be interesting to see how many occupants , one driver each , two, three "handlers" each ...6, maybe 8 passengers x however many vehicles , assuming there are similar setups at key points around the continent , central positioning

1) In the UK we have a saying to describe a particular delivery driver...."white van man." As you are no doubt aware, whichever country your in, most vans are indeed white. With this in mind you'll be aware that the vehicle industry in general, have fields, car parks and ports stacked full of brand new vehicles awaiting delivery. This is due to import, export and over spill from factories. One could reasonable assume someone has rented part of an obsolete air base. A local would tell you the operational status of that air field.
2) An air base with a heavy tree line would be ideal for local residents I would think. Better to look out your window and see trees rather than a concrete blotch on the landscape.
3 If those vans were indeed UN liveried vehicles and not Dodge vans for export or Toyota vans being imported, where else would the military store them? They sure as **** ain't going to land in at some countries down town civil war and order 4,000 Dodge vans from the local dealer are they? No...they'll take them with them won't they?
Is there a special plug in that rules out the obvious? If so I don't want one.

Yet more drama. I'll put a tenner on the fact that they won't evacuate florida.

Could be Ford emergency vans. Too small for evacuation, but their concentration in such a huge number (and the video shows only one base) may mean the gov't has a much more alarming information than it says about the possible impact of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

I have lived in Jacksonville all my life, I'm 24 now. We've been blasted by countless hurricanes but we've only been ordered one evacuation. I seriously doubt were going to be ordered an evacuation due to oil. Our biggest threat of the oil getting here is we have a river (St. Johns) that runs all the way down to the tip of Florida.
In regards to the video we have two air bases that I know of, Craig Air Field and Cecil Field. The former is tiny and I don't actually recall ever seeing anything resembling air force landing there, usually little single engine prop planes landing. The latter I don't really know much about.
The "white vans" you see are not hundreds of UN vehicles. Those are cars imported from where ever, notice the river right next to it. I work for a sign contractor and we have installed the signs for an area here in Jacksonville called "Blount Island." This is where all the vehicles are imported for Jacksonville. When they come in from oversees they go through the St. Johns to unload. Before a vehicle hits the dealer it has a white film covering it. I can show you guys blount island if you're really curious and you can see for yourself. They do resemble vans but they are actually all different types of vehicles cars, trucks, vans, etc.

Thank you Strat for clearing up the car import parking issue.

Hi SteveX, Strat is right, my father was in shipping and I have been in several ports in USA in which you can find a sea of cars :)
Saying that, I do think there is a high probability of evacuations during the hurrican season this year. If I was living in the are I will get myself prepared. Better be safe than sorry!

Shwmae.
That was my thoughts exactly. It looks like a binary code. ;)
Those white vans could also just be innocent transit vans (old stock).

Why would they park imports on an air strip? I see no "port" in the video ... and supposedly this air strip is privately owned?
Anyway significant other says all UN vehicles would have a "UN" on the roof so they can be identified from the air, says could be wrong on that but in the past all UN vehicles were marked on the roof.

The docks at the marina are seen at the begining. Pause film at 40 seconds.

Interestingly Kerry has talked about these so called UN vehicles on here home page blog. Whats even more interesting is her level of research. All she had to do was read Strats post :)

I looked into this a bit. The site they linked to is not their website though, their website is here http://www.ptifl.com/ . Maybe they're related, I dunno, but that's the site that directly correlates to Reynolds Airpark. On that site they don't claim any relations to Pegasus International, it's possible though sure. Obviously they've worked for the government but that doesn't warrant a conspiracy. I've installed signs for the government, does that mean I have ties to Haliburton?
Right now I think it's more probable that if this is a company has ties to a massive corporation that these vehicles are stored here, then shipped out to where ever around the globe. That would make sense storing them next to a dock and train depot.
However the claims of this "Pegasus Program" are interesting. I'm going to read the pdf file when I have more time. If it starts to get really weird maybe I can convince my friend to drive down there with me (in his car) and snap a few pics of it. That's like a 30 minute drive and I'm not convinced those are white vans. I would need really damning evidence to do something like that and I'm a fairly skeptical person.
