pew Christians who expected to be raptured off the earth before that spectacle ever came. And instead of seeking Yahweh as to what is going on, they will head back to the same churches who have deceived them over the ages and expect to find answers.

The scary thing is, the beast's prophets are already in place. Their leading our biggest denominations and churches, and they will not give the people the truth of what is going on, but in collusion with Satan will verify that this person who came in the clouds with the UFOs is indeed Jesus the Messiah.

Those following religion have always been confident in the false belief that they will not be deceived because they are the elect. Says who? Define elect. Yes, the elect will not be deceived because they are not in the churches listening to or following man. They have sought Yahweh for the truth, and they were led out of the paganism and lies in the churches. The Lord pulled me out of them years ago. And you will hear the same thing from hundreds, even thousands of others who have sought the Lord for the truth and He has had them leave the churches as well.

Deception is not just going to be rampant then; it's everywhere now. Most people will not even know we are in the tribulation period until it hits them smack on the head, if they so choose to even wake up then.

Millions of Christians will be herded onto trains and taken to their deaths just from the acts of martial law alone, which are coming to this country. The camps are built, the trains are ready, and the churches are sleeping. When the chip or mark is enforced you have to wonder if people will recognize it for what it is. In Revelation chapter 13 it says by DECEPTION the world is deceived. I've seen in the codes how FEMA and other government organizations will enforce the beast mark as an economic policy. They are not going to tell people it is swearing allegiance to Lucifer. It's an ECONOMIC POLICY that every nation of the world puts into legislation and enforces.



The Coming Economic Policy:
The Beast Prosperity Program

What is this coming economic policy that will be so widely accepted and put mankind into slavery? If that is the end result, then how does it so deceptively get accepted to begin with? Surely we are smarter than to accept something that will only ultimately lead to our own destruction.

Nothing new is going to happen in the last days. Everything happening then can be seen now working and being prepared behind the scenes.

Over the past several years, an economic policy called the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA) has come into the forefront. NESARA claims it would abolish the Federal Reserve System and provide for the buyout of all shares and facilities of the Federal Reserve Corporation by the U.S. Treasury. This NESARA would allegedly wipe out over 90% of the U.S. national debt because The Federal Reserve System's charge of fees and interest are the main causes of the U.S. national debt. Therefore, after the buyout, the government could wipe out over 90% of the debt.

NESARA sounds good at a glance. But it gets so much better. It promises to be a huge prosperity program for everyone involved.

Some of the major features of NESARA to become their propaganda battle cry is to improve liberty, prosperity, and sovereignty of average people worldwide. It is to ensure the average person's life is improved and their financial and economic assets are safeguarded.

They are ensuring liberty and sovereignty while at the same time taking it away and demanding you conform to their economic model. This is not an offer, NESARA is a demand, a global tyranny about to take over and for those who do not conform they will be subjugated and taken over by those who do.

NESARA features a new U.S. Treasury Bank system of which is imminent and claims that U.S. Bank officials have been aware of the U.S. Treasury Bank system for over a year and confirm the "Rainbow Project," that is the new U.S. Treasury currency.

The proponents of NESARA claim people in most countries will receive bank-related debt forgiveness for credit card debt, mortgages, car loans, education loans, personal loans, home refinancing mortgages, home equity loans, etc. similar to what people in the U.S. are receiving. Credit cards issued by major merchants such as Sears will also be forgiven because the funds backing these merchant credit cards are ultimately linked back to banks. And all credit unions will be forced to become a part of the new US Treasury bank system.

How can they wipe out personal debt? The plan is to pay the banks and credit unions $8,500 per credit card to erase the credit card balances and then bribe people with additional generous amounts of money to forgive the car, education, mortgage, personal, refinancing, and other loans people are held hostage by. This money is allegedly coming from funds that have been accumulating over 20 years in European banks.

According to their own publications, there will be increases in the monthly amounts of social services payments similar to what people in the U.S. receive for Social Security retirement payments, disability payments, and family support payments, etc. within a few months of NESARA being announced.

All federal government social services payments will be continued after NESARA until U.S. citizens/sovereigns/natural persons begin receiving funds from the "new prosperity" programs.

The proponents claim, the new prosperity programs will be publicly announced after NESARA is announced. Eventually, all people worldwide will have access to these programs. According to NESARA proponents, there has been enough money in the world for the last 30 years that if the money were evenly distributed, every person would be a millionaire. Five percent of the world's people control 95% of the world's wealth; NESARA frees up vast amounts of money for worldwide distribution to all the world's people except those people serving the dark agenda. I think in particular, what cracked me up the most was the statement that everyone can get wealthy by worldwide distribution of money except those who serve "the dark agenda." Exactly what is considered by the beast crowd to be the dark agenda? I assume it is us, those who seek and follow the Most High God and not theirs of mammon.

It is the old order repackaged and coming back for the last days with, once again, Lucifer at the top running it. As before, Lucifer was at the time a cherub in charge of earth and other planets, and in his greed and pride, rebelled and wanted to be like God. He boasted that he would become like the Most High. In these last days, he will be allowed to play God for 42 months. His assistant, partner, what the Bible calls the second beast, who the churches call the False Prophet, will perform miracles and claim that the Antichrist is the one who gave him the power to do it, therefore, proclaiming this "messiah" (Lucifer) the Antichrist is God.

If and When NESARA is announced, it will begin the total dissolving of the Illuminati's worldwide behind the scenes control and domination efforts. In effect, we trade one global tyrant, the Illuminati who are working to bring in their own NWO for another, the Omegans and their NESARA NWO.

The Omegans are Lucifer's armies, the Omega Army, the last days army. And they are not referring toYahweh's armies of 144,00. The Omegans are literal aliens and those who support their agenda. As for the aliens, the Anuk, the Draco, the Reptilians and Greys. They will roam the earth and enforce the policies of the Antichrist. They are not friendly. They are hostile. When famine comes from the judgments of Yahweh for the world accepting Lucifer as its leader, the food will run out, and the Anuk, as they did before during and before Noah's time, will prey on the humans as food.



The Omegans

The Omegans are the ones behind NESARA. The leaders are Ascended Master Liar sAint Germaine (his supporters refer to him as a saint, I say he isn’t, thus the spelling, sAint) and Ascended Master Liar Sananda-Maitreya. The Dove of Oneness is the official announcer for NESARA activity. The Omegans call themselves the White Knights and claim that the term 'white knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business when weaker companies are rescued from hostile takeovers by what is termed as a White Knight corporation or wealthy person. These are NOT real White Knights. From their own terminology, white knights help prevent companies from hostile takeover, yet these Omegans, with their NESARA agenda, are subtly themselves declaring a hostile takeover of the entire world!

If you do not join their program, you cannot buy or sell anything anywhere in the world. You cannot go down to the corner store and buy a loaf of bread unless you join the program, and you join this new economic program by getting the global chip that identifies you. They will promote new global technology that resembles "smart card" technology where they can put all your information on an implantable chip and without it, you cannot even continue to function in society. It will replace the need for cash; it will do everything the implantable chips you hear about now are doing; only it will be enforced instead of voluntary.

The Apostle John warned us of this in Revelation 13: 16:

I clarified some of the terms for reasons of importance and translations. It does not matter which translation you are reading of the Bible, just know that this mark can be a barcode, a tattoo or an implantable chip, and just stay away from anything that is required to be put on or in your right hand or forehead, so you can keep functioning as a buyer and seller in society.

This is the BEAST system that the apostle warned about. When you see it, and it's already here and coming even moreso in the future to be enforced, then recognize it for what it is. It's a beast system and it's led by a beast. It is all from Satan, and it will enslave you and entrap your soul into allegiance to him. He deceived millions of angels into a rebellion against the Most High in the early ages, and he is going to use the same tactic of deception in the last days to deceive millions of people to once again join him in a rebellion against the Most High.

I have not personally seen Ascended Master Sananda but KOS and numerous White Knights have seen Him in physical form in meetings in the D.C. area and other places.

It is impossible for anyone to impersonate the Ascended Masters (or use Their Names as aliases) because they have ways of proving who they are and have done so in World Court. Also They have unique ways of arriving at the meetings They attend. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine likes to announce His Presence by walking through a wall into the meeting room. Since humans cannot walk through walls, this is one way Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine conveys it is truly He who is there and His Method of arrival is a subtle reminder of His Authority. Ascended Master Sananda generally arrives at the meetings by "beaming in" like they do on Star Trek.

The reason the Ascended Masters are here is because these are unusual times and they have planned for a long time to help Earth's people raise themselves out of the tyrannies, manipulation, and poverty in which they are now. According to their website, "There will be no advance public notice that the NESARA law announcement is going to be broadcast. On the day NESARA is announced, there will be an unexpected break in normal broadcasting, and the television and radio stations will announce they are interrupting regular programming to cover breaking news from Washington, D.C. Yahushua is not coming in a UFO. He is coming riding a White Horse. He is coming with tens of thousands of His saints dressed in white robes and riding white horses, not aliens in UFOs. No announcement from a space station will be needed to get the world's attention of His arrival and descent. The world will see this HUGE PROCESSION from the skies as they slowly descend to earth, taking many hours for the whole world to witness this event. He will arrive at the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, and by the breath of His lips He will destroy the armies gathered for the Great Battle of Armageddon.

Do not be deceived by the Imposter that is coming bearing the Name of Jesus! He is NOT the Real Jesus!

Jesus is not coming to bring peace and prosperity to the world, He is coming to judge and destroy it!

He already came as a Savior to the world, and the world rejected Him at His first coming. In His Second Coming, He is coming as a Warrior and a Judge!

It is this NESARA that will be the political agenda and political platform of the Antichrist. When he arrives on earth, it is probably going to be the first thing he implements as he uses it to bribe a greedy and gullible world into riches and prosperity.

What better way to get 6 billion people to get a chip implanted than dangle the promises of a million dollars over their head and the elimination of debt?

And if that does not entice you, you will not have much choice because, without getting the chip or mark, you cannot put gas in your car; you cannot cash your paycheck; you cannot buy food. You are going to find yourself hostage to either getting this chip and joining the NESARA system or just dying. The only religious exemption will be at the guillotine.

It is better to die upholding your faith in Yahweh than to serve eternity in hell. Because if you join the NESARA system, the system of Revelation 13, you will automatically give your soul to Lucifer.

This NESARA system will never last or work. The judgments from Yahweh alone will throw this world into mayhem and chaos, and all the money in the world will not be able to buy food that does not exist or save you from natural disasters you cannot control. Yahweh is going to destroy this world, and no amount of money or riches will save you from it.

BRIEF SUMMARY
In 1993, the U.S. Supreme Court almost unanimously ruled in favor of the Farmers' Union claims that American banks were fraudulently foreclosing on farms with collusion of the government, and that the income tax amendment was never properly ratified. An extremely strict gag order was placed on everyone directly involved, court case records sealed, and docket number case details revised until after the Court's reformation rulings are accomplished.

To implement reformations, five Justices spent years negotiating 'Accords' with U.S. government and other parties. Because the Accords process did not work, the Justices authorized the reformations be put into the form of a law named the National Economic Security And Reformation Act (NESARA) which was passed secretly in March 2000. Secrecy was maintained by revising official records and strict gag orders. News of NESARA came out of U.S. naval intelligence in June 2000.

The World Court ruled 2002 08 22 that the countries involved (182 now, including CANADA) MUST honor their contracts and change their banking systems in alignment with the true NESARA law as previously agreed.

The process must (should) begin in the United States - in a climate of peace: once it is announced there, the other countries must follow their lead.

NESARA was to be announced at 10 a.m. EDT on 11th September, 2001. The attacks on the World Trade Centre occurred just before 9 am that day. There were NO hijackers. The lives of NY firemen could be at risk as they evidenced the murder of some 200 bank employees who were actioning bank procedures for the implementation of NESARA that very morning!

It was foretold two millennia ago that the Man of Galilee, known by some as Esu Immanuel and other names, would return and that he would have a new name.

Neither of these prophecies seem to have gone down well with the Church in general. And I do not think that they relish this happening in their own lifetime! A bad conscience, perhaps?

This is unfortunate - for some - as it has been known for almost two decades now that his new name is "SANANDA". He also began informing some of his followers in early 2005 that this was the year for his Second Coming, at least in the spirit - and that Mohammed and Buddha would also return for their followers. That plan is still on hold but should be in 2008 as the announcement of NESARA was a prerequisite for his coming. [Mohammed also gave his first message in 2005]

Some receivers have given exact dates for his physical return, but he has always said that this date was not yet known, and that certain preliminaries (such as the announcement of NESARA) had to be completed before it could take place. Prophecies which give a specific date must always be taken with a grain of salt.

The first preliminary requirement was that his messages to the Churches be distributed as corrections to what their present doctrines held. He selected another "John the Baptist" (this time a woman, as this is the Age of Feminity) to receive these messages telepathically and present them in book form to his first selected Church. She will then meet with representatives of this Church, who may ask questions which will be answered through His messenger telepathically. At this point He will only be present in Spirit, not in the flesh.

The other Christian churches would then be addressed in a similar way.

A visit to Jerusalem would follow. It is not quite clear at what juncture the physical Second Coming takes place, but it will be after the visit to Jerusalem and when the world is at peace.

By that time the landing of space-craft will have become commonplace (starting two weeks after the NESARA announcement) - in fact, plans for the replacement of jetliners by environmentally-friendly 'flying saucers' or shuttles are now being readied. The biblical reference to "coming in the clouds" meant of course coming in a space-craft - which will be a shuttle from the starship "Capricorn." Every eye shall see Him.

His principal message is twofold:

•correct the mistranslations of his original messages and work together with other churches, rather than regard them as enemies, as there is only one truth.
One of these misconceptions is that one only lives once. The fact of reincarnation for all must be recognized.
•minister to the hungry and poor throughout the world and improve their standard of living. ("feed my sheep")
Those churches which ignore His corrected teachings will not survive. His model church is being created under the name "First Church of St Germain", which has already been incorporated and will operate healing and teaching centres under the name "Sananda Center" and the first books containing his revised teachings are being published by the First Church of St Germain shortly.
Sananda and St Germain work very closely together.

One of the main problems with messages allegedly received from the Higher realms is that one must be telepathic in order to receive accurately. The story of how this change will occur, takes us back to Tudor England. There was an enigmatic character by the name of Saint Germain. Comte de Saint Germain was noted for rubbing elbows with the monarchies. Many of which commented on his elaborate shoes stubbed with $40,000 diamonds and pearls. No one knew the source of his income. Then around 1727 he shared his secret money making techniques to certain German bankers in hopes that they would use the money to help humanity. Using his techniques, they along with the monarchies choose to squander the money for themselves. Even to this day, these bankers have continued to keep this knowledge secret.

Eventually Saint Germain realized the money was never going to be used for benevolent purposes so he pulled his money out and in 1729 he put it into his own "World Trust." At the founding of the trust it was stipulated that this money would be released in the year 2000.

Bank Roll Programs

Around the turn of the century, the children of robber barons, and "banksters" began to see the error in their parent's evilness and their use of wealth. These 100 children are known as "wealthy visionaries". Together they invested some of their families money into secret money roll programs, to be used for humanitarian purposes.

The bank roll programs, allow wealthy investors to make insane profits by ripping off the assets and resources from third world nations. The profits from these programs are utterly astronomical as monthly returns can be in excess of 1:100,000 and 1:500,000. The name "roll programs" comes from a method of rolling money over and over in short periods of time. At the end of each cycle investors then reinvest or "roll" the principle and interest earned over into the next cycle. In the late 1990's the bank roll programs finally ceased.

Money earned from these bank roll programs became known as the "Prosperity Programs" Over time the programs where secretly opened up to small investors so that one could invest as little as one hundred dollars at a time. These small amounts where handled by trustees, who collected the money and kept records, and combined the small investments into the large amount, let's say, one million dollars, that was required in order to enter a "roll".

The news of these programs spread by word of mouth and especially via multi-level marketers. Thousands of people invested and great wealth was generated, but little, if anything was ever paid back to the investors. Trustees such as Clyde Hood and Mike Kadoski where sent to jail under false charges. Then corruption, greed, and fraud became wide spread among the bankers, government, and even some trustees who wanted to steal the money for themselves. Even the Bush family had their hands in the pot, using Promis Software they could transfer stolen funds without being traced. Many have died because of this wealth, but God has another plan for humanity.

The time has now come to release these Prosperity Funds and the funds from Saint Germain's, World Trust. This money will be used to buy out all oil corporations, banks, pharmaceutical cartels, and zero out all debt. 250 years of compound interest has mushroomed the World Trust into a net worth in excess of one quattuordecillion dollars, or $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000. That's 1 with 40 zeros behind it. This is enough money to buy a gold cube the size of the orbit of Saturn. So astronomical most people will not believe it!

The money from the World Trust will be distributed in the following manner.

Level One -- World Trust. This is under the trusteeship of Master St. Germain. At his direction The World Trust can only be activated for payout at only two times during any given year, Easter and Christmas. At St. Germain's orders the World Court activates the funding process. This process continues down through the four lower levels of trusts to the people, and under certain conditions the funding window remains open until the next holiday funding window begins. For example, if the Easter window is activated, the window can remain open until December 24, the day before Christmas, at which time it closes. The window remains open only if significant funds are moved to certain designated trusts during a set period of time. If not, the funding window is closed when such deadlines are not met.

Level Two -- These are the 180 Royal Trusts under the control of trustees in various sovereign countries. Examples are The French Trust, The Russian Trust, and the Vatican Trust.

Level Three -- These are the Family Trusts under the control of trustees of the world's wealthiest families. Examples are Bronfman, Warburg, Morgan, Rothschild, and Rockefeller.

Level Four -- These are the 250 plus Corporate Trusts under the control of trustees from powerful companies and corporations. Examples are General Electric, Lockheed, General Motors, Boeing, Carnegie, Ford, Marriott and AT&T. There are 4-5 trustees per trust which means that approximately 1200 trustees must sign documents to move money through these trusts.

Level Five -- These are the Prosperity Program Trusts which represent the various 70-75 bank roll programs which are under the control of designated program trustees. Again, there are 4-5 trustees per trust or some 350 persons who must sign documents to activate these trusts. Some examples include Bergevene, SBC, ITI, Savage, Morgan, Omega, and Freedom. The largest trust is Freedom and it must be funded first. It is these trust's that hold the wealth from the enlighten robber baron children.

Then finally the funds will be released to the common man. As the funds pass through each trust, the trustee must use only certain designated "safe" banks and sign the proper documents with only certain designated banking personnel at those banks. Should this process be activated and then be stalled by deceitful bankers, deceitful trustees, etc. and the deadlines for funding to reach certain trusts are not met, the funding window is then closed. This is the problem members of the Bush family are blocking the release of these funds.

If you look closely this law it stands for National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, which would reform the economy and replace the income with a national sales tax. This law was rejected by congress in the 1990's. However there is another NESARA law on the books.

This NESARA, stands for the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. It's the most ground breaking reformation to sweep not only this country but our planet in its entire history. The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the secret government, and much more.

To ensure its survival a nobility amendment was passed to prevent anyone who had loyalties to the crown from holding public office. The 13th Amendment was approved by congress and the House of Representatives in 1810. It was ratified by all the necessary states into law on March 12, 1819. It reads as follows.

13th Amendment

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

This amendment was unacceptable for the British crown because this would essentially cut of all meddling into the affairs of the new republic's government. It would also mean anyone who is a member of the BAR (Lawyer) association would not be allowed to hold public office. Remember the B.A.R. is short for the British Accredited Registry. This amendment is technically still in effect today and therefore all the laws that have been made by lawyers remains unconstitutional, as they are not allowed to be US citizens.

This is why England fought in a war with us in 1812. Washington D.C. was burned to the ground and the original documents which proved this was indeed a law were destroyed. The British monarchy knew the American people would never tolerate British rule again, so they offered back the republic to the people with one exception, the 13th amendment was to be removed from the constitution. Nearly 200 years have now since passed, we have been conquered and yet we don't know it.

Then we had the civil war which was really about the Rothschild family trying to gain control of the south's cotton industry. Then we had the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which put America into slavery. Finally in the early 1990's we started to see a change.

NESARA

The beginnings of NESARA takes us back to the early 1970's when the banks where foreclosing on farmers mortgages all over the United States. The Willie Nelson "Live Aid" concerts were one of the fund raisers that helped these farmers. The farmers soon realized the banks where not only charging exorbitant and illegal amounts of interest, but they where illegally foreclosing on their homes.

When these farmers began to seek legal action against the banks they soon realized that the government and banks where working in collusion with each other. So in the early 1990's, they sought the help of the Farmers Union and did in depth research on all the banks illegal activities. A series of lawsuits where initiated against the banks and the government. Over 336,000 Farm Claims filed for fraud against the U.S. Federal Government with an average of $20 million dollars per claim. This amounts to $6.6 trillion total.

In retaliation the banks and the government sent the IRS against the farmers. When the farmers realized they where being unfairly targeted by the IRS they began looking for ways to fight back. They requested help from military generals such as General Ray Swasinger, to sit in the court room to ensure the bribed judges would vote according to constitutional law.

These court cases ran up and down various state and federal courts from 1970's till the 1990's. Then in 1992-1993, the farmers appealed their case to the US supreme court. Almost unanimously the U.S. Supreme Court Justices ruled that the Farmers Union claims were VALID and that the U.S. federal government and the banks had seriously defrauded the farmers, and all U.S. citizens, out of vast sums of money and property. Furthermore the court ruled the shocking truth that the IRS and the Federal Reserve where unlawful, that the income tax amendment was never ratified by the US states, and that the US government had illegally foreclosed on farmers homes with the help of federal agencies. Irrefutable proof of such was presented by a retired CIA agent. He provided testimony and records of the banks illegal activity, to lead further evidence that the Farmers' Union claims were legitimate.

The Justices recognized that to remedy this situation, massive reformations would be required.

Now, when rulings are made by the U.S. Supreme Court, one or more Justices are assigned to monitor the progress on how the rulings are carried out. In this case, five Justices were assigned to a committee to develop steps to implement required government and banking reformations. As the Justices went about developing the required reformations they enlisted the help of experts in economics, monetary systems, banking, Constitutional government and law, and many other related areas. The Justices built coalitions of support and assistance with thousands of people worldwide; these thousands of people working to bring us NESARA have been named "White Knights".

This term "White Knights" was borrowed from the world of big business hostile takeovers. It refers to how a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. This term is a most accurate term for these "White Knights" are working behind the scenes to stop the madness.

After the trial, the damages process name was changed to Bank Claims. From 1993 through 1996, U.S. citizens filed Bank Claims against the banks and the federal government through the U.S. Treasury Department to obtain payment for the damages as specified by the U.S. Supreme Court. (This process CLOSED in 1996.)

Gag Order

Due to the ground breaking changes required, an extremely strict gag order was placed on everyone, directly involved and the court case records. Anyone who broke this gag order would receive the death penalty. Furthermore all court records where sealed until after all the reforms are completed. To maintain this secrecy, the case details for the docket number assigned to the Farmers' Union case were changed.

As a result doing a search for this case will fail to reflect the correct information until after the reformations are made public.

At every step of the process, anyone directly involved has been required to sign an agreement to keep the U.S. Supreme Court's process of implementing the required reformations "secret", or face charges of Treason which are punishable by death. This gag order was placed on all media personnel, government officials, and bank employees. This is why Alex Jones or TV news anchors will not talk about this on air. Nor will wikipedia tell you the truth behind the law. Nor will Sherry Shriner who is nothing more than a CIA stooge. Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone, was about to break the gag order, but before he could his small passenger plane crashed killing his wife, daughter, and himself.

Accords

To implement the required changes, the five Justices spent years negotiating how the reformations would occur. These agreements , known as "Accords" where made with the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve Bank owners, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and with numerous other countries including the United Kingdom and countries of the Euro Zone.

The U.S. banking system reformations require the Federal Reserve Bank system be absorbed by the U.S. Treasury Department and the banks' fraudulent activities stopped. Plus remedies will need to be made to U.S. citizens for past harm due to fraud. The U.S. banking reformations will impact the entire world and therefore the IMF, World Bank, and other countries had to be involved.

As the years began to pass, the military generals who originally helped the farmers soon realized that the government had no intentions of implementing the "Accords." So, the Justices authorized the reformations be put into the form of a 75 page document known as the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA).

NESARA implements the following changes;

1. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities

2. Abolishes income tax

3. Abolishes IRS; creates 14% flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government

4. Increases benefits to senior citizens

5. Returns Constitutional Law to all our courts and legal matters.

6. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA's announcement

7. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups

8. Creates new US Treasury currency, "rainbow currency," backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals

9.. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law

10. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System

11. Restores financial privacy

12. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law

13. Ceases all aggressive, US government military actions worldwide

14. Establishes peace throughout the world

15. Initiates first phase of worldwide prosperity distribution of vast wealth which has been accumulating for many decades. Every American citizen over the age of 21 will receive $100,000 a month for 11 years. The law requires that the farmers claims to be paid first before the general public receives funds. Remember, these funds will come from the Level 5 Trust, bank roll programs.

16. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes

17. Enables the release of new technologies such as free energy devices, pollution cleanup, and sonic healing machines.

This law was passed secretly on March 9, 2000 by Congress. It was voted on by seven members congress, which where the only ones constitutionally allowed to hold office. This is because the nobility amendment prevents anyone with ties to the crown from holding office. Plus, NESARA requires all congress members to resign immediately, so all the corrupt members of congress refused to vote. From its very inception Bush Snr., the false congress, and major bank houses, and the Carlyle group opposed NESARA. Secrecy was maintained by revising the official congressional registry. The details of the bill number for NESARA were revised to reflect a commemorative coin and revised again more recently.

Our members of congress will not tell us any of this because they have been ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to "deny" the existence of NESARA or face charges of Treason punishable by death; and some members of Congress have actually been charged with "obstruction" and threatened with Treason charges. Therefore, all members of Congress pretend that NESARA has not been passed in order to comply with the Justices' gag order. This why there are no public Congressional Records!

The unelected cloned President Bill Clinton and his puppet masters, had no interest in signing NESARA into law. So, the military generals enlisted the help of the elite Naval Seals and the Delta Force. Together they stormed the White House and under gunpoint forced Bill Clinton to sign NESARA into law. This occurred on October 10, 2000.

Before NESARA is announced to the public it is stipulated that the original farm claims must be paid out first in with gold or precious metals backed currency as stipulated by the constitution. Therefore they cannot be paid in Federal Reserve notes which is not money anyway. The $6.6 trillion is to be distributed in the form of ATM debit cards from the new gold back US Treasury system. This money will come from the bank roll programs originally set up by benevolent illuminati families. The only catch is to release these funds they must first be released by Goldman Sacs and Bank of America which are owned by the Rockefeller and Bush cabals.

To prevent the funds from being released the banking documents, which contains instructions on how to access the funds, are being transported 24/7 between warehouses in Charlotte, NC and Washington D.C. The drivers of these Fed Ex trucks are heavily bribed and many of are afraid of reprisals from the Bush family if they deliver their payload as required by law.

One time when these packets where returned to Washington D.C., Bush placed them under military guard. Federal judges ordered him to release the funds, G.W. Bush replied. "You will never receive these packages, they belong to me". The judge answered "I can do no more, he is President of the U.S."

The news media were called and refused to film the guards saying "He is the President and we are afraid of what he will do." (code for we also work for the Illuminati)

This has been going on for some time, so the IMF, and World Bank got together along with the Rothschild family to set up a new global banking system backed by gold. This will ultimately kill the Federal Reserve System which is worthless fiat money. It was approved by congress on September 19, 2007. On October 19, 2007, at midnight the U.S. treasury of the Republic went on-line with the Global Banking System. The next step is announcing this to the public, but it's not an easy task to do.

Many powerful groups have tried to stop the announcement and implementation of the NESARA law. 18 months after NESARA became law, the Justices had the current Congress pass resolutions "approving" NESARA on September 9, 2001. On September 10, 2001 George Bush Sr. moved into the White house to steer his son on how to block the announcement. The next day NESARA was set to be announced at 10 a.m. EDT on September 11, 2001.

9/11 Attacks

Groups opposing NESARA arranged for the attacks to occur on 9/11 to keep NESARA from being announced. Just before the announcement, Bush Snr. ordered the demolition of World Trade Center to stop the international banking computers on floors one and two, in the North Tower from initiating the new U.S. Treasury Bank system.

George Bush Snr decapitated any hopes of returning this government back to the people. Despite the fact the Bush family was to be paid off $300 trillion dollars to cooperate with NESARA, they choose instead to maintain control over us. Ultimately in the end the Bush's will end up with nothing. Without a gold backed treasury system our country is headed to economic collapse, and eventual civil war.

Logistics of 9/11

We are all familiar with the official story of September 11th: Four jetliners where hijacked by groups of four and five Arabic men armed with box cutters, who flew three of the four jets into the Twin Towers and Pentagon. The World Trade Center weakened by the fires collapsed into piles of rubble. Later that afternoon, the 47 story Building 7, collapsed due to fire (a fact which most people are unaware of).

The FBI had compiled a list of hijackers within three days, and so it was obvious that Osama bin Laden had masterminded 9/11 from caves in Afghanistan. With that in mind there was no need to seriously investigate 9/11. The problem is when one investigates the conflicts of interest and red flags we find a long series of improbable coincidences.

It is standard operating procedure (SOP) to scramble a jet fighter whenever an airliner goes off course or radio contact is lost. Between September 2000 and June 2001, interceptors where scrambled 67 times. In 2000 jets where scrambled 129 times. The air traffic control system continuously monitors air traffic and notifies NORAD of all deviations. NORAD is responsible for monitoring, air and space traffic continuously, and is prepared to act immediately to threats and emergencies. It has the authority to order units from the Air National Guard, the Air Force and other armed services in pursuit of airliners in trouble.

With this in mind what would cause the massive breakdown in the chain of command? According to the Pentagon, NORAD was conducting a mock terrorist drill on 9/11, this is why they where unable to scramble jets in time. This seems to conflict with Secretary of Transportation ,Norman Mineta's testimony before the 9-11 Commission. He reports that at the time of the attacks both Dick Cheney and himself was in the Presidential Emergency Operations Command Center. Norman recalled an officer coming in every few minutes to question the Vice President if NORAD should continue to stand down and not shoot the airplanes out of the sky.

"During the time that the airplane was coming into the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President...the plane is 50 miles out...the plane is 30 miles out....and when it got down to the plane is 10 miles out, the young man also said to the vice president "do the orders still stand?" And the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said "Of course the orders still stand, have you heard anything to the contrary!??"

The airplanes which flew into the twin towers where military aircraft as no normal 747 could maneuver the way they did. Remember the hijackers nearly flunked out of flight school, how are they able to maneuver an airplane in such a way even expert pilots could not. These planes were most likely flow using autopilot because all 5 planes had their black box in flight recorders turned off at the same time. The recorder is turned off when the Airborne Warning and Control System takes over the craft.

The Planes where controlled using the U.S. Air Force's "QRS11 Triaxial Remote Guidance System" called "JPALS." Essentially it's a "gyro on a chip." It uses GPS satellite technology and electronics implanted in the Boeing aircraft allowing them to be controlled remotely.

The truth is the September 11th attacks where carried out using remote processes. It was planned out by a CIA unit of 100 people (Aquarius?) in August of 2001. This group carried out the attacks and staged the so-called cell phone calls purported to be from passengers on the commercial airlines by using voice impersonation technology and other remote technologies. This same CIA group also created the conspiracy story of 19 Arab hijackers, many of whom where either dead or in jail in the middle east.

As for the airline passengers on 9/11, they where probably gassed aboard their plane and then sent to either the Amtrak facility in Kansas City, Kansas or the FEMA crematorium in Terra Haute, ID to be incinerated.

Explosions in WTC

The official NIST's (National Institute of Standards and Technology) investigation is often cited as proving the theory that planes and fires caused the collapses. Yet the report fails to mention how the buildings could collapse due to fire without a historical precedent of any steel framed skyscraper collapsing other than a controlled demolition. In the entire report only two sentences in a half page section gives us hints as to what really happened. This troublesome issue is avoided by placing them outside the scope of its investigation, claiming that "global collapse" was "inevitable" after the "initiation of collapse."

A striking distinction of the World Trade Center collapse was the pulverization of the concrete into dust and gravel before it hit the ground. This can been seen in videos which show the towers mushrooming into vast clouds as they fall, leaving only twisted pieces of steel and no large pieces of concrete. While the building is collapsing you can see puffs of smoke exploding each floor out in a timed demolition. These puffs of smoke are called Sprites; which explode outward 10 to 15 floors below the rubble as the building collapses. This would suggest the detonators where on a timed circuit set to go off in a controlled manner. This also explains why the building collapsed in a free fall. An unobstructed freefall using Newtonian physics would be 6 seconds. Logic would dictate as the building collapsed the floors below it would reduce the speed, however the World trade center collapsed in 7 seconds. All of this make s sense especially when you consider the testimony from the firefighters. They reported hearing bombs going off but the media ignored their testimony. Even Columbia Observatory recorded minute explosions on their seismograph, moments prior to the collapse.

William Rodriguez who worked as a janitor reported hearing explosions in the basement just moments prior to the airplane colliding into the world trade center. Hilary Clinton promised him a high position in her government if he remained silent about this. Instead he refused, even today the media continue to ignore and distort his testimony.

Prior to 9/11, no steel building had ever collapsed due to fire. There is no way Jet fuel could burn hot enough to melt the steel in the WTC, this is because steel melts at 2,700 degrees Fahrenheit, and Jet fuel burns at 1,800. Even if the beams buckled it wouldn't cause them to melt with the fire proofing protection. The truth is the fire burned around 700 degrees and was about to extinguish itself. This can be confirmed by the black smoke which occurs in an oxygen deprived fire. There is no way the fires could have burned as hot as the government claims especially when the videos show people sitting at the edge of the impact hole waiting to be rescued.

Furthermore, Steven Jones, professor of physics at Brigham Young University found that the rubble had evidence of evaporated steel, and thermite which is used in controlled demolitions. In order for steel to evaporate it would require temperatures in excess of 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Even three weeks after the world trade collapsed their where still areas of rubble which where so hot fire fighters could not go near it. Maybe this explains why the government was so eager to ship all the "evidence", I mean ruble to China and South Korea. This was crime scene, and by removing the evidence the government violated crime scene laws. Oddly enough the company which was given the task to do this was none other than "Controlled Demolition Inc." Its funny thing you know with all this "heat." How come the terrorist's passports which linked Al-Qaeda to the attacks failed to burn in the inferno as claimed by the government?

So now the question is how did those explosives get into the building without anyone noticing it? On the weekend of 9/8 and 9/9 there was a 'power down' condition in the south tower. For 36 hours there was no electrical supply from the 50th floor and up. This would mean there would be no security cameras, security locks on doors. Maintenance workers reported seeing 'engineers' coming in and out of the building, and the sound of heavy objects moving around on floors which where supposed to be unoccupied. Even more red flags are raised when one considers the fact that bomb sniffing dogs patrols where halted on September 6, 2001. So who allowed this to happen?

Securacom (later renamed Stratesec ) was responsible for the security of the WTC complex. Marvin Bush, G.W's brother was on the board of directors. Isn't it odd that he has never been investigated especially considering Securacom was also in charge of security for United Airlines, and Dulles International Airport, the same place where the reported hijackers boarded there planes.

Building 7

Building 7 was the third building to collapse on 9/11 according to the government fires leveled the building. The only problem with this is, fires have never leveled a steel skyscraper before. The team that investigated the collapse was kept away from the crime scene; by the time their report was published in May 2002 the evidence had been destroyed.

Building 7 had a number of fires of limited extent and unknown duration before the total collapse at 5:20 PM. Official reports assume the debris from the North Tower ignited the fire at 10:29 A.M. FEMA's report blamed the collapse primarily on fires, though it was inconclusive. NIST suggested it was cause by severe structural damage. However other skyscraper fires exhibited more extensive burns and longer lasting than Building 7, but none of these other buildings collapsed.

From the video evidence, it is clear building 7 collapsed in a controlled demolition type manner. Even the owner of the WTC complex, Larry Silverstein admitted to this fact in 2002 on PBS,

"I remember getting a call from the...fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire. And I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of life. Maybe the smartest thing to do is pull-it.' And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse."

Pulling is a term used in controlled demolitions. Now it takes weeks of planning and installation of detonators for a successful controlled demolition. How could all these detonators be conveniently in place unless Silverstein had foreknowledge the attacks would occur? Perhaps this explains why he bought a 99 year insurance policy worth $7 billion months prior to the attack. The truth is the world trade center was loaded with asbestos. It would have cost much more than $7 billion to take the building apart piece by piece to remove the stuff. So not only is it cheaper to do a controlled demolition Larry Silverstein made money from it too!

Buildings which where much closer to the World Trade center sustained more damaged yet did not collapse due to fire. So how is it that Building 7 which was two buildings away from the North Tower, developed these fires when it wasn't hit with a plane. Maybe this can be answered when we look at who has the most to gain from the destruction of this building.

The following are the prime suspects in the 9/11 collapse. In WTC 7, the SEC was storing thousands of files related to pending Wall Street investigations on companies such as Enron and Worldcom. Conveniently these document where destroyed when the building collapsed. Other tenants in WTC7, include the IRS, CIA, Secret Service, FBI, and Department of Defense. Building Seven also served as the command center for the security of the entire WTC complex, which was headed by the President's brother, Marvin Bush, whose contract ended "coincidentally" on 9/11. It was also host to then Mayor Rudy Giuliani's Office of Emergency Management command center. This was built on the 23rd floor, in 1998 as a "bunker" for emergences such as 9/11. It had bullet and bomb-resistant windows, its own water and air supply, the ability to withstand 160 mph winds, and a full commanding view of the entire WTC complex. Interestingly, on 9/11 Giuliani didn't bot her to put the center to use, even though that's what it was built for. He decided instead, to set up a makeshift command center down the street.

Isn't it strange that the official 9/11 commission report, choose to omit any reference to building seven. What else are they hiding from us?

What happened to the debris from flight 93 in Pennsylvania? It was mysteriously missing, with the only evidence left, a 15 foot hole in the ground. The truth is flight 93 was intended to hit Camp David. If you go to YouTube you can hear the actual sound bites from the new networks which announce flight 93 hit Camp David. Seriously folks, 9/11 was totally scripted that day. Camp David was targeted by our government because it was the anniversary of the "Camp David accords." Which was the 1978 Israeli-Egypt peace treaty, (Israel is actually a state within the United States so it's really the US-Egypt peace treaty.) By blaming the Muslims it would have given our government another excuse to bomb the Middle East.

Why was their no investigation in the put options on American Airlines stock? Why was members of the bin laden family flown out of the country on 9/11 when all other planes where grounded? Where did the missing $700 million dollar stash of gold stored under the WTC complex disappear too? The questions go on and on. The government will not answer them because they are at fault. The whores in the media will not tell us the truth, as many of the major news networks have been paid off to lie to the American people. Its all about the money!

Pentagon

There is no way a 124 foot wide Boeing 757 airplane could fit into a hole 15-18 feet wide. So what hit the pentagon if it wasn't a passenger airplane? Unfortunately the government confiscated most evidence covering up what happened. After the impact, pentagon officials confiscated 80 video cameras which where focused on the pentagon, and eyewitnesses had to sign nondisclosure agreements. To date only one of these videos has been released and this video is only 4 frames. All we can conclude from the video is a blurry metal bogey of some sort hit the pentagon. It is safe to rule out a 757, because such a large aircraft flying at 450 mph would literally be torn apart from turbulence created while flying under 60 feet in altitude.

The truth is Bush ordered the destruction of the Pentagon building to prevent this country from returning back to constitutional law. Remote pilot technology was used to fly a small white private plane loaded with explosives into the Pentagon at the exact location of the White Knights in their new Naval Communications Center. At the time they where coordinating activities supporting NESARA's implementation nationwide.

Al-Qaeda

Every time Bush says we are in a war against terrorism, the terrorists they are referring to are not Al-Qaeda, THE TERRORISTS ARE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! Patriot Acts I and II will eventually take away basic constitutional liberties such as a trial by jury and search warrants. Further more anyone who tries to cash their refund from the NESARA trust funds are arrested under the Patriot Act and Homeland Security Gestapo. When one takes a closer look at the secret memos and executive orders the intent of the elite is clear. We are now living in a police state just like our Nazi leaders have always planned for us.

The Bush family and the Bin Laden family are in fact best friends. They where both business partners in Saudi Oil and members of the Carlye Group. According to Patrick Bellringer, the Bush family was protecting Bin Laden. He checked into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN prior to September 11, 2001 seeking medical treatment for his kidney problems. The hospital gave him and his family a floor unto themselves for privacy. He later died on December 26, 2001 from kidney (renal) failure and lung complication. The big lie by the US government is to keep the people believing there are terrorists out there to get us. It's hard to have a War on Terrorism, if there are no terrorists! Furthermore the media refuse to investigate how a dying man can survive on a dialysis machine in remote Pakistani caves for over six years.

When you analyze the video footage, the seismic data, and eyewitness accounts the government's conspiracy theory just does not make sense. This fictional story has given Bush an excuse to send the U.S. Military to Afghanistan, Iraq, and create Patriot Act I and II. Now you know why on 9/11, Bush Jr. sat in a classroom reading a children's book about a pet goat for seven minutes, as if this epic cosmic tragedy was no big deal.

Now our country remains at war and the media covers up the amount of body bags coming out of Iraq. Nor do they report the real death totals on 9/11. The actual death count is 30,700. No one questions the insanely small numbers given out by the government because New York City is a large place; people who have lost loved ones do not make contact with others who have died in 9/11. So they have no way of knowing how many truly died, especially when their government lies to them. The following death totals comes from the Pleiadian Commander in Chief Hatonn (more on who he is later.)

NESARA Scam

NESARA is an acronym for the National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, which is a legislative proposal that merely reintroduces specie as alternative currencies to help combat anti-inflationary policies of the paper currency. The NESARA proposal is sponsored by the “NESARA Institute”, having offices at 7635 Jefferson Highway, No. 354, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809 (Ph: 864-886-0657). Although the NESARA proposal has been presented to many Congresspersons over the years, and some have expressed interest in the proposal, it hasn't yet built up sufficient support for even introduction to Committee, much less to a full vote by Congress. Maybe someday the NESARA proposal will find support in Congress and may be presented for a vote, but that really isn't the point of this webpage. (You can read all about NESARA at www.nesara.org). The point of this webpage is that when certain scam artists claim that NESARA has been "enacted into law" by "secret Acts of Congress" they are telling a great big lie and total fabrication because NESARA has never even been formally made into a Bill or presented for either a Committee vote or a full vote or Congress

Scam artists often latch on to something that sounds good to relieve suckers of money. For example, scam artists will often set up boiler-room phone solicitations to seek charitable donations for firemen or policemen, which the scam artists then pocket without actually giving any money to firemen or policemen. The making of charitable donations to firemen and policemen is a good thing, but the scam artists simply divert the donations to their own pockets.

The NESARA proposal is currently being used in just this sort of a scam. Some of the same people who helped keep alive the myth that Omega Trust & Trading would eventually pay out millions of dollars for every $100 sent to “trader” Clyde Hood (now convicted and serving a lengthy prison sentence), are now saying that Omega Trust & Trading and the other “original Prosperity Programs” will still pay out their millions/ billions/ trillions/ quadrillions of dollars when (not if) the “true NESARA law” is finally announced.

The scam artists pitching the NESARA scam claim that the “True NESARA Law” was already adopted by Congress in 2001, but that Congress has been keeping it a secret all this time (like anybody in Washington D.C. can really keep a secret about anything), and that soon the “True NESARA Law” will be announced. According to these scam artists, the “True NESARA Law” does the following:

All of the “Prosperity Programs” (failed HYIP and bank debenture scams) will fund, giving zillions of dollars to those smart enough to have invested in them and believed in them even after their promoters were convicted of fraud and went to prison.

Because the funding of the “Prosperity Programs” will swamp the Earth with wealth, nobody in any country will ever have to pay taxes again, which is nice.

Because the banks will have more money than they will know what to do with (because of deposits from those smart enough to invest in the “Prosperity Programs”), there will be “Debt Forgiveness” of all debts, i.e., home mortgage payments, car payments, credit card payments, whatever, which is also nice.

The scam artists have set up several websites “updating” NESARA and pitching the coming debt forgiveness and new money system. These websites make some of the wildest, bizarre, and downright gut-busting statements as to why the “True NESARA Law” has not yet been announced. For instance, at http://www.2012.com.au/ NESARA_Update.html the scammers claim that on September 11, 2001,

" at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Alan Greenspan, was scheduled to announce the new Treasury Bank system, DEBT FORGIVENESS for all U.S. citizens, and abolishment of the IRS as the first part of the public announcements of NESARA.

Instead, at just before and after 9 a.m. EDT, planes attacked the World Trade Center. The attack on the WTC served to stop the announcement of NESARA because a crucial banking computer center on the first and second floors of the WTC was prevented from carrying out a computer system download to U.S. banks which was scheduled to begin at 9 A.M. EDT."

This same website similarly claims that:

“For the last month in Orange County California, citizens have been receiving letters enabling them to have ALL their credit card debts forgiven and their mortgage debt taken off their shoulders. If their mortgage was taken out before 1997, it is totally "forgiven" and the DEED to the property will be mailed out to the owner. If the mortgage was taken out during 1997 or later, the mortgage bank is required to turn it into a "self-liquidating loan" which the BANKS are required to pay off on behalf of the citizens. Some lucky people in Orange County are receiving these benefits of NESARA which EVERY citizen in the United States is SUPPOSED to have ALREADY RECEIVED!”

Hmmm. So everybody in Orange County, California (about 4 million people) had all their debts forgiven but the rest of the nation didn’t hear about it? Wow, the power of the government to suppress information cannot be underestimated! For that matter, we here at Quatloos! are all in Orange County, but our debts weren’t forgiven. Hmmm.

But if you think all of that is strange, you haven’t heard anything yet. The primary scam artist goes by the name of "Dove of Oneness" or usually just “Dove” hosts a website called “The Four Winds” at http://www.fourwinds10.com that spews a bunch of New Age hooey, such as “Lord Ari’s Galactic Tales”. Additionally, Dove has an “update line” that you can call at: (206) 781-3897 to hear the latest updates on the “True NESARA Law”. These updates, which are archived both on Dove’s website and ours (for posterity, of course) offer totally bizarre news events, such as that “100,000 Bankers who would not accept the True NESARA Law have been eliminated” and that the spaceships of the Galacticans are regularly seen visiting Washington D.C.

For those of you in law enforcement, Dove has listed her address for purposes of sending “donations” as:

which apparently, in a course consistent with more sane scam artists, is simply a drop-box. Dove has conspired with a bunch of other scam artists/nuts

But others much less intelligent have allowed themselves to be drawn into this scam, as have some who have been mentioned as “White Knights” (whom the scammers claim are persons that protect the “True NESARA Law” and fight for it’s announcement) who probably aren’t even aware of NESARA. The nut category includes Sheldan Nidle, who gives updates from the Planetary Activation Organization, http://www.paoweb.com, and writer David Icke, http://www.davidicke.com, who claims that most important politicians and leaders are actually shape-shifting lizards from outer space, see http://www.paoweb.coml.

But as amazingly stupid as all this stuff is, it is still nothing more-or-less than a scam, and one that is at times simple to discern and at other times more complex.

The easy part of the scam is little more than a common “donations” scam. Dove and several of these nuts openly solicit “donations”, ostensibly to keep their phone lines on, etc. When they need more money, they will spin a bogus tale of somebody needed medical treatment or an operation, or about somebody’s house about to foreclosed, and invite their listeners to send them money. Then, they simply pocket the cash.

The most active of these scammers is Jennifer Lee who, again for our friends in law enforcement, lists her address for purposes of sending “donations” as:

Jennifer operates her own “update line” at (310) 842-5902, and daily (and sometimes three or four times per day) generates several minutes of airhead stream-of-consciousness, usually summarizing Dove’s updates or reciting the babble of several other scam artists who have come on board. These scam artists have amusing names, such as “A and A”, the “King of Swords”, and our personal favorite, “The Nameless Ones”.

Usually, towards the end of her message, Jennifer will spin a sob story about not being able to pay the rent, or pay her phone bill, or pay her electricity bill, or whatever else comes to mind, and about once a week she asks for money to “help” somebody else out. The Galacticans must sure be cheap if they themselves can’t help ‘ol Jennifer out with the phone bill!

From this relatively simple scam comes the more complex stuff. Dove and other scam artists will from time-to-time either offer themselves or direct their listeners to their shills who continue to sell units in one or another of the “Prosperity Programs”. Believe-it-or-not, people actually send money to these idiots to buy units in programs that have proven to be totally fraudulent, and where the original promoters (such as Omega’s Clyde Hood) are serving long prison terms. Ah, the stupid and their money shall soon be parted . . .

Some of Dove’s function is just to keep the scam victims quiet and thinking that eventually they will receive their money. Before Clyde and the other Omega fraudsters were indicted, Dove was strident in remarks aimed at keeping the sheep in line for sheering. Although we’re not sure, Dove’s voice seems eerily familiar to that of “Mumbles”, who ran a scam called Destiny that was supposed to “fund” at the same time as Omega. People actually sent “Mumbles” $100 bills wrapped in aluminum, without getting receipts, and then listened to bizarre messages predicting imminent funding on a voice machine traced to Texas. Again, the stupid and their money are soon parted . . .

This scam also has, in addition to the weird New Age aspects, an extremist left-wing bent. Hardly a week goes by that Dove doesn’t call for or predict the arrest of Bush, Cheney, et al., and at times Dove’s messages have seemed to be an open invitation for some nut to take unilateral action and attempt to assassinate them so that the “Prosperity Programs” can finally fund.

One of our Quatloos! readers recently sent an e-mail to Dove crony “Patrick Bellringer” and received the following reply:

I am a newcomer to Nesara and I am very happy to know that it may soon become a reality. However, as I have read many of the articles and thought about many aspects of the law and its implementation, I have a few questions. Perhaps you can answer some of them.

1. Since this is apparently so secret, how is it that you seems to have so much access to what is going on?

1) KOS (King of Swords) The White Knight in charge of all White Knights communicates truth to select individuals for release to the public. A few other "insiders" are doing the same.

2. If higher souls and masters, such as St. Germain and Sananda are helping run things, why push for it to perhaps be announced before things are ready?

2) Admiral Sananda, who is in charge of Earth Shan's transition, gave the order weeks ago to the White Knights to announce NESARA. Things are ready!

3. I do find it difficult to believe that so many people could keep this thing a secret. Washington is particularly not noted for keeping secrets.

3) Secrecy under threat of death. Some have broken their silence and are now deaded!

4. I am in retailing and when I look at the people I deal with every day, when I think of Nesara being passed, I see chaos and confusion. When people are told that their dollars have decreased in number( but not value), that prices are being cut and they no longer will have taxes withheld,they are going to have more to deal with than many of them are capable of handling. Add to that that the administration and congress will resign and I can see riots and paranoia being rampant.

4) When prices and salaries are reduced by the same ratio--buying power remains the same. People are not ignorant. They will be relieved to have no debt, no income tax, and no evil government. Where are you at? Things will move forward in an orderly fashion. We White Knights are not stupid!

5. Dove talks about these prosperity programs. Was one of them the Omega Trust? I came across a reference to it somewhere and there was a person named Dove apparently involved in that. Where can I find more info on these programs?

5) Why do you want to know about Omega? It is closed to new people and held confidential. You will have your opportunity to participate in a prosperity program---later.

6. I love many of the ideas that Nesara puts forth, but one of the things I keep hearing in many of the articles is When do I get MY money? It seems that many of the current have-nots want to become "haves". If this is the motivation, I predict disaster for the whole thing.

6) People are anxious to get their funds to get on with their lives and their humanitarian projects. I have waited ten years, and I am angry. Those with greed will get nothing.

7. I e-mailed one of the national radio websites about Nesara and they said they had not found any documentation that it was real. The 10 ways Dove lists to prove that Nesara is real (http://www.fourwinds10.com/ NESARA/ history/ dove101702.html) are a joke as far as I'm concerned. How many people do you know that are bank presidents or member of the German legislature?

7) If you think that Dove's list of 10 ways to prove NESARA is a joke---then I consider you to be most ignorant and quite lazy. With that attitude you deserve no part of NESARA. It is obvious that you have had no part in it, thus far.

As funny as all this is, what is even funnier is that Dove and Jennifer constantly imploring their listeners to send postcards to the U.S. Supreme Court demanding announcement of the “True NESARA Law”, and to write “NESARA Now!” when you send in your utility bills, postcards for magazine subscriptions, etc. We can only image the poor mail room clerk at Pacific Bell getting a bunch of phone bills with “NESARA Now!” written on them and wondering just what in the hell NESARA is . . .

The extreme left-wing agenda of Dove seems strangely similar to that of the "Communist Party USA" found at http://www.cpusa.org/ It will be recalled that "debt forgiveness" was a common theme of both Lenin's and Castro's communist takeovers. It certainly wouldn't surprise us if later Dove is found to be fronting for some fringe communist or socialist party.

We continue to be pelted by people wanting us to clarify our positions against outrageous and impracticable claims continually being made by a person calling herself (or himself) Dove of Oneness.

Frankly, the time has arrived for all of you out there to recognize these false claims and stop hanging around that electronic front porch for information. If people can’t find creditable evidence on their own, there is little reason to believe incredible statements made by others! Dove never reveals her sources, validates her theories, cloaks everything in mystery, and that should provide sufficient evidence of her shenanigans. Her pen name and delusions about White Knights should be a clue that something is amiss. Those people who cling to her every word demonstrate that P.T. Barnum was correct.

The recent messages issued by Dove claiming that the gut-wrenching and mind-numbing calamities of September 11 are the direct result of back door dealings associated with NESARA are pure idiocy. Such stories would be humorous if the tragedies of Tuesday had not happened. We find all such rumor-mongering to be despicable, and the nature of the latest messages is mindlessness at its worst.

We refuse to believe that any person would believe such nonsense, but apparently some people do. To believe that the events of Tuesday were the result of stopping NESARA far exceeds the limits of common sense, especially when the bill has yet to find a sponsor and receive a number, let alone to have been introduced into committee or being discussed on the floor. We iterate one more time: to verify the status of the bill check our Status of the Bill web page. If you do not believe us then check the Thomas locator registry. If those avenues are insufficient to satisfy conspiratorial inclinations, then use the phone and contact representatives. Validating the status of the bill is rather easy, unless a person is void of all common sense. Apparently people who encourage idiotic rumors are people who lack common sense and we must also wonder about those people who follow such rumors.

We have considered the possibility that these idiotic rumors are attempts to discredit NESARA. People who forward such messages certainly discredit NESARA. We also have considered that people who initiate such mindless rumors are nothing but con artists, preying upon people for a simple buck. We feel sorry for any person who has invested hard-earned funds with such con artists because history teaches that you will never again see your money. Sadly, we don’t know with whom we should be more dismayed, the originators of these rumors or those people who believe the nonsense.

Right now our hearts and minds are focused upon what happened September 11. Much healing is needed in this land and that is where our attentions should be. We are experiencing the same pain and agony as everybody else across the land. Spreading idiotic rumors is a prime indication of complete shallowness and of somebody not dealing with a full deck of cards.

People who satisfy their own pitiful egos by using NESARA and the tragedies of September 11 are sick. Lawfully and legally everyone has the right to voice their opinions but some people are obviously immoral and unethical. Despicable seems too weak a word.

We firmly embrace the right to free speech. However, that right also embraces the right to not listen to or read the trash. We would rather not hear any more of this nonsense.

There are some popular rumors we want to dispel.

Firstly, many people who write to us seem to believe that secret sessions are in place, or that NESARA is actually law but (strangely) not made public. We can only respond by saying, no, no such thing. The legislative process is rather cut and dry, set in stone if you will, and a couple of mouse clicks to the Thomas locator registry (http://thomas.loc.gov) will dispel such rumors. Furthermore, our status page is updated weekly and, if anybody knows the status of the bill, we expect that we will.

Secondly, many people who write to us seem to believe we are somehow connected with various financial schemes. At least some people are representing or claiming such an idea. We cannot vouch for the validity of those schemes, nor do we care to investigate. Get-rich schemes probably have existed since the beginning of recorded history, and although many schemes are legitimate, some are not. We can only caution that each of you do your homework before investing hard-earned funds into any venture. We suggest you do the same with NESARA. You should not take our word that NESARA is a good thing for America, or the word of so-called experts. Read the bill for yourself and make up your own mind.

Thirdly, we remind people that NESARA is not a debt forgiveness program. NESARA changes the banking laws and introduces new banking loan equations. Under the new equations and laws, existing secured debts are recalculated and some people will find themselves debt free, but nobody will get less than they bargained for. There is no forgiveness of loans, only recalculations. We ask you to study our FAQs as we thoroughly explain this fallacy. We also ask you to download our spreadsheets so you can visualize how the new laws and equations affect your personal debt situation.

However, we do offer our word that we are not affiliated—at all—with any investment venture or scheme. Whether or not NESARA seems to fulfill certain gurus’ claims or even if NESARA appears to fulfill certain prophecies, we can only state that such connections are coincidence only. The authors of the NESARA web site have presented NESARA to the world as a pure grass roots effort. There never has been any connection with the authors’ efforts and the efforts of financial gurus or investment ventures.

We addressed similar rumors back in October of 2000. Sadly some of these rumors have circulated for several years, long before the bill was posted to the web.

We really do not know how to dispel such rumors other than refute them, but you can help by not forwarding the rumors to others. Although our effort to date is a labor of love, the rumors are frustrating for us and responding to such queries does indeed consume some of our time. We hope that this particular message will serve notice that there are no connections and that you would work to quash those rumors.

We do not wish to make a big deal out of this, nor do we wish to discourage your enthusiasm, but rumors do not help the cause. As many of you have discovered, legislators do not like working with fringe elements or “nuts,” and when legislators are confronted with rumors, that is exactly what they think and they become callused to the true cause that might lie underneath.

We understand how the rumors possibly start. NESARA is written with a fundamental understanding of basic natural rights. Unlike most legislation that is highly partisan and slanted toward special interests, NESARA was written so that all parties are winners. NESARA is truly a bill that benefits all people, not just a chosen few. Therefore, just about anybody can “lay claim” to the bill. Although we dislike the rumors, observing that so many people have attempted to connect themselves with the bill is indicative that many people, deep in their hearts, understand the fundamentals of natural law and free markets. Because of those cornerstones, many people are attracted to NESARA. NESARA creates a win-win situation, and so the rumors start flowing.

Perhaps the only people who might think they do not win are the legislators and moneyed elite. That should surprise absolutely nobody. NESARA reforms the banking laws, greatly discourages Congress from trying to create money out of thin air, and eliminates government intrusion into our lives by swapping a sales tax for the much hated tyrannical income tax. All the more reason to pressure legislators and to encourage upcoming candidates.

We are always available to answer questions and to sit with qualified people to explain the details of the bill. NESARA can be deceptively simple, yet the long-term implications of NESARA are not so simple. Therefore, we urge you to contact legislators and urge those legislators to contact us. We urge you to place in their hands a printed copy of our PDF version of the bill. Most of us can afford to send a 2-to-3 day priority package to their legislators. We also urge you to contact upcoming 2002 candidates. Provide them with a copy of the bill. Urge those new candidates to contact us. NESARA provides a powerful tool to the 2002 challengers of the incumbents.

If your legislators refuse to support NESARA, then we urge you to respond in a rather simple but dramatic manner. Ask those legislators, “Then why do I need you?” Be blunt. Politics is often a slow game, but bluntness and loss of support seems to get legislators’ attention. We are talking about nothing less than your future and the future of your children. Somewhat unbelievably, only a few dozen phone calls to each legislator with “Then why do I need you?” will shake the tunnels and halls of Congress. Sometimes bluntness pays—and is much easier than trying to validate rumors.

Real NESARA website dispels rumors
about secret passage and debt forgiveness

We’ve decided to respond to the various rumors regarding the enactment of NESARA into law. After some late night surfing of the internet, and a couple of responses from some kind souls, we think we now understand the confusion.
The confusion probably arises from some of the terms used in a rumor (we dislike the word but nothing else fits) circulating for several years using identical or similar terms used in NESARA. We make no attempt to substantiate the rumor, but we see a thin possibility that NESARA and the rumored bill could be vaguely connected. The rumor apparently circulated strongly only within the past decade and we must remember that NESARA was originally introduced to Congress in the early 1990s. Although we are not looking for connections, we see the possibility.

We saw a similar message being routed around the internet several months ago and did not make the connection until reading the previous information. The message that circulated about two months ago can be read at http://www.syninfo.com/ian/PRIVATE/2000/08/06/2000080620193454.html.

Interesting information, but the best we can offer is that NESARA was developed independently of any “outside” help. The bill was written based upon system theory analysis and years of study and research. In other words, engineering analytical tools were used to develop new equations and to study the root causes of social problems, then translated into corrective legislation.

In the hopes of quashing future rumors of this sort, let us offer to you some things to think about.

The rumored bill was supposedly passed in secret. That means 435 representatives and 100 senators, thousands of aides and tunnel rats, a president, a vice-president, a secretary of state, a secretary of the treasury, the director of the federal register, etc., all have kept the secret. We must also think that this bill was introduced to a secret nightly session of Congress and that every single media person was sound asleep. If you believe any of that you might also want to start looking for ocean front property in Nebraska.

Second, there is no record of any such bill appearing in the Thomas registry.

We also note there are some keywords used throughout the rumor that seem designed to excite and capture the attention of so-called patriots. Words and phrases like abolishing the IRS, abolishing the Federal Reserve System, restoring the Constitution, and the New World Order. Such verbiage should be a clue that something might be fishy.

Then there is the issue of removing citizens from admiralty and statutory law. That statement in itself should be clue to knowledgeable individuals that the rumor is just that—a rumor. These terms are hot words among “patriots.” The problem today is not admiralty or statutory law, but a gross negligence on the part of many people, in their failing to understand the nature and cause of most actions at law. Courts today merely respond within the capacity required by the pleaded action. People no longer need to physically visit the “correct” court, but instead visit any court (within appropriate jurisdiction and venue) and, depending upon the action pleaded, the court responds accordingly wearing the appropriate hat. Today, all actions begin as civil actions, but few individuals ever demand to know the nature and cause of the action. Is the action one of equity or law? Few ever ask, and then assume they have been railroaded because they do not understand the basic rules. The problem is not admiralty or statutory courts, but gross negligence of the respondents.

Another clue that something might be awry is the supposed new Treasury Notes will be backed 100% by precious metals. After many decades of not using commodities as currency, most students of monetary policy understand that a return to currency based exclusively upon commodity metals would be incredibly difficult. Murray Rothbard was fond of this idea, and wrote that a re-evaluation of gold would establish the price at somewhere around $1,217 (FRNs) per ounce. At such valuations, the reciprocal is 1/1,217 of an ounce of gold representing $1. A fifty cent piece would contain 1/2,434 of an ounce of gold. A dime would contain 1/12,170 of an ounce of gold. At such valuations, how small of a coin do you think would be needed to represent $1? Even if base metals (copper and nickel) were used to provide the substance of most of the coin, how would ordinary people verify that the new coin contained the appropriate amount of gold? We don’t know about you, but we think, “Not feasible, period.”

To those who have studied the NESARA proposal, you should know that NESARA does not create an exclusive “metals-backed” currency. Instead, NESARA re-establishes gold and silver coin as an alternative currency while converting Federal Reserve Notes into the new Treasury credit-notes. The exchange of FRNs for credit-notes will be one-for-one, not ten-for-one as the rumor states.

Unlike the rumored bill, students of NESARA will notice that no price or wage adjustments need ever be made.

There are other similarities in that the rumored bill claims some mortgages will be forgiven. Though NESARA eliminates much public and private debt, nowhere does NESARA forgive debt. Instead, all current secured bank loans made on a fractional reserve basis are recalculated according to the new law. Banks still make a profit on those loans, but for many borrowers, those debts will be recalculated as paid in full. This is not the same as forgiving a loan.

Even if the rumored information regarding counterfeit bonds is true, NESARA would render the entire discussion moot because NESARA requires all banks to exchange all government bonds for newly created Treasury credit-notes. Under NESARA, banks will not be allowed to use as reserves anything but the new credit-notes. Banks will be prevented from directly buying and holding government debt. Banks could still buy commercial paper that might indirectly hold government debt (mutual funds, for example), but nonetheless cannot use that paper as reserves. Therefore, under NESARA, banks cannot default because of using counterfeit bonds as reserves.

Lastly, we must add some sobriety to this story. Many people wrongly believe that one day the “money powers” will pull the rug and collapse the entire economic systems around the world. Any reasonable student of history, and banking in particular, should know that the last thing the so-called money powers would want is a collapse of the system. Debt-based businesses, especially when using compound interest, provide tremendous profit to those who live on the lending side of the fence. There is no way your average, live down the street, banker would ever want to see a collapse. Bankers have no desire to own tractors, cars, houses, etc., they are primarily interested in profits made from loans to others. In short, if anything, the so-called money powers will do everything they can to preserve the current system based upon compound interest. They learned their lessons well during the Great Depression and have no intention of making the same mistakes again.

Nonetheless, NESARA resolves many of these problems. NESARA provides for a sound currency; abolishes the diabolical income tax; replaces the income tax with a more fairer, equitable, and uniform national sales tax; respects fundamental rights by not taxing the necessities of life; reforms the banking laws so both borrowers and lenders come out ahead, eliminates an unknown but certainly significant amount of private debt; eliminates at least $1 trillion of public debt; and is designed to control currency inflation. Under NESARA, the purchasing power of the national currency will remain stable for generations to come, a highly desirable moral consequence.

We accept the misunderstanding arising from confusing NESARA with the current circulating rumor but strongly suspect the coincidence is purely happenstance.

Let us get back to solving the monetary and fiscal challenges before us, shall we!

Darla, I appreciate your point of view but what I fail to understand about NESARA is the underlying premise that our society needs to shift from one monetary-based system/construct to another... why on Earth would we need to do that?

Don't we already have sufficient resources on this planet to provide all beings who live here with everything they require to live their lives in abundance and in harmony with the environment?

This certainly doesn't sound like the catalyst for a shift from 3D to 5D, but rather a shift from 3D to 4D where from my understanding clandestine social structures and hierarchy's still exist.

I could be wrong but it seems to me that NESARA will likely do very little change our current situation... if anything it will probably only serve to change the existing power structure from one elitist group to another.

D-Day I could not agree with you more! We need no monetary system and I did not mean to defend any such thing. It is the idea of it that is meeting deaf ears. Nesara would share the wealth and it looks like no one wants that. We know the dark is totally against sharing anything with us ~ lost as they are in greed.

Even with Nesare (should it come about), we are far from going back to our original Master Design where we shared everything freely and no one lived in scarcity or want. We have to have a beginning point somewhere and I am not even saying Nesara is it. People can't place too much faith in anything that involves some system so closely as this one does to the old ways of valuing things. At least this isn't based on thin air and debt ratios. People and lives were completely left out of that old debt equation in the past and had no true value.

Thanks for joining in this discussion. I think the point is that many if not most of those in this world would gladly accept this "deal" at face value. The problem is things don't stay at face value. I understand your pov and not liking the old religious paradigm of serve one or serve the other agenda. I personally can see where the Nesara compact would fit in with prophecy and herald in a New World Order with a false prophet and false Messiah setting up shop and the world worshipping him and serving him. He'd be all things to all people. His word would be law and any who went against it would be destroyed. First I want to thank all of you for the detailed documentation on the subject of Nesara pro's and con's. I have been following this since 2007 and I have some questions. Viking, you gave such a clear and accurate account of when this all started and that was so important to me as I now had missing links filled in. It takes a lot of time and dedication for anyone here who spends this much time trying to get the facts out on any given subject; when I say facts I mean the facts as they believe are true, and there seems to be much documention to your post Viking.

What I find hard to believe is that if the military come to the White House and forced cloned Clinton to sign Nesare into law 10/10/2000, how is it that only 2 men, Big George Bush and sonny are able to stop the money transfer to be delivered, which I think you say goes on 24/7?? How is this done by only 2 men who are not in office?

D-Day, you also have posted a considerable amount of anti-NESARA documentation, and that also took time and research also. It seems you are asking someone to help clarify the truth for you. When I heard of Nesara from a friend I must say it all seemed like some time of Nirvana for everyone and felt this cannot be accomplished with the state of affairs in the US at this time, and yet it spoke to the idealistic side of my nature very strongly. So I have a problem as to why this money is being held up by 2 men when military force was put on Bill Clinton in office to sign this bill into law. Also, it clears up why Congress/senators/ and the media are broadcasting lies and in fact do know about this. These hypocrites are making big bucks acting as though they care for what is happening with our wars, seniors, loss of jobs etc,when they are insured job security by playing the game. Also if only 7 signed, that is the estimation I always had about how many in congress and senate were truly there for the people and the Constitution.

I think this is the most valuable posting I have seen, for myself I mean. I think each one of us has our own inner guidance and has to learn to listen for it and act on it when they know what the inner guidance sounds like for them. I am in that boat now. I do also feel as you say Darla that we were meant to be free and serve one another with our gifts/talents and all have our needs met without any kind of monetary system, so I also value your input.

I guess I will need to wait for more clarification for myself or continue to pay attention to whatever news comes to me via the board now since I do not watch cable or mainstream news any longer. Thank you all for you work, time and for the kind of respectful discussions that can be brought up here. I believe in raising my Consciousness each day in whatever way I can I know most people are here for the same purpose.. Many of us pretty much know what is going on. If it were not for the question of howcome the 2 Bushes are stopping daily the delivery of this money, I would be on the side of Viking's report. Thank you sooooo much for this informative, enlightening and well documented video. It is just what I needed. I know I cannot send it to many of my mind set however, as they believe Obama is from the Pleades and is simply going along with TPTB because of fear for his family. They do feel help is on the way, which is true, but not that Obama is in any way complicent in the way this video depicts. However, I had my doubts the day he went along with the bailout in Sept. 08, then proceeded to implement all questionable insiders on his cabinet, including Hillary, etc. I simply have watched him fail all his promises, cave in to health care making it more difficult for seniors and so many others things. I cannot even watch him anymore because even before seeing this video, I figured out he is just one of them.

You don't need a slide rule, a set of log tables or a high frequency trading algorithm to see the light. Everyone on Main Street now knows that the Western cabal's fixation with fiat-paper capitalism is a busted flush. Debt does not work as the basis of a global financial system.

Behind the scenes, all the indications are that universal debt forgiveness is set to be announced. A global debt jubilee is waiting in the wings. The Doctrine of Odious Debts has been spectacularly revisited. The default position of the global financial system is to be permanently reset. The vaults are stocked. The precious metals are audited. The new gold-backed regional currencies are printed, minted and ready.

The most recent catalyst for change has been Iraq. Before the Western cabal's US-UK war of occupation and plunder began in Iraq in March 2003, Iraqi exiles expressed the hope that in a post-Saddam democratic Iraq, there would be a fair and equitable disposition of Saddam's debts.

These Iraqis wanted the future administration of Iraq and the international community to review the debts accumulated under Saddam's régime. Those loans which had been used for benign purposes should be restructured and paid back by Iraq over a prudent time period. Those loans which were used for objectionable purposes and which did nothing to enhance the well-being or prosperity of the Iraqi population at large, should be struck off the record immediately and completely.

This illustrates one of the core principles of debt forgiveness. Why should Iraqis be forced to repay the US, the British, the French, the Germans, the Russians, and all the others who had financially supported Saddam's oppression of them?

The Iraqi argument for debt forgiveness had a sound basis in law. It reflects the century-old legal principle of the Doctrine of Odious Debts.

The Doctrine of Odious Debts was created to further international finance by limiting the ability of governments to repudiate debts. Three conditions had to apply before a sovereign state could repudiate a debt:

(1) The debt must have been incurred without the informed consent of the citizenry of the state.

(2) The debt must not have benefitted the citizenry of the state.

(3) The lender must have been aware of conditions (1) and (2) at the time that the loan papers were signed.

The United States employed these principles after the Spanish-American War to repudiate the Cuban debts.

If a despotic power incurs a debt which is manifestly not for the needs of the State, or not in the plain interest of the State, but is a debt incurred solely to strengthen the position of the despotic cabal as a self-serving faction within that State, the debt is odious. The debt is not an obligation for the nation; it is a cabal debt, a personal debt of the cabal which incurred it. And the debt falls with the fall of the cabal.

The Doctrine of Odious Debts not only promotes accountability, it promotes democracy in the debtor state as, one by one, the nature of the inherited debts are articulated in a public legislature.

The Doctrine of Odious Debts also promotes democracy in creditor states. In Canada and most European nations, the lending of state enterprises is generally hidden from taxpayers. Canada's export credit agency, Export Development Canada, for example, is exempt from Canada's Access to Information law.

In the case of Iraq, state agencies from France, Germany and Russia may have made questionable loans. Under an odious debt process, they would need to establish that they acted with due diligence to be entitled to repayment. Knowing this, they would be less likely to make questionable loans in the future.

Debt forgiveness and the Doctrine of Odious Debts also applies to individuals. The same principles have legal traction on loans or structured financial inducements made by financial institutions such as banks, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, stock-trading entities, energy conglomerates and pharmaceutical firms.

If the intention of the financial transaction tied to the loan, or tied to the financial inducement, is extortion, if it is, in effect, an élite scheme to bamboozle the borrower with small print or to blind him with science, that loan or inducement, should be struck off the record immediately and completely. The debt was not incurred with the informed consent of the borrower. The debt did not benefit the borrower. And the lender was well aware of these facts when the loan papers were signed.

Universal debt forgiveness is on the way as an essential precursor to the planet's new gold-backed financial system. It has deep historical roots and powerful support in natural law. This imminent global debt jubilee is organically related to the disbursement of The World Global Settlement Funds, to the long-planned public NESARA announcements, and to the opening of Pandora's Suitcase.

What is NESARA Law?

Late one evening on March 9, 2000, a written quorum call was
hand-delivered by Delta Force and Navy SEALs to 15 members of the US Senate and the US
House who were sponsors and co-sponsors of NESARA. They were immediately
escorted by the Delta Force and Navy SEALs to their respective voting
chambers where they passed the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. It
was signed into Law on October 10, 2000 by Bill Clinton. It has been kept

107th Congress to pass resolutions approving‘ NESARA. This took place on
September 9, 2001, eighteen months after NESARA became law. On September 10,

Daylight Time, Alan Greenspan was scheduled to announce the new US

the IRS as the first part of the public announcements of NESARA.
Just before the announcement at 9 am, Bush Sr. ordered the demolition of
the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers to stop the international banking
computers on Floors 1and 2 in the North Tower from initiating the new U.S.
Treasury Bank system. Explosives in the World Trade Center were planted by

3. Abolishes the IRS. Employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US
Treasury national sales tax area.

5. Increases benefits to senior citizens.
6. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters.

9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special

and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States
initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.
11. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel
property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.
12. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with
Constitutional Law
13. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period
the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S.
treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the
money supply.
14. Restores financial privacy.
15. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.
16. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide.
17. Establishes peace throughout the world.

Are we really this close to the last days? People have been saying it for hundreds of years. The early disciples thought they would see Jesus return in their lifetimes. In the past decade there have been so many writings that even make you wonder if Jesus ever existed and was not some construct that has played out many times with the story of virgin birth, 12 disciples, betrayed, crucified, died, resurrected and coming again. Remember we have been told many things, and ultimately very few seekers can ever deny they were not offered the truth, one way or the other. My own struggles with the bible stem from inequities found within it's pages that speak of some writings that are done to satisfy societal norms of those days. Slavery was allowed by God, selling your daughter to her rapist was allowed, all the mass killing down to the women, children, and animals of a people. How can my loving God allow slavery? How can my loving God allow a father to just sell his daughter to her rapist? Where is her will even discussed? Oh that's right women are not worth much it seems in the bible except for rare events and stories, it's all about what the men decide. Why would a loving God even allow a deceiver amongst his people from the getgo unless their was a higher purpose to cull the heard. I do believe in my heart from my own experiences that Jesus / Yeshua was / is real. I do believe in prophecy. I just struggle with some aspects of the Old Testament.

What happens in the next few days may be the most important events in the history of mankind.

Falcone is using the same strategy now as he did when Romney was a Vice Presidential candidate for John McCain. Just when he is most vulnerable and a likely candidate, Falcone will share the incriminating evidence and have Romney removed. While pressures and roadblocks will be imposed to delay investigations, once this gets into the hands of the opposition MP’s, Unions and media, exposure will create a Tsunami of redress consequences. It will blow the lid off in a fire storm of retribution. There are possibly Trillions in withholding Taxes which have been avoided, and will face enforced collection by the Revenue Commissioners in London once appraised. The UK’s own Fiscal dilemmas can be resolved by simple Tax enforcement and conspiring Bankers being brought to justice. Murdoch’s own media interests will be well served to expose this as Political dynamite but that has a lot to do with what the Bildeberg’s direct him to do. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York has no idea of the extent of their files being held, corruption activities becoming known and being systematically tracked. As this is exposed to the European Union and British media, IT’S GAME OVER! Watergate will look like a Kindergarten birthday party.

According to Dr. Joseph M. Price in a letter responding to James Fallows' Atlantic article about Bush's faltering speech in the last 10 years the only explanation is "presenile dementia." Bush used to be perfectly articulate just 10 years ago... now, not so much.


Presentile dementia is best described to nonmedical persons as a fairly typical Alzheimer's situation that develops significantly earlier in life, well before what is usally considered old age. It runs about the same course as typical senile dementias, such as classical Alzheimer's -- to incapacitation and, eventually, death, as with President Ronald Reagan, but at a relatively earlier age, President Bush's "mangled" words are a demonstration of what physicians call "confabulation," and are almost specific to the diagnosis of a true dementia. Bush should immediately be given the advantage of a considered professional diagnosis, and started on drugs that offer the possibility of retarding the slow but inexorable course of the disease.
