Rochester Police Arrest Woman in Her Front Lawn For Filming Traffic Stop

"On May 12th, A Rochester woman was arrested for taping a traffic stop in front of her 19th Ward Home. She was standing in front of her house with a hand held recording device when the arrest happened. Officer Mario Masic, Rochester Police Department, executed the illegal arrest.

Inappropriate touching is illegal the way the cop was feeling the guy's junk. This cop will look pretty foolish in court. What a jerk! And he was being a thug violating the woman's rights. If he's frightened so easily, then he shouldn't be a cop to begin with....
Soon the law will have to be changed back to where taxpaying citizens CAN take videos of cops performing their jobs as part of performance evaluation. I'd fire this poop head.
