Request for information about blue ETs

Does anyone know anything about blue aliens about normal human size with a rather
"pushed in" looking face? Where do they come from? What is their purpose? I am asking for a friend who viewed them at bedside during the early morning hours.

Hi there Marikins, I am new on here but I can give a suggestion and the Andromedans spoken to by Alex Collier are blue in color. They aren't exactly short though but google alex collier and you'll find a fair bit of info there. May give clues elsewhere to look aswell.
