It sure doesn't look like debris to me either, One. But it's anyone's guess if they're alien or black ops....

Great video! Yes, you have to wonder. My Father, who worked for NorthAmerican Aviation, Rockwell, McDonnel Douglas and Boeing, told me 30 years ago, that we were 30 years ahead of mainstream science. Since then I have heard 100 and recently over 1000 years beyond mainstream science!! Considering the rate of public scientific advancement, this really does become an issue for those of us interested in finding out about ETs. Generally I go by the crafts' ability to move in ways that are far beyond what we consider normal. To get a real perspective on this one needs to see a modern aircraft do it's stuff. A couple of years ago I went to a local air show because the F22 was going to be flying - plus it was the largest gathering of Mustangs since WWII - and I was absolutely amazed at the manuevers that plane is capable of. The most important thing I learned was that the F22 is still a very loud aircraft and that is the dead give away that it's ours, however, there is a lot of time and money spent on making our aircraft quieter. The B2 for example, is very difficult to hear until it is literally right on top of you or past you so that you are on the engine exhaust side of the aircraft.
As for objects like the ones in this video, some of that looked like hunks of metal from a booster that had begun to dissintegrate but, most of them looked like craft of some sort. Until we can get an insider to come out and speak publicly about specific craft we will have to leave this question open. The one thing that I think remains true is that we still do not have the ability to make really large craft. For instance the crafts in the tether video, I think, are one of two things - ET craft or actual ET beings. Either way they are far too large to be anything from black ops. At least that's my sense of what is going on.
