Inventor invents a human teleportation system after he experienced himself being accidentally teleported 100meters past a bustop.

If anyone has any lingering doubts about the veracity of accounts concerning "jump rooms" etc. linking Earth and Mars, now might be a good time to voice them.

The patent was filed in 2004. If it's viable, why has it not been built and demonstrated?

each year that goes by, the black projects jump 44 years. they are thousands of years ahead of what we are allowed to know. they did it with a battleship, why not a person.

My wife made a quick notice on the inventor; "A St-Clair", she said.
A quick look at John St-Clair reveals a very intriguing man. Maybe an interview?
This man has more than just an application for teleportation patent, also he has a "remote viewing amplifier" http://www.rexresearch.com/stclair/06072.htm and a "walking through walls training system" http://www.rexresearch.com/stclair/060014.htm and http://www.ipwatchdog.com/patents/US_20060014125.pdf
Here is an article about it, very interesting. http://www.datelinezero.com/2010/08/14/the-strange-case-of-john-st-clairs-%E2%80%9Cfull-body-teleportation-system%E2%80%9D-and-the-grays/
Personally, I would make more research before jumping into conclusion. These are applications, no patent was granted from the office.
On the other hand, have a look on this! :) http://www.ufohowto.com/Magnetic%20vortex%20wormhole%20generator.pdf
John St-Clair, from San Juan (St-John). :)

The only thing I will add in support of this is that the U.S. Patent office doesn't grant patents on a whim, and filing a patent is, in itself a time-consuming and costly process.
As for why it hasn't been put into mainstream production yet, perhaps national security has something to do with it? Just imagine the possibility of a hostile invasion force materializing inside the White House for example!

Interesting looking at the method of claim 1 on the patent application.
"2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating the pulsed gravitational wave comprises: using two granite stone obelisks; mounting monochromatic-wave toroidal waveguides on top of each obelisk to create a rotating, twisting, propagating gravitational wave through the vertical axis of each obelisk; and creating a cylindrical compression and expansion in each obelisk to produce a plane gravitational wave traveling down the centerline between the two obelisks. "
Ever wondered why the Egyptians were so keen on using granite and more importantly why they built obelisks............ has someone found the hall of records in Egypt and not told anyone I wonder......

I even wonder how come we have access to it. Something fishy maybe?

This appears to be folly. It is an abandoned patent application. That means the inventor did not respond to inquiries from the patent office. The inventor is also the author of the patent so he did not pay an attorney to write or file the patent. That means the cost is minimal. Please see:

If it involves manipulation of time;space perhaps it is not new.

Filing for a patent, ie a provisional application, that is easy.
One important thing, is that it gets the given thing/item/etc.... into 'the record' for all to see. Filing internationally is even more fun, it really spreads the idea around.
It is an inexpensive way to put innovation 'for all' on the record... for everyone to see, and costs next to nothing.
There are no laws against and no financial or legal penalties for filing for a patent -- and then abandoning a patent application.

Think about all the implications apart from the technical advancement ...
This is one of the things TPTB would want you to know as very last ... implications are big !
1. Obviously they can't control the whereabouts of all the people
2. But more importantly money would become obsolete instantly !
If you could pop in and out of a supermarket take anything you like and disappear, do not even bother if they are 'open' or 'closed',
that would end all trade and commerce wouldn't it. Or do not even bother of locking your door ... etc.
And what's more scary you could explode a nuke anywhere you like without any detection !
So it's clear that this technology would have high implications and should NOT be available to civilizations that are still unethical
and absolutely insufficient spiritual advanced.
It's mind blowing to know that it's now in the hands of those who are the least appropriate to guard it.

I was just reading Kozyrev's seminal (with regard to public access) publication on 'time'. In it, he suppositionally illustrates that time and reality are 'physical' manifestations.
This immediately brings one to the point that is in all the ancient literature with regard to manipulation of time, space, dimensions, etc.
And that is..... the point that: physical objects of the right material (molecularly speaking, primarily piezoelectric and alloys/crystal, etc.. which granite and the pyramids are made of) can and will exhibit flow changes or coupling, gating, lensing, shaping, polarizing..etc of the aetheric or temporal flow of 'reality' systems.
He goes on to show how he created experiments based on those premise... and how the experiments worked and supported the theoretical hypothesis.
The turnabout on all this, is that proper design and execution of such thing does not require supercomputers or high technology, as the average person expects it to appear as.
The point is that with good observational tactics and clear headed thinking on such observation of the given reality system..what appears to be 'highly advanced' technologies are actually designed around mechanical coupling and resonance systems. Easy.

Is not the human brain designed to do all these things?
