"He absolutely MUST sue the police and the city. Only until cities and police departments start to go broke from lawsuits will they take action to fire assholes like this and hire good people. Listen up, pigs! We will sue you out of existence! Understand? You're going to be working as a Wal-Mart greeter if you're lucky to even get a job. RESPECT people if you want respect. We are the CITIZENS you are ORDERED to PROTECT and SERVE. What part of SERVE do you pigs not understand!?"

They don't care about us anymore, they are policemen, they serve the policy makers. Yeah, I hope he sues those a$$hole cops for everything they have or will have.

I urge you all to study the doctrine of vicarious liability.

I will cover this on my website too.

Sounds like vicarious liability can apply to Obama, too, Lord Sidious. Thanks for pointing us there....
Thug cops gone wild. I'm really trying hard not to say I hate them. But I hate them....

It will be interesting to watch the Rupert Murdock case as he is blaming 'those he trusted, or those they trusted' for the illegal acts, and saying that therefore he is not responsible.

These cops are programmed, selected and filtered.

Work against the forces that bought this about - the cops are just the penultimate result of this, with the final result being the actions they undertake.

You would be surprised at the number of cops who commit atrocious acts that don't really even know what they are doing or why they are acting as they do.

This is why Lord Sidious's post above is so important.

John..

( Luke 23:24 also refers! )

The act of the agent is the act of the master, that is the one liner that explains vicarious liability.

At 1.40 on the video talks of filing a complaint - what a waste of time - all that happens is the Police take months to pretend to investigate themselves & then find they've done nothing wrong! More direct action is needed - for example, I'm posting in the comments of yahoo news & posting bills to get tasers banned. They are EVIL & kill people - look for taser abuse on youtube videos for evidence. Here's an example of my post: "We must BAN Police Tasers. These do kill a percentage of people & are NOT NEEDED or WANTED. Call your MP, & if you are tased fake a HEART ATTACK - symptoms are on the internet. Get taken to hospital in an Ambulance to document your injuries (but REFUSE ALL TREATMENT - Dr.s can test for a real heart attack) & you cause a mountain of work/money being spent. If you don't you'll regret your family/friends being treated like Auschwitz victims."

Murdoch sounds like his leadership skills are slipping....

I'm thinking that if funding for the police department reduced, then they can't hire anymore thug cops. The citizens can make it clear that they don't approve of thuggery by those who are supposed to be protecting us...

I'm with the victim on this one. There's absolutely no justification to arrest yet along beat the bejesus out of the man. He owns Loganville. He needs a tort attorney and it will be an out of court settlement. Hopefully the city fires the officers involved.
