FYI:

The Energy Secretary predicted that UK will be “exposed to the shocking and alarming” consequences of a warmer world. Unchecked, climate change poses “a systemic threat” to the international order, he said.
Mr Huhne made the prediction in a speech to the Royal United Services Institute, a military think-tank.
The speech is meant to pave the way for a White Paper next week that will set out plans to boost the use of nuclear power and “renewable” energy sources like wind farms.
“With luck, the UK may well escape the worst physical impacts. But in a connected world, we will be exposed to the global consequences. And they are both alarming and shocking,” he said.
“A changing climate will imperil food, water, and energy security. It will affect human health, trade flows, and political stability.”
A hotter planet will mean that crop failures are more common and water is more scarce, Mr Huhne predicted. That could mean conflicts between states for such resources.
That could also mean huge movements of populations, with people fleeing the worst-hit areas for those less affected.
“The knock-on effects will not stop at our borders,” Mr Huhne said. “Climate change will affect our way of life – and the way we order our society. It threatens to rip out the foundations on which our security rests.”

The biggest threat to the ''uk'' is the system those scumsuckers put into place.
A sitting parliament is far more dangerous than all the military enemies through history combined.
