Derren Brown really scares me! The nature of beliefs.

This guy Derren Brown uses NLP, hypnotic suggestions, distractions, 'shamanism', and stuff like that to do a whole bunch of things. From pretending to read minds, to paying with plain paper and making people believe something they didn't before.

What scares me is his touch.. he's often only touching people and things happen.. he truly gives me the creeps..

Here's an eye opener. But do look for his other entertaining videos on youtube for different subjects..

Do checkout his other videos. Pickpocketing, paying for jewelry with plain paper, etc etc.. this guy is soooo scary :)

I understand he does most by suggestion but i don't trust his touch. Like he can touch people without touching them, or make them fall over without touching them.. just check him out and see for yourself :)

He is very clever....but....I sort of agree with you.
Others will be using his techniques, or he is using theirs.

I can't shake the feeling of him using dark occult powers.. but then again i might think that because i don't understand the science behind his techniques.. we fear what we don't understand.. i hate fear.. so i want to understand.. who can shed more light on Derren for me ?

I understand NLP, i understand the suggestion bit.. i understand the instant hypnose touch thing.. but i feel there's more..

I might be convinced that the guy can change his mind from wanting a leather jacket to wanting a kids BMX bike.. BUT.. how can he forget what he wrote down on paper earlier.. if he's not hypnotised.. this freaks me out..
