This sounds like nonsensical playing with numbers and pseudo science to me, another bogus attempt to provide the appearance of a scientific basis for some deeply flawed (and in my view likely deliberately deceptive) theories of ascension.

The smallest known isotope of Carbon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isotopes_of_carbon) is Carbon-8, which has a half-life of two trillionths of one nanosecond, also known as two zeptoseconds (http://www.simetric.co.uk/si_time.htm). If I got my math right, this is approximately the amount of time it takes light to travel one percent of the distance across a single hydrogen atom ... really, really quick.

Carbon-7 (one less neutron than Carbon-8) would not last even that long, if it existed at all. It does not form the basis for anything, past yet another nonsensical Youtube video.

If this is real information then this is wonderful news. One thing I have always kept in mind is something gifted to me by an interesting person I was close friends with for a few years. She was a lac (licensed Acupunctureist). In her studies she and others in her field began to attempt to close the gaps left by the Chinese revolution, where much of the Chinese medical knowledge was lost. This group combined mudras (hand positions said to allow access to different body aspects) with acupuncture. They isolated a mudra which seemed to access the future and could treat the body for imbalances which were set to show up in the future. Anyway... they all found that ALL the bodies they tested after 2012 were highly radioactive. This was scary to these acupuncturists because they were not sure if they were witnessing the effects of a nuclear war or something else. I have always felt that what they were seeing was NOT negative, yet what was it? Effects of the sun would be one answer, yet how were the bodies still alive when so irradiated? This could be why... and how. Time will tell.
