An interesting article regarding oldest and largest mass of water in the universe. Only problem it's 12 billion light years from Earth. However whoever figures out how to get to it will never run out of water......
Here's the link to the article in full

What a fascinating thread to begin today. Water, 12 billion light years away and all on yahoo news, the favorite source of alternative media.

Thanks, Chancy.

I was working outside today and stopped for a drink of water. I grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge since it's alot easier to take them cold with you than a jug of water. My thoughts were of the thread Carmody has regarding the acquifer of water under Libya and how Nato bombed the pumping station 5 days ago and also the factory that could fix the damage. It's a body of pure clean water that makes most here on earth look small and all underground so no damage can get to it. I guess what we are told and what really happens are 2 different things because I thought we went into Libya to FREE the PEOPLE and NOT take THEIR WATER. How wrong could I be as my own nation is helping in the travesty. People the way it's going we might need some of this water that's "12 billion light years away"
My thoughts were telling me that without this nice cold bottle of water I could die eventually along with anyone else that doesn't have any water to drink. WATER is absolutely essential for everyone! It's a right of being human! Water is for everyone and not just the people on this planet that can pay top dollar.
All in the name of supposedly giving FREEDOM to a nation the PTB are using NATO to destroy the people of that nation. I guess anything goes these days like even taking a nations water. Makes you wonder who's next? Canada? Are the allies even on the chopping block just because they have a supply of fresh drinking water? Is anyone safe anymore? OR are we just suppose to be happy with that bottle of cold water in the fridge and don't worry about another day or week or month or year or ? When does honesty and integrity fit into the scheme playing out?
Hope to hear everyones comments..............

I had a friend years ago, but he passed on now.
He was in the australian army and the germans captured him on crete in the second world war.
When he was being interrogated a german officer asked him where he was from?
So he told him.
The german was amazed, so he asked him why australians were in europe?
Alex told him he was fighting for freedom.
The german asked him this..........................
''Why? Don't you have enough at home?''
That is my answer to all these nuggets ''fighting for freedom'' all over the place.
How can you make others free when you are not free at home?

It is my contention that NASA is up to something that they are not sharing with the world. Why in the world would you cancel your shuttle program just when the Int'l Space Station is complete. Isn't that the time you need your shuttle the most! We know that the intend to scrap the ISS in nine years but don't you still need your shuttle for the next decade. The means of getting there is now left to the Russians and they originally said that they would charge America $20m to get American astronauts to the ISS. Now as of last week they said the price is going to be between $50-$63 million per mission! NASA seems totally non plussed, as if this is simply no big deal. (as if they have had other things on their minds for a long time)

As NASA closes the chapter on the Space Shuttle Program, a new era of exploration vehicles is beginning to take off. Testing began this month at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., in the new Hydro Impact Basin to certify the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) for water landings. The Orion MPCV will carry astronauts into space, provide emergency abort capability, sustain the crew during space travel and ensure safe re-entry and landing.

It is very clear that NASA has been planning this for some time. They have spent a tremendous amount of money, time and effort preparing for multiple water landings. Are they going the 10-12 Billion lights years away, where else have they found water that is not frozen.

They may be a plausible explanation but I have not seen one! It seems very they clearly have their sights set elsewhere. Did anyone see this coming!!!

Funny how they can give all kinds of precise information about a cloud that is so far away that we will never be able to see it... and they had to send missiles to the moon just to find out if the moon has some water. Now what do we do with this information?

I was laughing about the same thing when I originally read about the "140 trillion Times More Water only 12 Billion Light Years away"
Maybe another country or organization was going to release the info about water on the moon and Nasa figured they better do it first?
Only speculation can be had since the average person NEVER gets the truth. I'm beginning to believe that we as humans have been manipulated for centuries and centuries. Maybe forever..... Now there is just easier ways to manipulated all of us.
As far my opinion is concerned the water on the moon depends if another group or organization will let us have it?!?! At the moment my opinion suggests there are lots of groups and organizations making plans to exploit any water within light years of earth.
Let's hope some average person who bought a piece of the moon is going to hit the lottery by having the water on their piece of the rock.
