YOGIS have sworn by it for years, but now there is scientific proof that meditation eases stress and promotes better health.

Meditation triggers change in electrical activity of the brain, improving the mind and body in measurable ways, the latest study on work stress, led by Dr Ramesh Manocha at Sydney University, reveals.

"Within the context of meditation and stress, it's the largest study in the world … and we've applied some rigorous conditions," Dr Manocha said.

The article says it should be taught to counter work place stress, therefore at work. This will never happen as long as we have the actual governing bodies. Meditation raise you vibration, allows love to flow in, and improve your spiritual awareness. All what PTB want to avoid for the mass.

I did enjoy the article though.

Well it would be very beneficial to everybody working in the private sector, even schools etc. I work in Government compensation, and if companies could provide occasional meditation classes to their employees, there would be a lot less claims, meaning a lot more money for the businesses. Not many people will say no to that.

I just noticed that my department have something new advertised on its intranet:

Book in for a new term of Yoga starting on 20 July!

Good timing I say.
