In my opinion,this is just the very beginning. Wait until people start committing crime just to get "four hots and a cot".

Our big problems will surround the idea of getting the message out correctly when some form of a 'planned prophet' arrives to 'save the day'.

What I means is that yes, I agree it will get much worse before it gets better. When the greasing is evident enough and good enough, then a specific plan with multiple potential outcomes will be launched.

Watch for anything that satisfies multiple conditions in a single move or single action.

That's the 'orchestrated moment'. It always looks the same, it always has multiple agendas satisfied in the single act.

in California the Homeless realized that for a $1 hand rolled cigarette they get 3 days R&R with a bed, meals and peace and quiet...

It cost the state $150 a day for each inmate, so Schwarzenegger made an unexpected move, he dropped the penalty down to an infraction no longer a lock up offense. Crime now that cops are no longer chasing school kids has dropped because attention is focused on important serious crimes.

5000 less arrests are happening now each day...
