I feel we humans have overlooked something. We humans produce extrement and waste that rots, so then The extrement/waste production bell curve should be consistent with our population. No scarcity there... What does this give us? ~other than a whole lot of poopie? Well That same extrement and waste could be producing all sorts of resource >>> like GAS for fuel. This inclusion into our energy markets could soften the peaking shortage for sure. And extrement also speeds up the processes in creating fertilizer. In addition That same break-down process that happens to create organic fertilizers also provides resource IE Ammonia and other important minerals as a by product. So in short, The only real scarcity we have is clever thinking...

At least 596 chemicals are used in fracking, but the companies re not required by law to divulge the ingredients which are considered trade secrets. In Louisiana, 16 cows that drank fluid from a fracked well began bellowing, foaming and bleeding at the mouth, then dropped dead. The dangers are real and very dangerous.

Researchers found "significantly higher" rates of birth defects in babies born near mountaintop removal mining sites than those in non-mining areas, according to a new study released last week.
