My Profile page is at default settings and has three tabs available. Yours currently has obviously been modified (picture etc.) but displays nothing more than your statistics. Maybe this was not your intent but the result is even less info available about you.

Perhaps you would be so kind as to point to instructions on how to add pictures etc for the benefit of those of us who have no clue how this is done.

I like to personalize my profile typically. I do agree that it can be useful to know details about people so if you have something to learn or speak of to one another it becomes more evident. But I fully respect those that wish to have little on their profile.

I like seeing the variations in personalized profiles. :) The pic background on my profile is partially photoshopped though FYI. It's not the actual colors of galaxies and star clusters in the pic as far as I'm aware.

No, I did not put in my occupation/education if that is what you mean. I do not think this should be THAT type of networking site. Maybe I could include hobbies & interests. If you are needing to sell us something or use this site for material gain then u should state that intent please. If it is to gather information for individual's abilities/education for helping with a future emergency or world disaster or to help raise vibrations then maybe it would be usefull but I doubt if communication systems would be working, etc if there was a disaster.

I agree with you about holding back some personal information and saving to share with those who either you choose or they choose to become friends. And respectfully, Gaia, I do not think the 2 kinds of reasons you wrote about are correct. I do not think most people here are silly but sincere people wanting to learn more Truth about this world and themselves. I do feel that if your bio has very little information, that it is not rude or unkind to ask you for more. I have not checked your profile as yet.

That being said, I do think it is a good thread in that if people do want more like minded friends here as well as to learn, it is a good thing to at least risk sharing as much as a person feels safe to do in order to invite friends. I have always been a lurker on other groups/sites and never responded thinking I am safe, but I am finding out here that even my keystrokes are being sent somewhere so I may as well start revealing more of myself. I am glad I have chosen to take the leap at this forum and I do thank you for your post. I may even review my bio now to see if I can change it to better update who I am and how I feel.

OMG, seriously, this little thread is microcosm of all I find annoying on this site. I want so much to like this place. Things start out earnest and bright, go nowhere, or more commonly - descend into paranoia and suspicion. I really believe most people here are awesome, however, many are not meditating and removing energy blocks - which results in the sometimes crazy talk. It's a waste of time and there isn't much of it left. Rant over :rant:

your welcome Gaia. all threads, for whatever there intent and purpose is, should be respected by all visiting members. if someone finds a particular thread not to their liking, they should stay out of it and move on to what holds their interests. there are several hundred threads, if not more, in this forum. they have many different ideas and topics of discussions. this thread in particular is not posted in the wrong place and is meant to be a lighthearted respite from all of the other general discussion topics. i suggest that if you do not like the gravity of this thread then go to another thread. i am not in the mood to deal with some member who has posted no more than 15 posts on this forum, and has not really added anything of source or value. and if the mods think that i need a week long vacation for voicing my opinion about these ludicrous ideas snoweagle, then so be it. I like the idea too Gaia, if it were feasible in this world. Just looking at some other threads right now filled with insults, or knowing the constraints of some wistleblowers that do not want their head blown off (we are on a conspiracy forum, we should not forget, we are not planting flowers here), or still some amongst us who, in the past have been threatened, well we have presently to live with such behavior (hopefully not for long anylonger). Others would lose contracts on which they count to pay for the living expenses of their whole family, if it were known they are on a conspiracy forum (sometimes deemed as the nut cases forums).

So I do understand those that want to protect themselves.

In an ideal world, your idea would be it, great. With your heart, you do mean well, I know. But as I said to others who had similar threads in the past, I will never give definite information on a forum where people could trace me back. They know much already about me from my posts.

Once again, please Gaia, answer this question: why is it that you need this information? Do you have any need for which you want to make a research and can't?

And on my side, I pefectly know you are nothing like from a three letter agency, they don't locate in your city to start with.

Were they dreams or real daylight threats? I am so sorry. You know, when one is under duress, one's life may feel threatened and it may be just the subconscious trying to resolve the problems at hand the best ways it knows how. When our dear ones are in trouble, we will often dream of their problems as well.

On the other hand, if it was real pm, e-mail, or similar threats, then you do have to report it in order to protect yourself.

I did feel similar things while Atticus was around, and nothing happened, although I did not like it and please, do not put me in the 18. Was it my subconscious working hard to resolve some problems, may be. I was having a hard time at the time.

Fine for the apologies. The mood of the thread is difficult I admit, but your comment on French Canadians...ouf, would you have said "she is acting like an n...ger, or a la...no, or a jew or just an Indian? Why would you talk this way about French Canadian about whom you probably know very litlle in fact. To me, writing those is litterally low life, imho.

I wrote in a post on this forum months ago about the topic, saying that the only ones that do not say much when racist comments abound are the French Canadians. If half of what is wrongfully said on the English Canadian television or in bars, restaurants and every day life about French was said about Jews or Blacks or Indians, the lawsuits would be plentiful. Yes there is a rift, in Canada. Guess why? Because of those relentless comments and closed up behaviors.

Understand, I do not think this about all English Canadian, but the load of rednecks is definitively there. You are American, what if I were the one insulting you over and over again. We just need to say the rest of the worlds does not like American to have the rifles up! You would never stand for such comments as the ones you just did on my people.

I am too old to take this bs on French Canadians, women, oldies, blacks, jews (not from PTB), anylonger.

It's very hard for me to think "racialy" as I'm a typical "white" male.. I do not ever consider race, in fact I find racial slurs funny, and use them as friendly jokes with my friends of different ethnicities.

While I was in Iraq we traded what most would see as "insults" back and forth, these words only have power if you give them power, I understand that this is not comforting to you as you obviously have faced great trauma that most likely included those words strung together as a slur.

Know this; I had no clue that "french canadians" and "english canadians" considered themselves separate races, or that your country was so divided that this was a serious issue, I honestly used "rift" because my vocabulary failed me and it was the only thing that felt right in that sentence (though perhaps it felt right, because it was true?)

either way, lets write this off to me being a "backwoods alaskan", as now that you've typed more I can clearly see that english is not your first language and when I posted that before I didn't even think that you would also be a french canadian (though same province, if your acting like french canadian is a "race" or "ethnic group" then I could see how you would bunch together)
