Has anyone else had the feeling of empty headedness with what they're seeing sort of distorting and morphing into bright light before? It's a difficult for me to accurately describe it, it's very strange. It must happen to me at least twice a day. I think it could be a symptom of awakening, that or I might need to start taking alot of vitamins at this young of an age. Anyway, does anyone have a better explanation for this? I'm not for sure on what's causing it.

I don't necessarily get light headed but sometimes......I'll see a massive amount of flickering in and out tiny white balls of light that zoom around.
I really don't know what it is per say on your end. If it's a pass out feeling and you start to hallucinate a bit, it might be lack of oxygen in the brain and or low blood sugar type instances. I'm no doctor though.
Maybe consider practicing deep breathing exercises if the symptoms bother you.

If they don't bother you and you feel healthy.....I say enjoy it LOL. Maybe you are perceiving the otherworld.

Well Jacody my love it could be a plethora of different things at your young age so just to be on the safe side I would probably go to your doctor to get a couple of things sorted out first. It could be your anaemic as a lack of iron in the blood can make you light headed; in fact it could be a number of organic things so these need to be excluded. Once everything has checked out well then you could look at something like the density change, but as I said you need to be sensible about it all and get checked out first hon.

I don't know if I used the right word when I said lightheaded. My brain just completely clears out and I start to stop seeing what's "there" and start seeing nothing but light. I feel fine while it's happening though, so it doesn't worry me a great deal. Its just got me curious with how frequently it happens.

I'm going to get it checked out tomorrow, anemia seems likely. I'm considering a multitude of things other than what I've metioned here that could be a medical cause.

Any news jacody?
Hope you are healthy.

If so have you had a chance to experiment yet through whatever means of travel when it occurs, or other things of the such?

A few years ago and again lately I see swirls of color in a spirial. My doctor said it was nothing to worry about but I think he had no clue. Never know when it will happen but mostly when I'm sitting here in the little sacred space at my computer.

Awesome Bee.

That happened to me when my nephew was born. I was outside reading, and at like 7.05ish I looked into the sky and saw this circling of color and immediately the thought came to mind.....he's here. About 15 minutes later I get the call. I think he was saying hello to me.
These ab............normalities in perception are certainly cues to pay attention and attempt to experience what we've forgotten, in my opinion.
