On night time it kind of glows, it has lights. Also in the initial video posted in this thread you can see a red light flashing from time to time like airplanes have. "UFO's" don't have such red light flashing.

Good point Kra. That clarifies things a bit more.
HAARP was just a suggestion which sprang to my mind after watching only the video posted by freespirit. The strange way it glows led me to thinking of HAARP.

I downloaded the video and you can hear a jet engine like a fighter jet flying around at low speeds?

It is LA, I wonder if their filming a movie or something?
