What are these all about?

The objects featured in these two videos appear to be pretty similar. Anyone have any thoughts about what they might be or what is causing the phenomenon?

Is it burning fuel? In my note I found things called Vectors, though they are more wispy than shown on the video.

They look like orbs or objects that are scraping one of the levels of the atmosphere, they could well be collecting energy from the friction burn that seems to be occurring, it definitely does not seem to be harming the objects, so IMO they are doing it for a reason, could be mining our atmosphere.... you never know.
