I'm tempted to buy this, but will likely wait and rent it. Thanks.

Wow the enlargement of the pineal gland this is very interesting. I read a book that said spiritual progress is all about the pineal and pituitary gland. Very interesting

We discussed this back in 2000 on the WingMaker forum...I started staring above and below the sun...then directly.. during my weekly ski machine workouts...it's had no negative effect, and I still do it...but you sneeze a lot...and bloodshot eyes all morning...other than that... it is invigerating (sic). And, come to think of it, it may curb appetite...I never eat till afternoon on those days...hhmmm....

Well, we had a couple of persons here in Brazil, a few years ago, saying that they had stopped to eat, and were only feeding from the sun.

They were debunked very quickly, however.

Believe me. Iīm a very open minded man, but I just canīt believe itīs possible.

Besides, it can and will damage your eyes if you stare at the sun for too long. Itīs a fact. Just imagine how the sun can seriously burn your skin. Your eyes "skin" is a hundred times more fragile and delicate than your body skin.

Now, imagine how a magnifying glass can burn almost everything if you find the right focus. The same thing happens inside your eyes.

One teacher (Jasmuheen) mentions starting out at 1 minute a day (up to 45 min) at first light or sunset only. I did check this out (for a week) and no harmful events for me.
She has 3 books out on it (confusing reading though). She is known for her 'no eating process'....which originally didn't have anything to do with the sun.

Inelia said she did do the sun gazing for 6 months and was offered the opportunity (I assume psychic information), to not eat afterwards. She said she enjoyed eating and so still continues eating to this day though less. (got this off one of her interviews...don't recall which one).

I did watch the second link (embedded at the end of the trailer above: "Sungazing documentary part 1 of 2") and that person recommends starting at 10 seconds a day up to 44 minutes (in bare feet) and checking the uv radiation (he demonstrates) first. And that the first 45 minutes of the sun rising and the last 45 minutes as it sets has no uv radiation (usually)....and so no eye damage. When finished each time, cover your eyes with your hands and rest them. And after reaching 44 minutes (this man is getting educated from someone), he says back it back down (again, 10 seconds at a time), to 15 minutes and stay at that amount of time there on out.
