Work against the forces that bought this about - the cops are just the penultimate result of this, with the final result being the actions they undertake.

You would be surprised at the number of cops who commit atrocious acts that don't really even know what they are doing or why they are acting as they do.

At 1.40 on the video talks of filing a complaint - what a waste of time - all that happens is the Police take months to pretend to investigate themselves & then find they've done nothing wrong! More direct action is needed - for example, I'm posting in the comments of yahoo news & posting bills to get tasers banned. They are EVIL & kill people - look for taser abuse on youtube videos for evidence. Here's an example of my post: "We must BAN Police Tasers. I'm with the victim on this one. There's absolutely no justification to arrest yet along beat the bejesus out of the man. He owns Loganville. He needs a tort attorney and it will be an out of court settlement. Hopefully the city fires the officers involved.
