I watched this interview when it came out. Very impressed with Stan Deyo, I've heard him other times on CTC et al.
The technology he outlines for antigravitic propulsion and free energy is not new and in fact John Searle was building these crafts back in the late 60's The diagram of the internal 'washer plate and rotators' is very similar to John Searl's SEG http://www.searlsolution.com/

Stan Deyo apperas as a credible witness and his background suggests genuine insights to this type of technology. Yea,,,,,Stan is also talking about opposing rotating fields creating and cancelling gravity.
This supports the claims by Joseph Farrell and Jim Mars in describing the Nazi Bell experiments from world war II.
