Some may not agree, but i know different. I know it to be true because i'm a part of the open source world and i know the power of people working together for the whole. Money is not the motive for me and many people don't understand that. Money are not the way to freedom and / or to happiness. In a balanced state of being you don't need to worry about money, money comes from somewhere to get you what you need when you need. That is my reality. Don't pursue money... do what you like, what you are good at, be in an appreciative state for everything you have and experience. The way the system is set up is to keep you busy pursuing money and fighting each other instead of working together and do wonderful things. You can create a different reality for you and participate in creating a better one for all. And so... we can change the world, instead of waiting to change itself. And because i am you... i know as much as you do... that this is all true.

Interesting video. Reminds me of when I worked in a print shop. The days I could direct myself I would preform much better. On the days when my boss was breathing down my neck to get a job finished because it was due that day: my performance dropped and so did my desire to do well.
