Yes, the laws are in place... so if the change comes through the present system of laws and agreements... they are already in place. However, those in power, including in the courts, are not playing by these rules. And the interesting thing is that I have seen that if you fight and push for change the energy you input feeds the system and the pendulum begins to rock first one way and then the next. So fighting and war do not solve the underlying issue. Seeing it and deciding not to play is the only way I have found so far. I am open to other ways which might arise. Thank you for the post
