ooooh, at first i thought it was just a bug or something hanging off the edge of the field grass. i need to put my glasses on.... that was good D-Day. thanks for the post.

That's a great clip to add to the collection. Clearly not a plane, helicopter or any other known aircraft. Great video.

I seriously doubt its from a patrol car though. The type of filming done by patrol cars is typically a center of dash mounted fixed view (straight ahead) so that officers can film themselves making traffic stops, and if things go bad, they have proof of the encounter or good 'training video' material. I know this because I sat through too too many hours of watching these clips when in Law Enforcment Ranger Academy. They seem to have spliced a legitimate patrol car video shot at the beginning with this other footage that looks more like a passenger in a car, looking out the side window. This doesn't make it 'illegitimate', but why lie about its 'source'.

Cameras in cop cars can be rotated so it's not a fixed position/view.. now the zooming part of cop cams, I dont know if they do that and I'm not aware of any screen they can look at to see where the camera is pointing, tho I'm sure there probably is something.
