Hi.

It looks like it was built on the spot. No impact & it looks like blocks.

I made a giant snowball years ago & it was still around several months after all the snow had gone.

Must say its interesting at least, it seems it was dropped from above from a low altitude.
But still the area is muddy, so if it was man made that would explain why it seems it was an impact.
Dont know why someone would do this if a fake ufo video would atract more attention.
