Interpretation of the Crop Circle Appeared at Poirino, Italy. Reported 20th June The Italian Design Is Different from UK as Expected 2011/06/24 This summer, Taiwan has been quite lucky so far. Although there have been a few typhoons around, all of them have passed by like foul tips in the baseball game without hitting Taiwan, like typhoon Meari. According to the US weather forecast, Typhoon Meari was expected to move straight to Taiwan; however, its route has changed towards North yesterday and only slightly touched the East coast of Taiwan. In view of the frequent global disasters nowadays, I can only say that we are so miraculously fortunate. Yet I am a bit worried about this situation and it reminds me of the Aesop Fables, A Boy and the False Alarms. Although we have been lucky to dodge some disasters, I am afraid Taiwan will become less alert compared to other disaster areas. One day, should the wolf really come unexpectedly; people…
