Here people and organizations from every nation are invited to record their support for a World Disclosure Day.

Disclosure - the formal acknowledgement of an extraterrestrial presence by world governments - is the primary goal of a growing worldwide truth movement. The purpose of World Disclosure Day is to provide a focal point for people and organizations to come together to assert their right to know and demand cosmic truths being withheld from them by their governments. World Disclosure Day will also help broaden public awareness of the Disclosure process and those organizations advocating for the truth on behalf of all citizens. In time various relevant events will come to be scheduled on this day.

On July 8, 1947 General Roger Ramey held a press event in which he changed the just released story of an extraterrestrial craft recovered near Roswell, New Mexico to that of a retrieved Rawin weather balloon. This was the informal beginning of the now 64-year truth embargo regarding the extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. For this reason July 8 was chosen as World Disclosure Day to emphasize the need to reverse that now inappropriate policy.

If you think about it, whichever world leader spills the beans first will surely be imortalized in history, so what exactly has kept them all in check???

I personally don't think ANY nation or organisation for that matter (e.g. NATO, UN) will initiate Disclosure... at least not until the PTB decide that it is in their best interests to do so and give the green light for it to go ahead (very unlikely!)

I think it's far more likely that the ET's themselves will either wittingly or unwittingly act as the catalyst for full Disclosure on this planet. In my mind I think this will probably happen either via an official pre-meditated landing/contact event or via an unplanned, unexpected and undeniable crash of one of their craft in a heavily populated area/major city.

Just my personal view though...

If we want to really understand the situation we have to think like them ... what's important to them.
Being immortalized is ego related ... that's a property minions need to have to keep them going.
Leaders that get really in the know are selected not to get trapped in this pitfall.

I used to follow the two Steven's (Bassett & Greer) almost religiously, hanging off pretty much every word that came out of their mouths for a number of years. I admire both men for their relentless efforts to bring forth the truth about the ET presence on this planet and to persuade world leaders/governments to initiate Disclosure.

However, over the years I have started to form the opinion that nothing these guys (or anyone else for that matter) do seems no have a big enough impact to truly force a government led Disclosure event. Don't get me wrong, I commend them both for their efforts because they've done a helluva lot to raise people's awareness of the ET phenomenon, but alas, it would appear that no matter what they do or how well they execute it it just never seems to be enough to create the disclosure catalyst they so greatly desire.

Having said that I would also add that nothing would make me happier than to be proven wrong ;)

Japan or BRIC with emphasis on the "B" and/or any other South American country - Ecuador has already effectively disclosed within their own borders, officially by order of gov't - someone posted a cool docu on this a few days back, The One if I remember correctly.

And that's only if we beat "them" to it - I'm not gonna be surpised if theres no official disclosure but some "undeniable" type mass, non-bluebeam sighting goes down between now and Dec 21, 2012.

i'm listening to this right now. very interesting. i think bassett is brilliant regarding his deductions on how this may come about. he is correct, in my view with the release format. the gov. has already opened the vault for public discernment. this is where it begins. now the next round of questions need to come forward. it seems that if the public pushes, and the msm follows, it very may well occur. i'm excited. he seems to be of the mind set that it will happen. i also found his discussion regarding eugenics to be pretty interesting in its' own right. looking at it from the extraterrestrial point of view, it is probably true.
