Sometimes stuck me yesterday. My wife and I are selling the house and moving to somewhere that may be more practical. We want to move anyway. Nobody knows the power of what might come in the near future.

Having a very fertile imagination I see the future (if one survives) as needing small workable communities. It suddenly stuck me that I was going to put all my energy into working with a group of people I have not met yet.

The problem with that is to explain to them what has gone on, a getting them get their ancient skills up to speed, because there will be no calvary coming.

But what is some Avalonians got together?

Plan A. To move home in ones own country, but that takes time.
Plan B. To take a long sabbatical somewhere in the world that might be suitable, for a year. Somewhere where there are natural resources. If nothing happens, simply return home.

I welcome a plan C.

I am where you are. Would like to move to tropics but can't get family buy-in. So stuck here and will relocate to country which I wanted to do anyway. A while ago I saw a website that wanted you to buy land in a commune and then sign an agreement that this random woman would be your leader, spiritual and otherwise! Maybe that's a Plan C.

Funny you should mention the above i dreamed something very similar. We lived in small communities and you had people in charge and you would meet up for meetings every now and then and everybody had a job to do. There was no money, no weapons, no TVs. It was peaceful actually it was beautiful

Funny you should mention the above i dreamed something very similar. We lived in small communities and you had people in charge and you would meet up for meetings every now and then and everybody had a job to do. There was no money, no weapons, no TVs. It was peaceful actually it was beautiful

A bit off topic but ... in a society that people are living with the rest of their society and not against them like now. Each will have their occupation (not slave work). We all have likes and dislikes but we select jobs that make us money not make us happy. Alex Collier said that in Andromedian society all kids are tough everything and everyone has what he needs to have a very good life. When the kids graduate and select their occupation area then they provide freely (as they got till then) their expertise to their society. Thus a never ending circle of giving love to the new generation.

Personally i would be too ashamed to even think about ****ing the previous generation and my only goal would be to be better at what i love to do. Ofc you will say this is utopia but its not. Its how we see ourselves in a society and how we teach our kids to live in this society that will create "that utopia".

Something last... i am sure some will say you cant produce like this enough materials cause not many will for example make shoes for all the rest. Well 2 things ... 1st This is why we have machines to do the labor for us and not to remove us cause its cheaper for the owners... 2nd When you make a shoe you make it out of the best materials and make it last for as long as possible, not like now cheapest materials and fastest to break. With the 2 above you can reduce consumption and ofc materials / work needed, i believe by 70% +.

Max Igan has recently been pursuing the theme of getting to know the people and neighbours around you better, and the more I think about it the more it makes sense.

I've always been amazed how quickly people resort to looting and taking advantage of a break down in law and order, ( control system ), and I don't think it would be long before anybody will accept pieces of paper in exchange for goods etc. so sets the scenario for the strongest to survive. How long will the police or military remain at their posts without any reward for their allegiance. They too have families to feed and look after. Soon there would be marauding gangs stealing your stash or exacting tithes ( taxes ) for protection. ( sounds familiar ). Therefore strangers (spy's ) are going to be regarded with a great deal of suspicion.

An awful lot of luxuries are going to be gone from our present paradigm which will also create a great deal of unrest. ( travelling will not be easy, and energy supply is likely to be intermittent ). and there's also the " grass will always be greener " scenario.

So it makes sense to me, for now, to figure out how you are going to mobilize and mould the people around you to function as a self contained unit.

Investment in a good Ham Radio rig seems like a good first measure.

Community cottage industries and crafts will be a reality when things go down. We all have abilities that we can contribute in some way. I have recently taken up spinning and weaving. Its rather fun making things from scratch. We have kind of made an inventory of skills in our country area and its quite empowering. Community gardens are very popular now and different ways to store food without depending on electricity. Drying is really good. Music, dance, wine and fun locally is also necessary.

Lmao nice post ... I have had the same concerns and have even tried to move up north but my inner peace was shaken. At which point I realized that I do not need to be concerned if I trust I will be led. And it seems I have an internal gauge that let's me know if I am in the right place.

I too am moving back to western Appalachian Mountains. . . . I will be there the end of this week.

For years now I have had an immense calling to go back home to the mountains and prepare , , , ,not only PHYSICALLY but SPIRITUALLY. My guides, angels, soul have not let me rest. Only until I made up my mind to move back home have I felt more at peace but still a constant urging to “get it done”. I am not afraid or fearful. This is what I am supposed to do.

I have made this offer on other threads and I’m making again on this one. Please pm me if you are remotely interested in gathering in the area I am moving. I will not disclose exactly where I am moving until I know you are serious and that our families or individuals can work together.

Getting warmer! At the moment I'm looking for something above 400ft with a couple of hundred feet on top for water flow. Woodland, river and growing land. Plus a lot of poo, it seems nitrogen rules the earth.

Not everyone is interested or sees the need to return to communities. I think the idea of population culling does not belong in this discussion, unless I missed something?? Regarding technologies: some of these communities in the film have a hybrid lifestyle. That is they use technology to assist their values of low impact and sustainability. You will see lots of solar panals, wind generators and modern communication technology, as well as traditional tools and values, such as growing and preparing their own food, solar heating and natural medication.

I personally have not been to the doctor in over 15 years, taken no drugs and had no injections. I have 100%health and wellness as a result! We use simple and effective things like silver/neem/ herbs/ H202 and O3 therapies. Anyway, that's another story ...

To get back to Tony's point, We can all unplug from our virtual world when it get too much, not so easy in a community. I think a group survival is more the case than a holiday. It may be bonding for some people, but only serve to exagerate difference and conflict for others.

Thanks Pie'n'eal, My partner and I have been working on survival at home in our community, financially we cannot move, but if we need a more Isolated area we have a place that we can go if it gets to hard in the city. I know most of the neighbors on my street. And almost everyone I talk to agree that something is going on and can feel it especially with the bad storms we have been experiencing here.

I feel when the time is right most will pull together, in the community but its got to have someone to organize it and that is where I will come in when the time is right!

I have built a greenhouse in my backyard this winter of which I used to start all my seeds for my garden. first round got wiped out from Hail the size of softballs and golf balls, luckily I had a greenhouse full of plants and was able to start over as of now my garden is the best garden I have ever put out.

We have been saving back water in containers, I have been buying extra non perishable dry food, i plan on canning from the garden, and saving all my seeds we have put bars on most of the windows, got a few more to do. We have two large dogs, and I plan on getting a weapon just to be on the safe side.

I have a chimney in my house but Before winter I am going to get a wood burning stove and this summer start getting firewood, I have rain barrels too for collecting water from the roof.

I also plan on making my own solar panels for at least some electricity.

There is much more to do but I have a list and they are prioritized, Because I do believe for those that "survive" there will be no choice but to pull together with your neighbors utilize the ones that want to help and weed out the rift raft.

The main thing is do what you can and don't waste a day!

We can not make anyone else prepare it is up to each one of us to do that for ourselves.

Everything will depend on the site, the quality of the soil, our capacity and the willingness to do what is needed.
If the conditions are being read right, then everyone will know what to do.

If you want to know who is in charge, it is the Soil of the Earth. Nitrogen, Sun and Water are the important things.
The cycles of nature have to be obeyed. That's it.

All it takes is the correct rotation of animals and ground cover and taller legumes.
Everything to return Nitrogen back to the earth...poo is vital! The result should be abundance.

If you want another rule, take advice from anyone who knows, and learn. All types of technology used.
If you don't want to do that, that's OK, I'll just work twice as hard!

How practical it is to get group together? I have no idea. We are moving (once we sell the house).
We have an eye on Shropshire, but are willing to move near anyone that suits.

If a third rule is needed; everyone needs their own space.

Three rules:
1. Care for the earth.
2. Learn.
3. Respect space.

If the grid is down, working the land will take up most of one's time, unless one lives in the tropics.
Young people will be needed to take responsibility for the land, when our eyes finally close.
We have no idea what the world will be like after the upheaval. Maybe those in power will share technology!

It is easy now to understand why our ancestors praised the Earth, the Sun and the River gods.

thanks for this thread pie'n'eal! i attempted something similar with hopes of conversation like you achieved here. I may have come off as too action provoking. thats just my personality though ;)

I'm looking for either making or joining a community. I'm in the perfect position to do so, i'm not tied down with a mortgage and my young family has yet to set up roots. I've almost got my husband convinced, he's still stuck on thinking we'll need money and that he should just get a 9-5 job when hes free from the army. He hasn't really woken up yet so for him to even be willing is a good sign for me :)

If we were in the same country i'd be happy to be your nieghbor and share the responsibilty of caring for the earth. I'd be willing to move overseas but i think that might be a bit much to ask of my husband whom already puts up with a lot of my "weird" anticts. ;)

I have thought about the 'end of this world' scenario many times over the past few years and made many contingency plans but at the end of the day, like most people, I have to keep working right up until the end to support my family in the present 'rat race'. There is just no alternative to this. I have bills to pay, debts up to my armpits and a family to support - end of. We have a basic emergency plan, which depends on what side of the river (Thames) we find ourselves when we get the hit, and we also have a fair store of food, but I could not in all honesty save it when other people are starving, never mind looting.

But for the Brave New World I think it would be a good idea, first off, to do a skills audit as any community needs people with a multitude of skills, adaptability and resilience, which I have in shedloads. For starters, I have basic carpentry skills, can sew, knit, crotchet, cook, clean, cut hair, teach at basic level, rusty self-defence skills - and a whizz at salsa! :)

I feel quite sad for people who are only just now realizing the need to move and secure themselves. Ramtha advised all his students over twenty years ago to move from cities to high ground away from the coasts. To become self sufficient. Also he advised to put extra money that people might have into gold and silver so that when the price sky rocketed one could sell it and pay off mortgage, buy food etc.

To me at the time it was mission impossible. I was ridiculed hugely but I quietly focused on a secure free future as I also went through the fires of my own karma. With the changes coming about that Ramtha predicted way back then, most of my family are with me now and putting in place our community. I am very grateful to the old man who challenged my limited self to be greater than I thought possible. You can say what you like about channelled material but what I have have learned in the Ramtha School is worth more to me than any university, any training establishment anywhere.

Dont feel sad, you have to trust that it wasn't right for them at that time. With some the lesson has come late but it doesnt mean that there has been no learning in the time inbetween. For some it is the life lessons learnt which will provide the salvation in the end. To some the realisation and chance for redemption maybe there last act. It will not be everyones destiny to move into the new world, but with that act there will be acts of bravary and events which will give strenght and fortituted to those around them. Lots of good ideas here and I believe that, whatever the scenario, being prepared and having supplies can never be a bad idea.
One piece of advice to anyone who lives outside the tropics - DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE AMOUNT OF TIME AND ENERGY YOU WILL EXPEND IN SIMPLY STAYING WARM
I lived for 1 year in rural France, in an areawhere the winter temperature was around -10 during the day and -20 at night. We had a wood burning oven (Rayburn) installed to do the cooking and to heat the water. Admitedly the poor thing was having to work overtime to heat an old stone house, and I have no idea what sort of consumption my ex-wife gets out of it now, but at one point we bought 5 cubic metres of hard wood (oak) for about 300 Euros, and it only lasted 6 weeks !!!!!!!!!!
Also, don't forget to be mentally prepared, get as much knowledge as you can. An invaluable little gem of a book is "Cottage Economy" by William Cobbett, practical advice on everything imaginable ! There are plenty of books available on self-sufficiency, learn as much as you can, and don't be daunted, remember - our ancestors survived without any of our modern luxuries and gimicky gadgets.
As for skills - anything practical, first and foremost has to be carpentry, but all the other traditional skills will be needed too.

The PAHS system of underground housing is a very sensible one. It utilizes the sun over summer through large sun facing windows which is stored in the dry ground round the earth bermed house. The ground is kept dry by heavy plastic umbrella. The stored heat is transferred automatically back into the house over winter. The temperature is a constant 21 degrees centigrade summer and winter. Google it and see for yourself. If I was building again I would use some sort of earth bermed house if not this one. They are warm, protected from bad weather. Need to be off the valley floor though in case of floods but that's sensible whatever you build.

Forgotten seems to be that Earth is ascending with or without us. Consciousness is rising each and every day and by hell or high water, we can go with her and get entirely out of duality or not!

Imagine creating everything you need yourself to your hearts content. Imagine spending your days CREATING beauty as in a new renaissance of the heart and entering into a new Golden Age.

As we leave duality and all the BS ~ we enter into a land, a New Earth rising if you will where there is no scarcity or hoarding and greed. Where generosity of spirit and heart prevails and there is no need for Masters, Messiahs or Guru's. Where each person is sovereign in their own right. Where we are not obligated to have relationships based on need or want or lack but held to some higher standard. Where the Divine feminine and Divine Masculine traits are in perfect balance. No one lords over another being. A genuine equality exists. New worlds open before us or again, not. Our choice.

Where there is no animosity between sexes. Where one does not rein over the other. Where an honest intent of your heart means more than anything else and where all that you need can be manifested without drudgery, slavery, and where wars are no more. There is no reason we can't create a new utopia or City of Shamballa.

No reason at all unless, of course, we prefer the old 3D constructs better. We are making this choice right now as the new timeline shifts under our very feet. We can and are either chosing to dwell under survival mode being limited and choosing to continue in duality or progressing out of it with a quantum leap. If you continue along the lines of what has been created (yes, this big mess) or evolving right on out of it. Which will you choose?

What we have an opportunity to do here is to imagine a whole new construct that has no relationship to the old systems which have fallen and can't get up.

Imagine beginning fresh in new communities based on honoring each and every living being on a New Earth. Imagine that all life forms exist in harmony. It can be done! We can erase the old memories of lost lives, fortunes, betrayals, upheavals and begin something new and wonderful using fabulous new technologies, zero-point gravity, free energy. Sharing of all the best and brightest of creations. Where no one is king or able to lord it over any others. Where manipulation, control, lust, cruelty, and harming others can't happen.

Let's go further and say that as new Galactics we are finally able to become full Galactic Citizens who have an honor code that can't be broken. Something we've been working on during the last 13 million years on Earth (whether you can remember this or not) and some of us have had up to 300 lives on Earth. Polished, reconciled, forgiven, dusted off, renewed, restored, and we will be able to heal ourselves and others. Where each has the full spectrum of gifts from the restoration and activation of all our DNA strands and many more possibilities and potentialities without limitations.

Now, look around and find a spot to settle into and begin creating. Before this year is out new prosperity funds will be distributed, all debts forgiven and you will be able to pick wherever you want to live anywhere in this world or in inner Earth or on another galaxy where you may have members of your Star family. This is the very real scenario we will be dealing with soon. Believe it or not. Create it or not. The choice will be up to you. At any time now, you may step into your own light and power by simply asking for it. Take back all the power you have given up to others!

I found a perfect spot for a new Renaissance Center of Learning in Clark's Fork, Idaho. It's hundreds of acres of gorgeous forest land and the Clarks' Fork river runs through it. Many lakes, huge mountains and virtually no people. Open. Now imagine small communities of wonderful things like the restoration of the arts and old craftmanship only much more wonderful and bright than the last Renaissance in days of old.

Imagine traveling from one continent to another or intergalactically in say, three minutes time. Creating through imagination and manifesting instantly. These are lines of progress that will open before us this very year, 2011.

Imagine that all this and much more can be had for just one requirement and that is to fill your heart with unconditional love for all beings ~ no matter what kind or species as there are so many of them in the Universes soon to be opened to us.

Can you handle this kind of life or do you want to continue in other 3D constructs somewhere else for another 13 million years? I think we've had it with redundancy. I know that I am done with it. Duality has not been fun or exciting and I can't wait for the first opportunity to get out of it. This is possible with full consciousness and that's upon us now. Just check out those Adamantine Particles flowing in both night and day! Woo Hoo! We are so close now. All that remains is to stop the fear and fueling of those dark ones, so they can leave and we can ascend.

These are our choices right now and each day we are making the decisions on which one we will choose. I ask that you get yourselves out of 3D pattern thinking and let all the rot and conspiracies leave by not supporting them or adding to the energy of FEAR which keeps fueling them. Endlessly. Do you want to continue reincarnating? I don't think so.

Plan D - Struck like a thief in the night with our pants down away from family, friends or recourses - either die trying to live in honor or dignity, or loose our heads and die shamefully. Either way we die.

When the time comes, like we are now, we will all find ourselves where we are meant to be.

Don't like your "Or" much Nasu. Like the idea of having plenty of supplies!! Then you dont have to worry about yourself and you've got stuff to be able to help others also.

Also, the one way ticket to the grave!!!. That depends on what you consider "you" , just a body, or a spiritual being animating a body. The 3D body of a spiritual being is just its garment, its vehicle of expression. The more we grow spiritually, the less we think in terms of the body being "it". Those who have had near death experiences or Oob experiences (not me) realize this very clearly. That we are not the body we animate, we are the animation!!

I haven't made any real long-term plans for where to sustain myself in case of major earth changes, but a few friends of mine were talking about what we should do for an emergency plan to survive for at least a few weeks if the grid went down or there was some major chaos.

I think there will be a lot more danger in cities, and all agreed it was best to find some place we could go with a fresh water supply and some food supplies to sustain ourselves for a while.

I've also heard Duncan O'Finioan say he recommended people find a place that you can be mobile because you won't know for sure of any place being safe.

A friend of mine who was a Green Beret gave our group a few tips on things that would be very helpful for survival:

UN approved water filters
Jars of honey can be a great energy supply or be used to heal wounds
a crank flashlight to produce light manually
a hat for your head in hot or cold weather
long-sleeved clothhing to protect you from the sun or from cold weather.


He said we should be able to find the UN water filters for cheap online, but I haven't been able to find any. So if someone finds a link, please let me know.

PLAN B - Continuing to be who we are, being the change we wish to see around us, a few years of decreasing privileges and freedoms, to prepare for flight or fight.

In my opinion, we should be prepared with food, water, tools, and ways to face most of the unexpected.
But we shouldn't forget that Earth is going trough changes. And for some investigators, it means Earth will move to the fourth density, which is not as dense as the one we are now. How are we going to move from third to fourth density? We will loose our physical bodies. Maybe is totally useless to stay in bunkers. Maybe is very bad to stay in bunkers. That way the energies from the galactic center will not affect us. Some people are concerned with the gamma rays, X-rays, Electro magnetic pulse, or whatever may be coming. Somewhere I heard that the Hopi advise to build your house on high ground, preferably at 6,500 feet or above. This is in anticipation of flooding. Over thirty years ago I read some material from Edgar Cayce who also predicted a lot of flooding. The coastal regions and midwest of the United States will be vulnerable. Since you are in the UK which is predominantly slightly above sea level, you might want to research suitable areas closer to home.

Back to the topic, if you move, do so as recommended by George Green, to be with like minds. A gathering of higher conscious beings together concentrates the positive, loving energy and makes for an easier ascenscion. John Peniel (The Children of the Law of One and the Lost Teachings of Atlantis) also recommends that higher conscious beings gather together. Hence Member Pie'n'eal suggestion has a lot of merit and support from known individuals. However, as counseled by Darla Pierce, don't do this out fear as this will lock you in the third dimension. Assemble because of unselfish love (you can read John Peniel's Golden Rule Handbook online to learn more about creating the dynamics for an unselfish loving community.

The body must die at some time and it is my choice where. I am arrogant enough to think to think I can help, if needed.
There is adversity everywhere, so there is nowhere to run. The sooner I can work off my karmic debt the better.
